An-Nahdliyyah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (STAINU) Tasikmalaya. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini mulai menggunakan Jurnal Online (e-journal) pada volume 1 No. 1 Juni 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to restore one's belief in the real religion, and why someone becomes bored (banality) in getting information on social media. The research method uses library research by collecting data from writings (literacy) that are related to the topics discussed, namely the substance of religion and the banality of media. The results of this study indicate that religion and the media on the one hand have something in common, namely in terms of seeking the truth. Religion seeks truth. The media is also moving in search of the truth. The difference is, if religion claims to have found the truth, the media does not say so. Religion and the media no longer need to be contradicted because both are in a condition of mutual need. The substance of religion is very necessary for its existence by the community because religion plays a role and functions to direct humans to belief, goodness, teaches and educates humans to be gentle in heart, soul, body and mind. Meanwhile, media banality is a condition when various messages and information conveyed through mass media lose their spirit and become meaningless.

Abstract

Education in Islam is a complete guideline not only connotes authoritative teachings as educators, but also with guidance that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, students have ample space for movement in actualizing their potential. Educators are a very important component in the education system, for educators as a bridge for student achievement of predetermined goals, along with other related components. Educators have a noble position. The research method used uses a literature study with a qualitative approach to look for literacies related to educators from experts. Educators are expected to become uswatun hasanah who can set an example for their students as well as mentors and motivate students to welcome a better future

Abstract

A happy family physically and mentally is the dream of every couple and individuals in a family. However, it is possible for the coveted goal, the contract they made together was shaken which had an impact on the creation of husband and wife disputes, which ended in divorce (talak). This paper aims to describe various problems related to divorce and iddah in the perspective of fiqh and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The research method used is library research (literature study). The results showed that there were some differences in the provisions of talaq and iddah between fiqh and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The Compilation of Islamic Law stipulates that divorce is only considered valid if it is pronounced before a court session, while fiqh does not stipulate that. This has implications for the early determination of the iddah period.

Abstract

Learning management is a management process, that includes planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating activities related to the process of teachinglearners by incorporating various factors in it, in order to achieve educationalgoals and strive to improve the education quality. Education quality is educationthat can produce alumnus who have good character. And to produce student who have good character, then it needed to a good learning management too. This research aims to explore the problems about learning management to improve the education quality in Senior High School Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The method used to collect data is through observation, interviews, archive analysis and documentation.The process of data analysis in this research used interactive model analysis whichconsists of: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on research results, it indicated that: (1) Learning managementprocess at Senior High School Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya City run well, with the implementation oflearning management according to the planning and organizing that have beendetermined; (2) The education quality standard that applied by Senior High School Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya City is increased continuously (3) The education quality of Senior High School Al-Muttaqin Kota Tasikmalaya has increased from year to year seen from the number of alumnus who have good achievement and able to continue to college level.

Abstract

The existence of an educational institution is inseparable from the element of human resources in it. Human resources are the key to the success of the Institution; therefore, efforts are needed to motivate quality, professional and loyal human resources, among the efforts that must be made through the application of rewards and punishments. The purpose of the research here is to find out reward and punishment, to find out the teacher's work motivation, and to find out how much influence reward and punishment has on teacher work motivation. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 20 elementary school teachers through a questionnaire. The results of the descriptive analysis illustrate that most respondents stated that the reward at Al-Jamal Islamic Elementary School, Tasikmalaya City was very good (65%) and most respondents stated that the punishment at Al-Jamal Islamic Elementary School was good (65%) and most respondents stated that the teacher's work motivation at SD Islam Al-Jamal is good (55%). The reward has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation with r count for the reward of 0.650 (65%) and r table 0.468 with α 5% indicating that the effect of reward is strong. Meanwhile, punishment obtained r count of -0.269 (-26.9%) and r table 0.468 with α 5% indicating that punishment is very negative. Meanwhile, both reward and punishment have had an impact on the work motivation of teachers at SD Islam Al-Jamal Tasikmalaya by 32.1%. The implications for educational institutions, the application of reward and punishment will be able to create good work motivation and organizational climate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to find out students' understanding regarding the role of the principal in guidance and counseling services in schools, so to achieve this goal a qualitative descriptive method was carried out through data collection with semi-structured interviews with 86 2nd semester students of S1 Islamic Education Management STAINU Tasikmalaya in academic 2020/2021, observation using passive participles and documentation. The results of the study stated that the experience gained by students when attending school, both from guidance and counseling services carried out in schools and from observations made independently of the performance of the principal in carrying out his duties and roles, influence the formation of students' understanding of the role of the principal in guidance and counseling services. counseling. The role school principal has a strategic position in advancing and determining the direction of the success of guidance and counseling services so that in its implementation it requires adequate skills and knowledge regarding the role and duties of the principal in guidance and counseling services as well as cooperation from various stakeholders from both government agencies and the community. Besides that, higher education institutions, especially lecturers, also have a big contribution to increasing student understanding through holding lectures in guidance and counseling courses in the Islamic education management department.

Abstract

Currently, competition between educational institutions is getting tougher. Schools must be able to become quality schools. The achievement of this quality is inseparable from the management of the principal as a leader which begins with the input of students with the concepts of planning, organizing, implementing/motivating, monitoring/controlling and evaluating. The purpose of this study namely 1) To describe the form of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the school principals in increasing the input of New New Students (PPDB) at public senior high school Syamtalira Bayu. 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal in increasing the input of New New Students (PPDB) at public senior high school Syamtalira Bayu. This research is a qualitatif research using a case study type. The subjects in this study were the principal and PPDB committee at SMAN 1 Syamtalira Bayu. Data were collected by participant observation technique, interviews, and documentation. Data stages of data reduction, presentation and verification. Based on data analysis, the result obtained were that the management of the headmaster in increasing the input of students at SMAN 1 Syamtalira Bayu, starting from making careful planning, organizing the principal has divided the duties of each committee. All committees have carried out their duties properly and responsibly. Internal supporting factors for student input include complete school facilities and infrastructure, committees who have a communicative and cooperative attitude in studying technology. While the external supporting factors include support from alumni by conducting socialization with the school. Support from the community, the school held outreach with the community during community activities. Support from sources of students at the SMP/MTs level around the Bayu sub-district. For the internal inhibiting factor, namely the lack of motivation in the motivation to socialize the acceptance of new students. The motivation of senior teachers in the committee is also very less. For external inhibiting factors, namely the tendency of the community to send their children to SMK, there is also a lack of communication between personnel or human resources at public senior high school.

Abstract

The existence of the world of television in Indonesia began with the presence of Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI), namely as the first television station in Indonesia. This was followed by the emergence of private TV stations such as Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), Surya Citra Televisi (CSTV), Indosiar, Trans TV, Trans 7, TV ONE, MNC TV, NET TV, and so on. Of course, with the development of technology and information in the field of television, there have appeared challenges on television shows, both comedies, films, talk shows, music or quizzes and even soap operas. Of the many shows on every television, there is one show that is currently going viral, namely the bond of love among Indonesian people, especially among women. The method used in writing this article is constructivism. Constructivism emphasizes truth in a social reality that can be seen as a social construction. The results of this study indicate that the soap opera Ikatan Cinta from a Dramaturgi perspective is an episode that matches the scenario that has been made as attractive as possible, so that the message to be communicated through verbal and non-verbal discussion on the soap opera Cinta Cinta can be accepted and can even entertain all people. This is in accordance with Dramaturgo Goffman's theory, in which theory it is explained that when interacting he manages messages that he hopes to grow in other people. Humans as actors who are playing a role. In the drama soap opera Ikatan Cinta is seen as a performance, the use of symbols to present a story. A performance of meaning and action is produced in a scene in a sociocultural context.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world, therefore it has a special attachment that occurs with the Koran. As it is known that the Koran is the foundation of life for Muslims and cannot be separated from their lives throughout the world. So that in this case learning to read and write the Koran will continue to experience development and become a demand for educators and students to study it properly. This condition is no exception for the women of the taklim assembly, who are in the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly, Cibugel sub-district. One of the educators at the institution is an Islamic religious instructor. Since the emergence of the covid-19 virus, the recitation process has been carried out online via Whatsapp. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach and a constructivist paradigm. The results of this study indicate that the da'wah method used by Islamic religious instructors in conveying their da'wah to improve Al-Qur'an literacy through WhatsApp at the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly is by oral dakwah, namely conveying da'wah along with Al-Ihsan reading and writing guidance. the Qur'an directly orally or in writing sent to the WhatsApp group which consists of all members of the Al-Ihsan Taklim Assembly via the voice note feature or WhatsApp text message. The selection of WhatsApp media was considered by the ability to use the media of the women of the Al-Ihsan Taklim Assembly who generally have the application, they consider the use of WhatsApp media to be the easiest compared to other media. The features in the whatsapp media are also functional considering that the program aims to improve Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills, religious instructors utilize the voice note feature to send Al-Qur'an readings and image features to send Al-Qur'an writings and the congregation of the Al-Ihsan taklim assembly. Then in the process there are supporting factors, namely the existence of internal factors within the congregation of the taklim assembly, a high desire to learn as well as enthusiasm to continue carrying out recitation activities even though online through WhatsApp media even though at this time face-to-face recitations can be carried out again. While the inhibiting factor is the existence of internal factors that cause difficulties in learning to read and write the Qur'an, namely the feeling of laziness and shame that exists within the congregation.

Abstract

Provision of welfare for teachers is something that needs attention and is needed by someone to ensure their survival. The fact is that nowadays school institutions and several institutions are competing to create work welfare by fulfilling salaries or wages for all services that have been provided by members. The fulfillment of this welfare is manifested in the provision of compensation. To facilitate researchers in identifying problems related to compensation, researchers conducted research conducted at an elementary school level educational institution. This study raises the title “Compensation Giving Strategy in Increasing Teacher Work Motivation” as a problem solver and anticipation of problems being faced in increasing teacher work motivation. This scientific work was formed based on qualitative research methods that have been carried out as a form of the author’s endeavor in collecting some data that will be used as information material. In this study, several strategies were found by school principals in providing compensation and obstacles and solutions in the process of providing compensation. Preparation of a good strategy in the process of providing compensation is needed. This can have an impact on the size of the compensation given and the timing of compensation. Obstacles found can be overcome and prevented by implementing the solutions that have been described. Obstacles that arise in each institution will vary according to the ability of the institution and environmental conditions.
