Abstract

This final project aims to record cash flow reporting procedures and design a cash flow information system at PT. Sukses Abadi Engineering using visual studio application. The research method uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach and the data collection techniques used are library studies, documentation techniques, question techniques and observation techniques. The type of data used is a qualitative approach and the data sources obtained are passive primary data and internal secondary data. This final project uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model as system development, programming language using visual studio applications, using Microsoft SQL Server as a database, system testing using Black Box and Crystal Reports used for making cash flow reports. This system consists of two (2) levels of access, namely admin and user. This cash flow information system is expected to help PT. Sukses Abadi Engineering in processing data related to cash in and cash out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the target, realization, and effectiveness of motor vehicle tax revenues at the Pusat Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Cimahi (2016-2020 period). The method used in this research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by observation, interview, literature study, and documentation study. The data obtained are processed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The types and sources of data in this research are data on motorized vehicles in Cimahi City in 2016-2020, as well as data on targets and realization of motor vehicle tax revenues for 2016-2020.The results showed that the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax receipts at the PusatPengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Wilayah Kota Cimahi for the 2016-2020 period fluctuated. The highest percentage of achievement was in 2017 which was 104,93%, and the lowest percentage of achievement was in 2020, which was 83,16%. The increase and decrease in effectiveness from 2016-2020 ranged from 0,01% to 16,87%. Although the percentage of achievement fluctuated, in terms of revenue in 2016-2019 it always increased, except in 2020 it decreased.

Abstract

This Final Project is entitled "Design and Implementation of Web-Based Sales, Purchase and Inventory Information System (Case Study Of Ari Jaya Motor Ciparay)" which aims to analyze, design, implement and test sales, purchasing and inventory information systems at Ari Jaya Motor Ciparay. The research method used is descriptive method, this method explains the reality that occurs based on facts sourced from primary data and secondary data and uses qualitative and quantitative data types. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The design of this information system uses a web programming language with PHPMyAdmin and Mysql databases. The system development method used is the waterfall method using a systematic approach, starting from analysis, design, testing and implementation, as well as testing this system using the black box method. The information system that has been created for Ari Jaya Motor Ciparay can be a solution to the problems that occur, as well as a tool in the process of selling and purchasing transaction activities as well as inputting goods data, resulting in sales, purchases and inventory reports that can overcome recording problems, stock items uncontrolled, difficulty in finding items that can be overcome with this information system. In addition, this information system has control of access rights on the login menu which functions to protect data security, because the main menu displayed for each user will be different. So it can be concluded, the web-based sales, purchasing and inventory information system has been running well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design, implement and test the purchase and sales application at Toko Sembako Bilhil. The research methodology used is descriptive method and waterfall development The implementation of purchase and sales application uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community programming language and MySQL database. As for testing the system using Black Box Testing. The purchase and sales application designed and implemented at Toko Sembako Bilhil can be a solution to the problems that exist in the system used by Toko Sembako Bilhil in the recording process in order to obtain effective and efficient record purchase and sales information. This system has access rights that can be set when logging in which serves to protect data security. So when displaying the main menu will be in accordance with the Access authority that the user has. From the results of black box testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the system with features in the application ranging from data input, process and produce report as the output works well.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam suasana lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin kompleks dan berkembang pesat sekarang, diperlukan metode pengukuran kinerja yang efektif dan dapat menilai kinerja lembaga pendidikan secara akurat dan menyeluruh. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Balanced Scorecard mengangkat aspek sumber daya manusia, sistem yang digunakan dalam lembaga, proses operasional, dan aspek kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil metode pengukuran kinerja dengan balanced scorecard lembaga HPI, dalam empat perspektif, diperoleh 14 sasaran strategis, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, kepuasan pelanggan, perluasan jaringan, optimalisasi pendapatan, efisiensi biaya operasional, pemanfaatan investasi, peningkatan inovasi dan riset, efisiensi waktu pelayanan, pemberdayaan dan keselarasan SDM, efektifitas pengajaran guru, peningkatan kepuasan pegawai, kelancaran informasi dan komunikasi, peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dan pembinaan akhlaq pegawai. Hasil scoring OMAX performance indicator bernilai 4.538 atau pada level 4-7 yaitu warna kuning, performa cukup. Kinerja Lembaga Pendidikan belum mencapai target dan perlu perbaikan untuk mencapai target. Indeks produktivitas 18,3% atau kenaikan kinerja lembaga pendidikan dari periode sebelumnya sebesar 18,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of work stress of education staff at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive method with a total sample of 306 Education Staff at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The results showed that the level of work stress of the Education Staff at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia was in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design, implement and test the accounting information system for cash receipts and expenditures using visual studio 2013 and MySQL. The method used is a qualitative research method with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis is carried out using the PIECES method. Design and implementation of accounting information system for cash receipts and expenditures using Visual Studio 2013 and MySQL and information reports with Crystal Report. System testing is carried out with a User Acceptance Test (UAT) with black-box testing techniques. This system can make it easier to enter data, make financial reports or other needs, and can maintain the integrity and accuracy of data.

Abstract

This final project is entitled Review of the Effectiveness of Land and Building Tax Revenue at Bappenda Bandung Regency (2017-2021 Period). The purpose of this study is to find out how the target, realization, and effectiveness of land and building tax revenue at Bappenda Bandung Regency (2017-2021 Period). The method used in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research data collection technique was carried out by observation, interviews, and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The types and sources of data in this study are target data and realization of land and building tax revenues for the rural and urban sectors for 2017-2021 in Bandung district. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of land and building tax revenue in the rural and urban sectors at the Bandung Regency Regional Revenue Agency for the 2017-2021 period can be said to be quite effective despite fluctuating (up and down). The highest percentage for achieving effectiveness is in 2021, which is 116.08%, and the lowest achievement is in 2020, which is 96.46%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penayangan iklan Bihunku pada tayangan Super Market Sweep Indonesia di ANTV menggunakan EPIC model. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 responden yang merupakan penonton yang setidaknya pernah menonton tayangan supermarket sweep sebanyak satu kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling Purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengguankan analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif, dan analisis EPIC rate. Hasil yang di dapatkan setelah melakukan pengujian melalui jawaban responden dapat dilihat bahwa dari hasil perhitungan tiap tiap dimensi yang menggunakan EPIC Model yang diukur menggunakan EPIC rate, dapat dilihat dari rata rata semua hasil setiap dimensi bahwa hasil akir analisis dan perhitungan dari nilai EPIC Rate didapatkan 4,105 yang artinya masuk dalam kategori efektif. Jika di lihat berdasarkan setiap dimensi EPIC Rate didapatkan dimensi Empati sebesar 4, dimensi Persuation sebesar 4,16, dimensi Impact sebesar 4, dan dimensi Communication sebesar 4,26. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa iklan bihunku pada tayangan Super Market Sweep dinyatakan efektif.

Abstract

Tinjauan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Dalam Mendukung Pengendalian Internal Pemberian Kredit pada Koperasi Kredit Motekar Cimahi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau sejuah mana penerapan sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam mendukung penerapan pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pada Koperasi Kredit Motekar Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Observasi, Wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pada koperasi kredit motekar dapat dikatakan sudah baik terutama pada pemanfaatan keterandalan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) nya dan sistem prosedurnya pun sudah memadai dan sesuai dengan standar pemberian kredit yang berlaku. Serta pengendalian internal nya sudah memenuhi dan menerapkan standar pengendalian menurut kerangka COSO
