Abstract

This research includes analytical descriptive research using case study techniques, with the aim of knowing how the influence of environmental uncertainty on managerial performance in empirical studies at PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study uses primary data from PT Dirgantara Indonesia with a population of 50. The sampling method uses the census method. The data processing technique uses simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 27. The results of the analysis show that the environmental uncertainty variable has an effect on managerial performance. And environmental uncertainty has an influence of 55.5% on management performance. While the remaining 44.5% is the influence of other factors outside of environmental uncertainty that were not observed in this study.

Abstract

The wage information system is an important component in accounting information. This system consists of an interconnected framework within a company that serves to inform cost data required by interested parties within the company. With this, the author makes a final project entitled Overview of Employee Wage Information Systems at PT. X aims to determine the employee wage information system at PT. X. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, which focuses on the employee wage information system at PT. X. Data collection techniques from this study using interview, observation, documentation, and literature study techniques. The review of the data in this study begins with the components of the wage information system consisting of related functions/organizational units, documents used, accounting records used, procedures that make up the system, elements of the internal control system, and flowcharts. The results of the study found evidence that the Wage Information System at PT. X has been carried out quite well, but several procedures have not been carried out/not following the Wage Information System, namely validation of salary slips from the finance department because validation is only done after printing the salary slips that are submitted and archived in the Personnel section. Good practice applied to support internal control is the payment of employee wages by transferring wages to each employee's account and making double payslips.

Abstract

The information technology products (IT products) usage in around Bandung city grows fast recently. The management and the owner of business collect high earnings from these products. It’s caused by high demands especially from activities which using IT products. One of the reasons of application of IT products is to improve the product quality and shortening processing time. These reasons applied not only in manufacturing processes, but also apllied in services jobs. The capability of IT products like computers, internet, smartphones and many application programmes familiar to employees. This article shows the result of the effect of application knowledge and of IT products to performance of services employee around Bandung city. The 125 random samples data of services employees used in this research. The analysis about the effects of application of IT products, skill and knowledge to performance of services employee using multiple linier regression model. The independent variables are IT products and skill and knowledge, the dependent variable is employee performance. The result shows that variables IT products and skill and knowledge gives effects to employee performance significantly, with regression equation Y=0,351X1+0,313X+0,132. Abstract

Motivation means motion or the urge to move. The motivation of teachers within the Sultan Agung Batam Foundation is to compete in educating students and wanting to make humans useful for others. However, to become a teacher, motivation sometimes feels slack because there is pressure from school management so that they feel uncomfortable doing the work given by the school. To deal with the problem of motivation in schools, it must be taken as a serious concern in school management. The purpose of the study was to determine the motivation at the Sultan Agung Batam Foundation and to determine the performance of teachers at the Sultan Agung Batam Foundation. The method used is this research method using descriptive and verification methods. Due to the number of teachers 52 people. So this research is a population study. The results of this study are hypotheses 1 and 2 are accepted, with the conclusion that the motivation in the teacher performance process is good in the Sultan Agung Batam Foundation environment.

Abstract

NU CARE - LAZISNU is responsible to the government and the community in the management of Zakat, Infaq, and Alms. This study aims to measure the financial performance of NU CARE - LAZISNU using the financial ratios of the Zakat Management Organization issued by BAZNAS (2019). The object used in this study is the NU CARE-LAZISNU financial statements for 2017 and 2018. The ratio component used is the ratio according to BAZNAS (2019), namely: activity ratio, efficiency ratio, amil fund ratio, liquidity ratio, and growth ratio. Based on the measurement results, the financial performance of NU - CARE LAZISNU in 2017 and 2018 was stated to be good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Xiaomi handphones in Covid-19’s era. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The questionnaire was distributed to 55 Xiaomi mobile phone users in the Jabotabek area. The results show that the quality of Xiaomi mobile phones has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer assessment of the level of satisfaction is in the high category with a percentage of 60%, this shows that customers are satisfied with Xiaomi products. Customer assessment for the level of product quality, including the medium category with a percentage of 54.6%.

Abstract

Qin's Apparel is a business manufacturing that processes the purchase of raw materials and then orders craftsmen and sells them. The system currently used is by recording books that are still incomplete, resulting in inaccurate stock information and uncontrolled sales returns. This causes ineffectiveness in managing inventory, the resulting information is also less reliable. The method used in designing and implementing the system on Qin's Apparel is a descriptive method, with the PIECES system analysis method and the system development method using the waterfall. Meanwhile, to assist in making this application, the author uses the literature study method, namely reading and understanding the theories obtained from books and the internet related to this Final Project. With the system that is designed and implemented, it is expected that the inventory information system can process and process data that has been entered faster, the level of input and calculation errors is lower, data storage and data retrieval can be carried out in the past. Thus, it is expected to provide relevant, accurate, and up to date information that can be used for the benefit of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, design, implement and also test information systems for receipts, cash disbursements and medical records at the VanVetCare Clinic. The research methodology uses descriptive methods and data collection techniques used are field studies and library research data, types of data using quantitative and qualitative, as well as secondary and primary data sources.The programming language used in this information system is Visual Basic.Net and MYSQL as the database. The system development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach and testing the system using a black box. The information system that has been implemented serves as a system development from using simple bookkeeping to desktop-based in processing the recording of receipts, cash disbursements and medical records. The function of this system is to overcome the problems that exist at the VanVetCare Clinic, including managing the calculation of cash receipts, cash disbursements and medical records as well as being able to maintain data security so that it is not known by all parties, which has limited user access rights from this system which is adjusted by company policy. Based on the results oftesting, black box it can be concluded that the system running 98% is said to be good.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred around the world has affected all aspects of life, including in the world of education. The physical distancing policy issued by the government to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus has changed conventional learning activities from face-to-face methods to online learning, including at the higher education level. Understanding and satisfaction of students in online learning is a measure of the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The level of student satisfaction with online learning is limited to aspects of learning. This research uses descriptive analysis. The population in this study were active students in the 2020-2021 Academic Year, which is 8528 students. The number of research samples was 2406 students. The results of the study explained that students were satisfied and assessed that the implementation of online learning had gone well. Students do not find it difficult in the learning process that is being undertaken and is supported by e-learning applications that are easily accessible and used. In facing the next semester's lectures, as many as 1651 students agreed to the implementation of offline lectures if conditions permit, while 755 students wanted lectures to continue to be held online.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan peneliti di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSAU dr. M. Salamun Bandung, ditemukan perbedaan tarif rill rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBG’s pada pasien kardiologi tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) yang dilihat dari software INA-CBG’s pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2019 memiliki perbedaan tarif yang sangat siginifikan dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian pada pihak rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit terhadap perbedaan tarif rill rumah sakit dan INA-CBG’s agar biaya rumah sakit efisien.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari 65 pasien rawat inap kardiologi dengan tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) yang diteliti peneliti menemukan tarif rill rumah sakit lebih tinggi dari tarif INA-CBG’s dengan tarif tertinggi rumah sakit sebesar Rp. 147.475.394,- sedangkan tarif tertinggi INA-CBG’s sebesar Rp. 50.437.500,- dan hal ini menunjukan bahwa selisih antara tarif rill rumah sakit dengan tarif INA-CBG’s tidak sedikit dan menyebabkan kerugian yang lumayan besar bagi rumah sakit, faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan tarif rill rumah sakit adalah penjaminan BJS yang kurang sedangkan biaya tindakan Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) sangat tinggi, maka rumah sakit harus melakukan upaya pengendalian biaya dengan menerapkan standarisasi pelayanan agar biaya rumah sakit menjadi lebih efisien dan tidak terjadinya tarif rill rumah sakit yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan INA-CBG’s. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya upaya pengendalian biaya dengan menerapkan standarisasi pelayanan dan dilakukan sosialisasi agar terlaksana lebih maksimal.
