Abstract

Conflict is often caused by systems and structures. An inappropriate system will easily lead to conflict and differences in positions in the structure will also lead to conflict. Differences in team members in terms of education, organization, ability, cultural background, can produce different perspectives in completing tasks which are antecedent factors of conflict. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of conflict behavior on employee performance, the effect of conflict management on performance and the effect of conflict management on strengthening conflict behavior on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Ambon Branch, totaling 108 people. The results showed that 1) the conflicting behavior of the relationship indicators with items of feeling disliked, the presence of tension at work, the presence of personal barriers and indicators of task conflict with items rejecting other people's ideas, refusing other people's ways of working, looking down on other people had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) management with item collaboration conflict indicators actively looking for joint solutions, offering solutions for employees, item confrontation indicators ignoring the ideas offered, making decisions unilaterally, item accommodation indicators paying attention to the ideas offered, accepting every idea that is offered. offered, responding to every complaint, affecting employee performance, and 3) conflict management behavior collaboration, confrontation, accommodation has an effect on strengthening relationship conflicts and task conflicts on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of salted balobo fish in Dobo City, Aru Islands Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression which is processed using the SPSS program. The population of this research is all buyers or consumers of balobo fish in Dobo City, Aru Islands Regency. The sample of this research was taken by using purposive sampling method as many as 50 respondents. The results of the study prove that the hypothesis is accepted, that product quality which includes shape, durability, style, design, adjustment, aesthetics and convenience has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of Sig. of 0.000 <0.05, and the value of R2 / coefficient of determination of 0.730 or 73% of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained by the product quality variable.

Abstract

The performance of the Social Service for women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning in Kudus Regency in distributing social assistance is highly expected to have qualified personnel, with qualified personnel are expected The assistance will be evenly distributed to the poor or people affected by the epidemic in Kudus Regency. In division This social assistance problem that occurs is related to the data used. Based on these With these problems, this study aims to explain the employees of the Social Service, women's empowerment, child protection, population control and district family planning distribute social assistance to the poor or underprivileged and those affected by Covid-19 outbreaks. The method used in this study is a descriptive method by collecting data through literature study, then conduct a study and then analyze it descriptively qualitative form. The results obtained in this study are the lack of Social Service employees, women's empowerment, child protection, population control and family planning in terms of accountability, because there is a lot of invalid data on the poor so that assistance is not right on target, social services, women's empowerment , child protection, population control and family planning districts are expected to search and provide up-to-date and validated poor community data by the local village government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of protean career development and social compensation on performance of Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) Jawa Tengah employees. This study uses an associative approach to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this study were 160 employees. The sample that will be used in this study uses the Slovin formula with a significance level of 10% and a sample of 62 employees is obtained. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the protean career development variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The social compensation variable partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of protean career development and social compensation have a significant effect on employee performance 17.5%. And the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication skills and transformational leadership on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 75 employees of the Matahari Department Store Java Supermall. Processing and data analysis using SPSS version 21 for Windows. The results showed that communication skills have a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, communication skills have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Communication skills do not have an indirect effect on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable, and transformational leadership has an indirect effect on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. The results of this study are discussed based on previous evidence, and the implications can be used for organizations or companies engaged in the same or other fields.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of product quality and post-purchase service quality on HP VIVO customer satisfaction in Semarang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 96 respondents who were taken by using accedintal sampling technique (by chance). Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert measurement scale of 1 to 5 and the data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis tool. The results showed that the product quality (X1) had a positive beta value of 0.132 with a level of sig.0.125> 0.05. This means that the product quality variable has a positive but not significant effect on HP VIVO customer satisfaction in Semarang City. The service quality variable (X2) has a positive beta value of 0.679 with a level of sig.0.000 <0.05. That is, the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on HP VIVO customer satisfaction in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

This research proposed to analyze and examine the relationship between perceived organizational support, normative commitment and trust in leadership on employee performance. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are all PT kayu lapis Indonesia/ PT Mitra Care Indonesia employees, the sampling technique used in this research is sensus because the entire population of the study was used as sample. Data collecting method used is questionnaire method. Data obtained been analyzed with spss analitycal equipment tools. The results of the validity test table show from SPSS data that the variable X1 is organizational perception, variable X2 is normative commitment, X3 is leadership trust in employee performance, and variable Y Employee performance can be explained that the value of r> rtable based on a significant test of 0.05 means that the items mentioned above are valid. The leadership trust variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by showing the results of 0.057 and sig 0.469. It can be said that the better the trust in the leader, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

Society and investors have a valuable role in the sharia capital market. For that, an analysis effort on community decisions is needed. This study analyzes the factors influencing people's decisions through perceptions, motivation, and learning. This research will use the consumer decision-making process model then replication by entering the knowledge variable as a substitute for learning in the model. This research is a type of survey research using a purposive sampling technique with 160 respondents. For data analysis techniques, the sed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the help of Amos Version 24.0. The results show; that first, knowledge of sharia investment has a positive relationship with the perception of investing Shariah with a value ratio (CR) of 2.618; secondly, perception is positively related to motivation to invest Sharia, with its critical ratio value (CR) of 5,200; third, the motivation variable is positively related to the decision to invest Sharia, with its critical value (CR) of 2.052; the knowledge of sharia investment products is positively associated with the decision to invest in Sharia, as evidenced by the value of the critical ratio (CR) of 1.977. Fifth, perception has no relation with the decision to invest in Sharia because the value of the critical ratio (CR) of 0,430 is under requirement CR> 1,96, so the alternative hypothesis (HA) is rejected. The results of this study reinforce the importance of efforts to increase public knowledge of sharia investment products and the ins and outs of Sharia.

Abstract

Reference to work enthusiasm in improving employee performance applied by PT Romi Violeta. Compensation and motivation need to be given to employees so that they have work enthusiasm and prosperity in order to achieve targets and prosperous employees. The formulation of the problem of this research is: 1) How is the application of compensation to the performance of employees of PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. 2) How is the application of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo?, 3) What are the implications of applying compensation and motivation to improving the performance of employees of PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the application of compensation to employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta. 2) Describe the application of motivation in PT. Romi Violeta. 3) To describe the implications of applying compensation and motivation to increase work at PT. Romi Violeta. In preparing this thesis, the author uses a qualitative approach research method. This type of research uses a type of field research (field research). The results of this study conclude: The application of compensation carried out by PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo to his employees is very kind and appropriate. Compensation provided such as allowances,reward, and others according to regulations. Compensation and motivation are a unit that are interrelated and influence the improvement of employee performance. However, in January–June 2021 PT. Romi Violeta experienced a decrease in employee performance by 5% because some employees considered compensation in the form of bonuses to be inappropriate, but in fact the bonuses given were in accordance with company regulations. Therefore, the company/industry needs to provide another understanding of the bonuses received so that misunderstandings do not occur.
