Abstract

Abstract CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a machine tool automation system that is operated by abstract programmed commands and a computer-driven control machine that produces very high precision. With this tool, for problems in making logo printing, which previously could be said to be a fairly expensive business because the equipment costs were high enough, it made it difficult for home industries and new entrepreneurs to enter the business. Testing data retrieval using different textures such as plastic, paper, cloth, and leather obtained quite satisfactory results with a percentage of 90%, Thickness testing on objects that require the height of the pen position to be adjusted according to the upper surface of the object in this experiment, the size is not a problem. The imaging process saw success at 89%. in different types affect the results of the drawing, especially on the cloth using the type of pen having a rough eye and a diameter that is too small like a twin pen, the estimated success is 65% on leather and cloth. If you use a pen with a diameter of 1.0mm-1.2mm, the success rate is 90%, but if the pen is inked with a marker it causes the ink to spread everywhere, making it 80% successful. If on paper and leather the results are 90% with any type of pen.

Abstract

In rural areas, an antenna is needed so that the LTE network can reach farther areas, making it easier for people to get information from the internet. Yagi antenna is the right antenna because it has a directional radiation pattern so that the direction of the beam is directional and effective for reaching long distances. In this research, the yagi antenna is designed and made to operate at 450 MHz LTE frequency. The design of this LTE yagi antenna uses a microstrip antenna as its driven element with FR4 substrate type and a relative permittivity value of 4.6. The material used for the reflector and director elements is aluminum with an outer diameter of 8 mm and an inner diameter of 7 mm. The LTE yagi antenna is designed to have 10 elements consisting of 1 reflector element, 1 driven element and 8 director elements. The parameters obtained from the simulation results of the Yagi LTE antenna have reached the target. The return loss at 450 MHz is -32.26 dB with VSWR 1.05 and gain 9.999 dBi. The radiation pattern of the simulated antenna horizontally and vertically are directional. The simulated antenna bandwidth has met the uplink and downlink frequencies. Abstract

Abstract Service is the provision of service either by the government, private parties on behalf of the government or private parties to the community with or without payment to meet the needs and interests of the community. Bakti Timah Karimun hospital is one of the private hospitals engaged in health services to the community. Currently, Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital has not implemented and utilized the existence of integrated information technology to support daily work activities so that most of the operational activities of health services are still carried out manually. Along with hospital operational activities, there are many obstacles that cause problems that interfere with daily activities. Because some activities are still done manually, it automatically makes it difficult and slows down hospital staff to serve patients. From these problems we need a system that can assist officers in providing services to patients. This study presents a Website-Based Service Information System that was built using PHP (Pearl Hypertext Processor) as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The system was built using the prototyping method and the CI framework. The system development was carried out for 5 months with 3 iterations. With this system, it is hoped that it can help overcome problems in providing service information to patients at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Abstract

This study report discusses the importance of implementing a standard operating procedure (SOP) for work order testing in carrying out material testing. The purpose of this study was to audit the level of employee compliance with the SOP in carrying out material testing based on the work order testing SOP. This study uses data that has been analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the study stated that the SOP compliance audit for work order testing was declared compliant with a percentage of 91.3%. However, there were several findings, namely the delivery of material testing samples and the material testing process was not carried out on time according to the predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the non-communicable diseases that tend to continue to increase every year. The disease occurs almost entirely in women, but can also occur in men. The best way to identify the presence of breast cancer in addition to ultrasound examination can also be by interpreting a mammogram image using low doses of X-rays that can show abnormalities or abnormalities in the breast in a very small form. The cancer detection system that will be built is a detection system in the breast using mammogram imagery that will pass through the pre-processing stage, image segmentation stage, post-processing stage, feature extraction stage, and classification stage. Methods in the stages of breast cancer detection system are K-Means Clustering Method in segmentation process, GLCM in feature extraction and SVM in classification process. This system will detect and classify normal or abnormal breast cancer based on the characteristics that have been extracted, namely contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity by using the process of training (training) and testing (test). The accuracy achieved on this system is 85% of the 20 test images attempted.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, especially in wireless communication for LoRa radios. So that various kinds of antennas have also been developed and one of the antennas used is the microstrip antenna. In this research, a successful microstrip array antenna at a frequency of 915 MHz can be applied to LoRa technology. Microstrip antennas have many advantages but also disadvantages, such as low gain. One way to overcome the low gain is to design a microstrip antenna with a 1x2 array method. This antenna uses a double layer PCB with FR-4 as a substrate. After the simulation and fabrication processes were carried out, the results were consecutive, namely the return loss value of -33.16 dB, VSWR 1.045, gain of 3,860 dBi. The fabrication results are the return loss value of -14.97 dB, VSWR 1.434, and a gain of 9.79 dBi. The simulated and measured radiation patterns are bidirectional. Abstract

Humans unconsciously breathe dirty air every day and as a result, the dirty air enters the human body so that the air-related disease will occur to those who breathe it. To avoid this, one way to prevent this is to know how the surrounding air is and how to deal with dirty air by being in a closed room where the air is clean inside so that dirty air outside does not enter the body which results in disturbed breathing. So that in this final project a Smart Air Purifier will be designed to handle air contaminated with PM10. For the author's focus here is the creation of a system from a smart air purifier and connected to the firebase database for data storage from the GP2Y1010AU0F sensor and DHT11 sensor as well as to control several components such as relays, fans and ionizers and the monitoring and control process of this device through an existing android application Connect to Firebase servers using Android Studio. The average error percentage value from the PM10 sensor reading is 13.47%. For the control section, the device is running well according to user needs. With this application, it is hoped that it can make it easier for users to control devices remotely and monitor the air condition of a room so that the air in a room becomes clean and good for humans.

Abstract

In the digital era, information boards have migrated from conventional forms to digital forms, hence the term digital signage. Digital signage is a digital device that has been programmed to display information through a monitor board, LCD TV, PLASMA TV, projectors, and digital billboards. Currently, it is very common for us to pay attention to an information board in offices, in lecture buildings, at airports, and train stations in the form of a flat screen monitor controlled by a computer. Among them, the media can only be placed in one place and it is relatively difficult to move. Therefore, the use of computers will be replaced by using raspberry pi as the operating medium. This research includes raspberry pi, RGB LED as a screen to display information and the web to change data or information displayed on the RGB LED screen. Based on the research conducted, it was found that data in the form of images or videos can be displayed on the RGB LED screen using the web.

Abstract

The increasing use of electronic devices needs to ensure the level of security so that consumers areprotected. The electronic device used emits electromagnetic waves. EMC testing is intended so that theeffects of EMC can be controlled by radiation and its harmful exposures. Line Impedance StabilizationNetwork (LISN) is a device used for emission testing in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing. Themany types of LISN in the EMC test with various forms of chassis ground, this research was conducted todetermine the effect of grounding on two different LISN, namely the load and no load conditions. Thencompare the conditions without grounding on LISN. The loads used are television and PC monitors asEquipment Under Test (EUT), while the measurement without load is called the Noise Floormeasurement. The test method used refers to CISPR 13: 2009. Grounding reduces emission problems inmeasurements caused by poor voltage or non-standard quality of components so as to stabilize theemission values during the conducted emission measurements. Measurement of noise floor with thegrounding system on the LISN which has a metal enclosure and strap produces a voltage level value thatis smaller than the grounding system without metal and strap, which is about 1.7 dBuV for EUTTelevision and 1.2 dBuV for EUT Monitor PC.

Currently, there are 2 types of tools issued by the state electricity company (PLN) prepaid and postpaid to measure how much power consumers use. The electricity bill payment process for prepaid customers is different from that for postpaid customers. Postpaid customers pay the electricity bill they use in units of months while prepaid customers pay bills according to the customer's daily usage. most new customers choose a prepaid kwh meter because it is easier and the display of electricity usage in units of day can be seen on the LCD display that is already listed on the kwh meter. Because prepaid customers use electricity in the hours they use, the electricity token on prepaid kwh may not be in In a total empty state, it is necessary to fill in an electricity token for the customer if the buzzer on the kwh has rang. Usually, prepaid pln customers buy electricity tokens at counters that have collaborated with pln providers for refills. inputting 20 digit numbers that have been purchased. This requires more time and energy, especially if the location of the prepaid kwh meter is high. The purpose of this final task is how to make it easier to fill in electricity tokens on the prepaid kwh meter with the help of a smartphone that has been integrated with the wifi network using the wifi module esp32 and mic Arduino controller as input data processing 20 digit numbers that will be input to the kWh meter. .
