Abstract

Parungkuda sub-district is part of the regional government area of Sukabumi Regency which is located at Jalan Raya Siliwangi No.58 Tel. (0266) 531002 Postal Code 43357. Established in 1940 with a land area of 2,701.00 Ha. As part of the mission to optimize public services, it is necessary to have an orderly and neat archive management so that the work process in the district of Parungkuda can be faster and improved in terms of services. Abstract

The Problem that lifted in this research comprehension undercommunication about goods supplying information system concept that is used in company so that the happening of goods delivery slowness from warehouse to consumer. this research is done in customer PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi, aim to detect to how goods supplying information system quality influence towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi. problem that studied in this research how does goods supplying information system quality description, customer satisfaction description at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi, how big goods supplying information system influence towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi. This research uses method survey explanation, the data collecting technique by inquiry distribution. instrument that used scale model inquiry likert. data analysis that used regression analysis. total consumers PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja sukabumi as much as 100 consumers so that the population size 100 person. data analysis is known that correlation coefficient between variable x (goods supplying information system) towards variable y (customer satisfaction) in tall category with value as big as 0.655. determination coefficient (kd) demoes that customer satisfaction is influenced by goods supplying information system as big as 42,9%. regression coefficient between variable x (goods supplying information system) and variable y (customer satisfaction) real existence. if mengonfirmasikan with hypothesis denial criteria demoes that ho aversed and h1 accepted. Research result conclusion demoes positive influential goods supplying information system towards customer satisfaction at PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja Sukabumi with value 16,799 + 0,660 (x). matter this means valuable customer satisfaction 16,799 otherwise there good goods supplying information system but if there good goods supplying information system so performance will increase as big as 0.660. marginally goods supplying information system conditon at PT. Abstract

Abstract Indosurya Savings and Loans is a business entity located at Jl. A Yani No.29 Cikole Sukabumi City by moving in the field of savings and loans. In its development often encountered an error caused by lack of accuracy in the calculation of customer savings and loan data, and the possibility of fraud in work.The author wants to find out what affects the performance of the cooperative's activities, then the writer often encounters errors when making a final monthly report on customer deposits and loans. The author found errors in the data that is not synchronous savings and loans, and the authors also often encounter errors in the calculation of the sum of deposits and deposits because they are still recorded in the books. This is because all transactions carried out using methods that still rely on the performance of human resources. While sufficiently processed savings and loan data will affect time and energy efficiency.Knowing the importance of the above, the support of a fast and accurate information system is really needed by Indosurya Savings and Loans, therefore to overcome this problem the author makes or builds a system that will be able to collect savings and loan data appropriately, as well as managing bookkeeping data compulsory borrowing of members so that later they will produce quality reports. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and describe how the monitoring headman in achieving the target of tax payments on land and buildings in the village office Kebonjati Cikole districts of Sukabumi. This type of research is qualitativedescriptive research is research that aims to describe the situation in the field with the data obtained from the research.Source data used are primary data and secondary data relating to the circumstances. Data collection techniques such as library research, field research such as observation, interviews, documentation and analysis of the data over the Int ernet while authors use data on an interactive model developed by milles and Huberman. From the research results can be in theknow that the supervision headman in the achievement of the payment of taxes on land and buildings in the village office Kebonjati districts Cikole Sukabumi is pretty good, but still there are obstacles or barriers in its implementation, is stillneed for improvement and enhancement of supervision conducted by the headman of the staff employees to the target property tax.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1). Untuk mengetahui adakah motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi, 2). Untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi, 3). Untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan finishing di PT. KG Fashion sukabumi. Jumlah sampel yang akandiambil berdasarkan rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 65 responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji kolerasi dan regresiberganda. Hasil, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi. Dilihat dari uji hipotesis t dimana t hitung 4,249 > 1,671 t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi. Dilihat dari uji hipotesis t dimana t hitung 4,727 > 1,671 t tabel sehingga H02 ditolak. motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan pada PT. KG Fashion sukabumi. Dilihat dari uji hipotesis f dimana f hitung 136,869 > 2.760 f tabel dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan variabel motivas (X1) dan variabel disiplinkerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Secara simultan ada pengaruh positif antara variabel independen motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap variabel dependen kinerjakaryawan (Y) dengan menggunakan komputer program SPSS Versi 20 for Windows diperoleh nilai Model Summary atau R Square sebesar 0.903 sedangkan nilai R sebesar 0,815 atau 81.5%, jadi kedua variabel independen tersebutdapat saling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 81,5%. persen dan sisanya sebesar 18,5 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar dari variabel kinerja karywan.

Abstract

Penelitian mengungkapkan aspek manajemen Pendidikan tentang pengaruh supervise kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolahterhadap kinerja guru sekolah menengah atas negeri se-Wilayah Ciamis Selatan Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh sekolah menengah atas negeri sebanyak 2 sekolah. Sampilnya secara purposive sampling. Unit sampling adalah guru. Objek variable penelitian yaitu supervise kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah sebagai independent variable dan kinerja guru sebagai dependent variable. Supervisi Kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, dengan koefisien relasi r = 0,726, hubungan yang signifikan mempunyai kebermaknaan pada taraf signifikan 0,01. Besarnya sumbangan kontribusi atau koefisien determinasi dari supervise kepala sekolah sebesar 52,70%. Budaya Sekolah memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Supervisi kepala sekolah dan budayasekolah secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze Product Quality and Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The object to be studied is PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Majalengka. The research method used is survey method. The collection of data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature. Population in this research is Customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Majalengka. By using path analysis, the study found that partially, Product Quality and Service Quality have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Product Quality and Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, So the hypothesis was verified.

Abstract

Banyaknya varian perangkat lunak sejenis yang dipasarkan, membuat para pengguna perangkat lunak menjadi harusbersikap lebih spesifikatif dalam menentukan pilihannya. Banyak faktor luar yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk proses pemilihan tersebut, misalnya biaya, perangkat keras yang digunakan, dan sebagainya. Hal ini merupakansebuah masalah yang harus dipecahkan dengan lebih teliti, karena dapat menimbulkan hal yang tidak diinginkan dimasa yang akan datang. Timbulnya kriteria dan alternatif,menjadikan sebuah permasalahan menjadi sulit untuk dipecahkan. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, terdapat sebuah metode yang dapat menentukan keputusan secara berpasangandalam bentuk hirarki. Metode ini disebut dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat memungkinkan metode AHP ini untuk diterapkan kedalam sebuah sistempendukung keputusan, yang dapat membantu pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan keputusan yang memiliki kemungkinan keuntungan yang lebih baik, termasuk dalam hal pemilihan perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan.
