Abstract

The purpose of research is to know the influence of promotion and Purchase Power to Purchase Decision at retail store PT Indomarco Prismatama Branch Cigondewah Kaler Bandung.The method that is used in conducting this research is the method quantitative descriptive, with data collection based on observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data collected is then analyzed by using statistical test of correlation and determination coefficient.The data of this research is obtained from consumer data PT Indomarco Prismatama branch Cigondewah Kaler Bandung. From the results obtained correlation coefficient of 0,890. This tells that there is a very close relationship between Promotion of Purchase Decision, as it is at the interval of 0,80 to 1,00 then the Promotion variable (X1) has an effect on the Consumer Purchases Decision and Purchase Power (X2) have less influence on Buying decision.In this research is found problems that happened, the lack public purchasing power to purchase goods at retail stores PT Indomarco Prismatama so that causing a decrease in store revenue and its efforts ar Indomaret must be more active employees in carrying out promotions directly to consumers or customers and reproduce promo products so consumers can shop more.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sales price and sales volume of filament yarn towards the company income at the trading company HS. Putra Cimahi. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The research are using secondary data, with sample financial statements from trading company HS Putra period of 2016. Data was analysed using multiple regression to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. F-test and t-test was employed to test the hypothesis with 5% level of significant. The result of investigation F-test showed that all independent variables influences significantly on the company income. But t-test showed that sales price not influences significantly on the company income. Lastly the evidence shows that the prediction power of regression model is 65,8% and the rest 34,2% explained by other variables which are not include in this research. Abstract

This study intends to obtain a description of the principles, values, goals and differences between Islamic economics and other economics. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative methods. Data collection is carried out by the Archival Research method, which is collecting data that is generally in the form of evidence, notes, or historical reports that have been compiled in archives (documentary data) which are published and which are not published. The results of this study stated that Islamic economics combines individual benefits and general benefits to achieve balance and justice in society. Based on the above view, Islam stands on three fundamental pillars namely: 1) view of ownership (AI-Milkiyyah), ownership (property), 2) Management of Ownership (at-tasharruf fi al milkiyah), and 3) distribution of wealth in the middle amid humans.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of quality Im3 products to the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Technomas Internusa Branch XXX. The methods used in this research was observation and questionnaires, and then tested the truth with the scientifically theory then concluded. The results of analysis this research indicate that of coefficient determination show the influenced very strong between product quality and the level of customer satisfaction that is 87,6% and the remaining 12,4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The suggestions submitted to the company are to constantly improve product quality especially on signal strength and to expand network coverage improving customer satisfaction, as well as improving product performance to avoid interruption when used, and maintain customer satisfaction when communicating using Im3 products.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of non performing loan to the revenue at PT BPR Bandung Kidul the periode 2012-2016. The type of this research is method quantitative descriptive analysis. The technique of analysis data was used Test Data Normality method, the correlation analysis of pearson product moment, analysis simple linier regression relations , coefficient of determinations, and T-test. The technique of collecting data used observation, interview, and literature study. The result showed a very strong and positive relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0,883 or 88,3% Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination 0,780 or 78%, meaning that is the non performing loan contributed 78% to income . T-test showed a significant influence was shown by tcount = 3,528 > ttable = 2,353. The Suggestions of this research is in the settlement of problem loans, it is suggested that good cooperation between the customer, bank and third party that assist in settling the non performing loans.

Abstract

This study was conducted to construct a model of business communication skills by adopting the concept of industry 4.0. In an effort to build the work ethic of business communicators, soft skills and hardskills are expected to increase marketing and the growth of customer market networks across all industry lines.The purpose of this study, namely (1) to describe the model of business communication skills in the industrial era 4.0. (2) to find out some new professions with communication skills in the business world that are needed by stakeholders.The methodology of this study is qualitative with the paradigm of analyzing literature and documents. The researcher used document analysis with data analysis techniques using the interactive models of Miles and Huberman.The results of this study found (1) the concept of industry 4.0 was able to realize a business communication model with an internet base. (2) Communication skills play a role in supporting the emergence of new professions in digital business communication.

Abstract

This research to find out the The Influence Of Social Media On The Decesion For Choosing School In 'Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung.This research is using descriptive verifikatif method.m The population in this research are 59 respondents, with Purpose Sampling techniques. Primary data in this study is obtained from questionnaires with Likert scale and statistically processed with SPSS version 25.0. The data analysis technique are simple linear regression and correlation between variables to prove the influence of social media on the decesion for choosing school in 'Aisyiyah Boarding School Bandung. Based on the research, it can be concluded that social media has a strong relationship with the decision for choosing school. As the value of correlation coeffisien of social media to the decision for choosing school is 0.616 means at a strong relation level. Then the hypothesis for the influence of social media on the decesion for choosing school in 'aisyiyah boarding school bandung has been received because it has value greater than t count > t table (5,901 > 1,672). Then the coefficient of determination is 37,9%. It means 37,9 % of the decision for choosing school is influenced by social media and the remaining 62,1% (100%-37,9%) is influenced by factors or other variabels that aren’t researched by the researcher.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of working capital to net income at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Mail Processing Centre Bandung. The research used quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used literature research and documents. The result showed that the testing on the influence of working capital to net income is working capital had very influence to the net income, in which working capital gived influence 90,9% to net income at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Mail Processing Centre Bandung and the rest about 9,1% was influence by other variables. The problems faced by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) are 1). The growth of revenue is less significant. 2). The company difficulty to increase service capacity. 3). Was decrease of current asset.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the work modality to increase profitability on PT Psikologi Bagi Bangsa in 2012-2016 period.The research method has been used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques is used here are normality test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis and t-test. Methods of data collection used by means of observation, interviews, literature review, and websites that have a close relevance to the subject matter.From the conducted research, the rise and fall of profit gained is influenced by the amount (up or down) of working capital owned. It was proved by the results of the correlation test showed 0.957, meaning that the two variables in the test have a very close relationship. And obtained by result of linear regression analysis Y = 19260237,545 + 0,105X.The suggestion given by the researcher is the financial staff should be wiser in using the available working capital and more thoroughly in allocating these funds, in order to be used as much as possible to get the maximum profit also for PT Psikologi Bagi Bangsa and anticipate that no use of funds derived from debt to avoid interest expense.

The result of research show about hidroponia in doing selling marketing strategy that is with doing planning of marketing programme with optimize promotion and supply system and medium hidroponik. Mangement impression whice formed hidroponia that are hidroponia is the place system and medium hidroponik more complete with friendly and quickly service.
