Abstract

This study is aimed to determine how the result analysis of ratio liquidity on profitability at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten period of 2014-2016. The research method used descriptive research method with quantitative approach, while data collection techniques used the analysis of correlation coefficients person product moment and coefficients of determination. Based on data research result, it could concluded that the ratio of liquidity on profitability had a strong relationship as much as 0,740, while the influence was 54,8%. The writer suggests: 1) need to maintain current assets owned primarily in the form of cash and cash equivalents 2) need to suppress the increase in operating expenses.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of self-regulated learning (SRL) and metacognitive skills with a determinant of emotional support and intrinsic motivation of students in economic subjects ingrade 10 social class at 1 Lembang senior high school. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey. The population in this researchis whole students of grade 10 in social class, with a number of students about283 with the sampling technique usingproportional random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires to 165 students assamples. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained from interviews with studentsand website related issues with a general description of the object of research. The data analysis technique using path analysis. The result of the research to conclude the existence of a significant positive effect of emotional support and motivation towards student’s self-regulated learning and metacognitive skills. The greater emotional support and motivation, self-regulated learning and metacognitive skills also getting greater.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the reception service at Ardan Hotel Bandung.The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques carried out are by distributing questionnaires, observations. While the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that services based on procedural dimension and conviviality dimension performed by receptionists at Ardan Hotel Bandung are still in the less category. Problems arised in this research: 1) 1. How is the implementation of the procedural dimension conducted at Ardan Hotel Bandung ?; and 2) How is the Conviviality dimension carried out at Ardan Hotel Bandung.

Abstract

Economic growth can be used as a benchmark for the success of a region’s economic development. Economic development of a region can be seen from several economic indikators such as inflation, that is increasing each year, as well as the highest GDP growth in Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze wow far influence Indonesia’s macroeconomic views of variable inflation and rate of unemployment and GDP. The data use from the quartely annual financial statements period 2013-2017 the macroeconomic literature from the website of Bank Indonesia, the ministery of finance and Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. The kind of data used is secondary data, which data is time series and cross section. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The Research shows related between the integration of the independent variables of the macro economy with free variable.

Abstract

The issues raised in this study are: to know, describe and discuss Organizational Culture, Competency And Work Discipline and Employee Performance, and partial and simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture, Competency And Work Discipline On Employee Performance Of CV. Putra Fidra In Karawang Regency. The total number of population is 175 employees, from which taken 125 employees as sample using the Slovin formula. This research use deskriftif and verifikatif methode. The results of analysis data obtained some conclusions as follows: (1) Organization culture is very good, (2) Employee competence is very good, (3) Employee discipline is very good, and (4) Employee performance is very good. There is partial influence Organizational Culture, Competence and Work Discipline on Officers Performance, Organizational Culture have Influence positive and partially significant to Officers Performance, that is equal to 28,3%. Competence have a positive and significant influence partially on Officers Performance, which is equal to 21.9%. Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence partially on Officers Performance, which is equal to 46.9%. There is have positive and significant simultaneous influence between Organizational Culture, Competence and Discipline on Employee Performance. Total simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, which is equal to 97.1%, while the remaining 2.9% is the influence of other variables (ɛ) not examined.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competence, Work Discipline and Officers Performance.

Abstract

The object of this research is the employees of Perum Peruri, Directorate HR and General. The research’s method is descriptive verification, with data sources utilized are primary and secondary. From the population of 256 people, the sample was taken using a Probability sampling especially Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling obtained as many as 156 people. To measure the level of employees performance toward business digitalization with organizational culture as an intervening variable, processing data using path analysis with the SPSS 16 software application. The results showed that the implementation of business digitalization is assessed good by employees, organization culture is assessed good by employees and in general, optimization of employee performance is assessed good by employees. It is proved that business digitalization influence organizational culture and the level of influence is strong. It is proved that business digitalization influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong enough. It is proved that organization culture influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong. Keywords : Business Digitalization, Organization Culture, Employees Performance.

Abstract

This study aims identify any influence of professional sceptism, independence, competence, and etics an auditors against the ability of Auditors to detect at the public accountant tangerang and south tangerang. The research method used is multiple regression linear analysis with the quantative approach. The data used in this research was the primary data. Data collection techniques likert scale using a questionnaire. Total 50 employees sampe in research who worked at the public accountant tangerang and south tangeran, with the sample use sampling techniques convenience or accidental sampling. The data from the questionnaires process in statistics using spp 20 version. As much as 99,1 % ability in the detection of fraud can be explained by variable professional skepticism, independence, competence and etics an auditors. The result of this research suggest the profesional skepticism, independence and ethics an auditors significant impact on the ability of the auditors in fraud detection

Abstract

Return on Assets atau disingkat dengan ROA adalah rasio yang membagi antara laba bersih setelah pajak dengan rata-rata aset pada awal periode dan akhir periode. Rasio Net Profit Margin disebut juga dengan rasio pendapatan terhadap penjualan. Mengenai hal ini Margin laba bersih sama dengan laba bersih dibagi dengan penjualan bersih. Ini menunjukan kestabilan kesatuan untuk menghasilkan perolehan pada tingkat penjualan khusus. Rasio ini termasuk kedalam Rasio profitabilitas / keuntungan yaitu rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi penggunaan aktiva perusahaan aktiva perusahaan atau merupakan kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung < ttabel = (0,729 < 1,8595) artinya secara parsial terdapat tidak signifikan antara Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia. Return On Assets (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung < ttabel = (-1,400 < 1,8595). Secara simultan dengan hasil uji signifikasi atau uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel = (7,227 < 4,74) artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and reveal the relationship between wages and employee productivity at PT. Polymatech Indonesia. This study uses a survey method with a correlational approach and uses secondary data (independent variables) and secondary data (dependent variables). The use of this method is intended to measure the degree of closeness between wages and employee productivity. Correlation approach is used to see the relationship between two variables, namely the independent variable (wages), amounting to 51 people and processed by the path analysis method and using the SPSS 16 Program. The results obtained that there is a positive influence between the variable wages either partially or jointly on employee productivity in PT. Polymatech Indonesia. Abstract

At the beginning of 2016, was inaugurated jointly by the 10 ASEAN countries, the ASEANEconomic Community. A condition where, goods, services and labor-free entry into each of the 10ASEAN countries. One of the areas of th e collective agreement is accounting.Accounting or finance, not just workers with a university degree, but there are graduates ofvocational and diploma are also competing in accordance with the formal education andcompetency. However, their position is not in accordance with the competence at the time of theirschools and their competence was also not in accordance with the standards of competence.This, a dilemma for the organizers of the competency test ie Accounting Technician CompetencyCertification Institute Bond'09, at the time of the company / industry professionals need them, butthe availability of competent personnel can not be sufficient. Because a lot of unemployment isincreasing every year of vocational school graduates, many graduates of vocational competing notwith their competence, but with modest jobs available. In the author's data collection usinginterviews, observation and documentation. The population is only a sample of some of theAccounting Technician Competency Test Points are TUK LKP SWK Computers that are inCilacap. In organizing the competency test in TUK are still very few competent.
