Abstract

The study aimed to know the influence of realization capital expenditure to regional expenditure at Kecamatan Sukasari Bandung.The research method used a quantitative approach method. Data was analysed using simple linear regression models and t-test was employed to test the hypothesis with 5% level of significant. The results of the data showed that relationship realization capital expenditure and regional expenditure at Kecamatan Sukasari Bandung of 0,869 which means very strong with a coefficient of determination of 75,6% showed the influence of capital expenditure to regional expenditure and the remaining 24,4% is influenced by other factors. The problem that arise was that the late implementation of budget documents implementation of the regional work unit (DPA SKPD) and document implementation of budget changes (DPAP) on stucking on the process of activities to realize capital expenditure.The suggests given to the sub-district to have the attitude and a swift movement to provide intensive warning to the city government Bandung, and so also for the Bandung city government to quickly respond to warnings provided by the sub-district to accelerate the determination of DPA SKPD and DPAP for activities immediately realized

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total asset turnover and debt to assets ratio on return on assets at PT Waskita Karya Tbk. The author uses a sample, that the company's financial reports in 2015-2019. The examination technique used is the purposive method, in addition to the classical assumption test method, model feasibility test and multiple regression analysis used by the author for data processing. The results showed that return on assets was significantly affected by total asset turnover, and return on assets was not significantly affected by debt to asset ratio. However, the total asset turnover and the debt to assets ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the result of the analysis of budget realization in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance in Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan Kementerian Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kota Bandung. The method used in this research is the quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data are sourced from the Budget Realization Report for the period of 2013 – 2017 as a sample. The analytical technique used is to describe the research variables as well as calculate the effectiveness and efficiency of budget realization. Based on calculation, show the average effectiveness of performance of 103.80%, meaning that the effectiveness of performance Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan is said to be very effective. While the average performance efficiency is 94.60%, meaning that the results of the analysis is said to be less efficient. It can be concluded that Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan is very effective in obtaining income but less efficient in managing the expenditure. Keywords: Budget Realizaliton, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis realisasi anggaran dalam menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan Kementerian Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data bersumber dari Laporan Realisasi Anggaran periode 2013 – 2017 sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah mendeskripsikan variabel penelitian serta menghitung efektivitas dan efisiensi realisasi anggaran. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, menunjukkan rata-rata efektivitas kinerja sebesar 103,80% yang artinya bahwa efektivitas kinerja Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan dikatakan sangat efektif. Sedangkan rata-rata efisiensi kinerja yaitu sebesar 94,60% artinya bahwa hasil analisis tersebut dikatakan kurang efisien. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Puslitbang Jalan dan Jembatan sangat efektif dalam memperoleh pendapatannya tetapi kurang efisien dalam mengelola belanjanya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of online drivers before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on Gojek Indonesia Partners in Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method, and the data collection technique uses questionnaire via google form to 50 respondents as the research sample. While the data analysis technique used a paired 2-sample test. Based on the results of the study, the Wilcoxon Test value was -6,146 with a significance of 0,000 which showed that there were differences in the income of online drivers before and during the pandemic. The occurrence of a pandemic resulted in a decrease in average income of Rp. 148,880 or 76.04% of the average income before the pandemic. The decline in income was caused by several things, including limited areas that online motorbikes cannot be entered freely, there is an appeals for PSBB and social distancing from government and several features that are temporarily disabled in the Gojek application. Abstract

This research aimed to design of accounting information system calculation income tax article 21employees in Bandung Kidul Sub District Bandung. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature study. From observation that has been done, the factors that inhibited the process of calculation income tax was that they were using Microsoft Office Excel and it was less effective and efficient so need that relative long time in process of calculating income tax. Accordingly, need calculation income tax article 21employees information system that approach with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013 as processing database. With this application as processing the calculation of income tax, it is expected that the data processing can be more optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank BJB KCP Kiaracondong Bandung. Jumlah populasi diambil dari jumlah nasabah yang berkunjung periode 2020, dengan jumlah populasi 870 orang, lalu penulis menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk mengambil sampel menjadi 89,69 yang dibulatkan menjadi 90 orang untuk menjawab kuesioner. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kualitas pelayanan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penlitian adalah uji validitas, uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan SPSS V.21. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini maka didapat thitung 7,083 > ttabel 2,07 hal ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hasil Rsquare dengan pengolahan SPSS mendapatkan hasil sebesar 62,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,8% adalah variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sales price and sales volume of filament yarn towards the company income at the trading company HS. Putra Cimahi. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The research are using secondary data, with sample financial statements from trading company HS Putra period of 2016. Data was analysed using multiple regression to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. F-test and t-test was employed to test the hypothesis with 5% level of significant. The result of investigation F-test showed that all independent variables influences significantly on the company income. But t-test showed that sales price not influences significantly on the company income. Lastly the evidence shows that the prediction power of regression model is 65,8% and the rest 34,2% explained by other variables which are not include in this research. Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of working capital to net income at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Mail Processing Centre Bandung. The research used quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used literature research and documents. The result showed that the testing on the influence of working capital to net income is working capital had very influence to the net income, in which working capital gived influence 90,9% to net income at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Mail Processing Centre Bandung and the rest about 9,1% was influence by other variables. The problems faced by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) are 1). The growth of revenue is less significant. 2). The company difficulty to increase service capacity. 3). Was decrease of current asset.

Abstract

Saffa Tjahya Lestari as an SME that produces snacks made from mushrooms has been affected by the pandemic, and is currently struggling to increase consumer buying interest again. Saffa Tjahya Lestari together with other MSMEs must rise and compete, among others, by carrying out halal labeling on products, improving product quality and determining competitive prices. Knowing the effect of halal labeling, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for SMEs Saffa Tjahya Lestari products is the goal of this study. Descriptive quantitative methods were used in this study, the overall results showed that the three labeling variables, namely halal, product quality and price, had an effect on the purchasing decision process for Saffa Tjahya Lestari products. This shows that for consumers of confectionary products made from mushrooms, UKM Saffa Tjahya Lestari, halal, quality and price of food products are very important for the convenience of consuming.
