Abstract

The increase in the establishment of bakeries in various places is the result of increasing market demand. The development of the bread business in Indonesia continues to experience growth. Both small, medium and large businesses. Both in the form of industry and home businesses, whether from within the country or franchised from abroad. Likewise the supporting industries, such as machines, supporting materials and raw materials such as flour. The increasing number of bakeries mushrooming around Surabaya and East Java has changed people's mindset towards consuming bread every day which contains lots of nutrients and is good for health. Every company must try and be able to compete to survive and win the current competition. There are many ways that companies can do to increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty, for example by paying attention to price factors. Most consumers will tend to choose companies that offer relatively cheap product prices. Price is an important consideration for consumers when buying products from a company. Prices are not just the numbers printed on the price tag. Prices take many forms and perform many functions. Price is one element of the marketing mix that generates revenue, other elements generate costs. Price is perhaps the easiest element in a marketing program to adjust. Apart from price, product quality also greatly influences the success and progress of a business venture. Companies that are able to produce high quality products will be more profitable than producing low quality products. This means that consumers will be willing to buy a product at a reasonable or relatively affordable price with good product quality

Abstract

The rule of law is made to create order and security in society. The Preamble of the 1945 Constitution has legal certainty and expediency that regulates the life of society, nation and state in Indonesia. The 1945 Constitution is a written basic law that is binding both for the government, every state institution and is binding for every Indonesian citizen wherever he is and every resident in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The problem in this study is that there is still no socialization in the form of community service activities from Senior High School 7 Takengon students to memorize the textual opening of the 1945 Constitution and know the meaning contained therein. The purpose of this research is to provide motivation and ability so that students of Senior High School 7 Takengon are able to memorize the textual opening of the 1945 Constitution and know the meaning contained therein. After memorizing, remembering, it can be applied in everyday life as a student. The application is in the form of studying diligently, respecting parents and teachers, loving friends, and remaining guided by religious teachings. The method used is a survey method to identify and analyze problems related to the level of ability, understanding and knowledge of Senior High School 7 Takengon students towards the preamble of the 1945 Constitution and the articles of the 1945 Constitution. The results of the study showed that students of Senior High School 7 Takengon have enthusiasm and knowledge of the preamble of the 1945 Constitution and the articles of the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide skills and knowledge to women entrepreneurs who work on batik fabrics in weaving centers in the city of Palembang. service This approach uses interviews, observation, field studies and field practice. The results of this service are related to non- formal education-based women's empowerment, there are several processes ranging from awareness raising to increasing women's interest in being involved in empowerment, the awareness process is carried out by identifying needs that are used as the basis decision making, the next program is to encourage and invite women to participate in the program by outreach to the wider community, the process of transforming knowledge and skills is carried out by training in an effort to provide knowledge and skills for women that are adapted to the conditions of women and carried out by the method of withdrawing batik materials that are the goal is an effort to increase women's independence in the development of batik as well as efforts to improve the quality of batik production that is able to compete in the national market and international.

Abstract

Writing is an essential communication skill that is needed in various aspects of life. Good writing skills play a crucial role in education and career. However, many people face challenges in writing, such as grammar errors, incorrect spelling, and inconsistency in writing style. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce and provide participants with an understanding of the effective use of Grammarly as a writing tool. The workshop discusses the benefits of Grammarly in improving grammar, spelling, and writing style, as well as providing instant feedback and suggestions in the writing process. The workshop speaker will clearly explain the use of Grammarly, describing its features, providing examples of its usage, and explaining how Grammarly offers suggestions and feedback in the writing process. The workshop has been successful and received positive responses from participants, who feel greatly helped in improving their writing skills and gaining a better understanding of Grammarly's usage.

Abstract

Subak Padanggalak is one of the agricultural areas of Denpasar City which was developed as educational tourism to support the sustainability of urban agriculture. The problems faced by partner groups include: there is no management of agricultural waste, they have not implemented organic-based farming, and they have not managed educational tour packages optimally. The aim of the program is community empowerment through zero-waste-based agricultural waste management in supporting the development of urban Subak edutourism. The PKM method uses knowledge transfer based on a participatory action program. The research results showed that before the training, knowledge of integrated waste management into organic products applied increased from 27.50% less interested to 62.50 to very interested. Meanwhile, participants' interest in applying and selling the product was from 63.00% quite interested, increasing to 74.50% of people saying they were very interested. With this training program, it is hoped that we can streamline production costs, optimize the packaging of educational tour packages to increase income, and preserve the environment.
