Abstract

In terms of business development, electronic products circulating in the Indonesian market also compete with each other for profit. This study discusses issues related to brand image, product quality that affect the sales of Samsung Elektronic Indonesia Company in Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality that affects sales of Samsung Elektronik Indonesia Company in Jakarta. This research is a survey research, interviews, questionnaires to collect all the primary data information needed in the study. Data were collected from 100 respondents and PLS-SEM was used as a measuring tool between research variables and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the path value of the brand image coefficient is 0.620 for product quality, product quality is 0.797 for sales. Brand image of 0.022 to sales. Product quality as an intervening variable also has an effect on sales of 0.494. Implications and suggestions are described in this study.

Abstract

Street food vendors are an integral part of the informal sector, which has made a significant contribution to urban activity in many developing countries and appears to be one of the important categories of informal economic activity. This study aims to determine whether the PPKM Level 4 policy implemented by the government affects food and beverage purchasing decisions at street vendors in the Jakarta area. This research method is quantitative research. The population in this study are people who buy food and beverages at street vendors in a number of traditional markets in the Jakarta area. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling, namely incidental sampling of 100 samples. This research data is primary data. Data collection techniques with research questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is quantitative analysis by conducting tests starting with the classical assumption test research instrument consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test and simple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study obtained a regression coefficient of 0.255 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be said that this research hypothesis is accepted because the PPKM Level 4 Application Variable (X) has a low positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable (Y).

Abstract

All companies in the world are currently in a condition affected by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic that emerged at the end of 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine how the direct influence of the work environment on employee performance, the direct influence of motivation on employee performance, and to determine the effect of the work environment through motivation and its impact on employee performance at The Body Shop Indonesia Distribution Center. The population and sample of the object of this research are all employees who work in the Distribution Center of The Body Shop Indonesia, totaling 39 people. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance, then there is also a direct and significant influence of motivation on employee performance and proves that there is an influence of the work environment through motivation on employee performance at the Distribution Center of The Body Shop Indonesia.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits, both demand deposits, savings and time deposits. This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking product quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia Jakarta branch Wolter Monginsidi. The method use is a survey methode using descriptive and verification analysis technique. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique of 75 respondents.  The data collection technique use quisionnaire with 20 question items assessed on a Likert scale 1-5 and tested for validity and reliability. Hyphotesis testing using statistical analysis included classical assumption test (Normality test and Heteroscedasticity test), Autocorrelation test (Dubin Watson), Simple Linier Regression Analysis (R square, t-test, and F test). Based on partial test, it can be stated that Product Quality has a positive effect on visitors to the Jakarta branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia Wolter Monginsidi, so the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi dewasa ini semakin berkembang dengan sangat pesat dimana berimbas kepada perkembangan roda kehidupan maupun dunia usaha. Tanpa disadari semua lini kehidupan tidak bisa dijauhkan dari adanya perangkat teknologi atau masyarakat sering menyebut semuanya serba online. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang diiringi dengan semakin tingginya mobilitas masyarakat, maka transportasi online hadir untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam menunjang aktivitas dan mobilitasnya sehari-hari. Penelitian ditujukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hal yang melatarbelakangi adanya perjanjian kemitraan pada transportasi online dan perlindungan hukum terhadap pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Yuridis Normatif yang berarti pendekatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan bahan hukum utama dengan cara menelaah teori-teori, konsep-konsep, asas-asas hukum serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan melalui telaah berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian kemitraan yang mengandung klausula baku pada transportasi online dilihat dari sudut pandang pengemudi atau calon pengemudi ojek online dimana ketika calon pengemudi tersebut keberatan dengan salah satu syarat, maka perjanjian tersebut tidak terlaksana atau dapat dikatakan bahwa para pengemudi ini dengan terpaksa menerima klausula tersebut serta perlindungan hukum terhadap pengemudi ojek online sebagai mitra dari penyedia aplikasi masih kurang optimal, karena dalam perjanjian antara penyedia aplikasi dengan pengemudi hanya memuat hak-hak yang wajib dimiliki penyedia aplikasi dan belum mengatur mengenai kewajiban-kewajiban pihak perusahaan penyedia aplikasi
