Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between giving formula milk and the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in the working area of the Hulonthalangi Health Center. Presentation of unclean formula milk can make babies susceptible to infection which results in less than optimal absorption of nutrients. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between giving fomula milk and the incidence of Malnutrition in toddlers in the working area of the Hulonthalangi Health Center. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 200 children aged 1-3 years (Batita). In this study, the samples taken were 35 toddlers using the solvine formula. The type of data used is primary data sourced from questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive analysis method which was carried out by means of descriptive statistics that describe or describe the data that has been collected by making generalizations of the research results using the chi-square test p = <0.05. The results of this study showed that there were 30 toddlers (85.7%) consuming formula milk and 5 toddlers (14.2) consuming breast milk, there were 6 toddlers (17.14%) experiencing malnutrition status and 19 toddlers (54 .28%) had normal nutritional status, and from the results of the Pearson chi-square test it was found that the result was 0.272 greater than p value = 0.05 which means that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted so that it means that there is no relationship between giving formula milk and the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in the working area of the Hulonthalangi Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

Hypertension is a big problem not only in western countries but also in Indonesia, hypertension is suffered by one billion people worldwide and it is estimated that in 2025 it will increase to 1.5 billion people. Intake of nutrients that also affect blood pressure is sodium. This study aims to determine the relationship between sodium intake and the level of hypertension in patients in the working area of Berlian Health Center, Boalemo Regency. The method in this study used a cross sectional research design to see if there is a relationship between sodium intake and the level of hypertension in patients in the working area of the Berlian Health Center, Boalemo Regency . The results showed normal sodium intake with mild hypertension in 12 people (31.5%), moderate in 4 people (10.5%) and 1 person in weight (2.6%), while sodium intake was more with mild hypertension in 4 people (10.5%), moderate as many as 12 people (31.5%) and heavy as many as 5 people (13.1%). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between sodium intake and the level of hypertension in patients in the working area of the Berlian Health Center, Boalemo Regency, with a value of p=0.002 (p< 0.05 ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi awal media literasi menggunakan teknik cinema terapi untuk mengantisipasi Pergaulan Bebas Di Kalangan Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, membuat buku panduan penggunaan media literasi teknik cinema therapy dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berdasarkan model Gagne untuk mengantisipasi pergaulan bebas di kalangan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan dan Mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan dan keefektifan media literasi menggunakan teknik cinema terapi untuk mengantisipasi Pergaulan Bebas Di Kalangan Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Data digunakan yaitu data kualitatif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa 26 siswa tuntas dari masalah pergaulan bebas dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 86.6%. Dari persentase tersebut, media literacy menggunakan teknik cinema terapi dikatakan efektif.

Abstract

Sinta is an indexing journal portal managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. There are also those who say that Sinta is a database for the National Journal which has been accredited by Arjuna. Sinta is a web-based research information system that offers fast, easy and comprehensive access to measure the performance of researchers, institutions and journals in Indonesia. With SINTA access to research data on PTS throughout Indonesia is open, this can also determine the quality of Private Higher Education which is then known as clustering. Private Higher Education Clusterization is very important, considering that the quality and quantity of IKU PT emphasizes research and community service. This research was conducted to determine the success of implementing the SINTA workshop for lecturers at UBMG. The workshop was held for one day in the AULA of the UBMG campus, with participants from all lecturers at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo and 62 people participating. In practice, the resource persons provided training on how to register for SINTA, upgrade (from profiles, Google, WOS, Garuda and so on). Lecturers at the Bina Mandiri University of Gorontalo participated in this workshop with enthusiasm, until the implementation of the activities was completed in the afternoon. After the implementation of the SINTA upgrade workshop, Lecturer's SINTA score rose to be able to boost UBMG's score past other well-known universities. From 620 it rose to 720, the score of UBMG skyrocketed and increased within one month.

Abstract

Kacang Garing/Kacang Goreng adalah produk cemilan khas dari Desa Pangi, yang sudah terkenal sejak lama. Cita rasanya yang gurih dan sangat digemari lahir dari proses pembuatan yang unik dan secara tradisional dipertahankan secara turun temurun. Meski produk ini enak dan digemari tapi belum bisa mengangkat taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan para pengrajinnya. Usaha ini sangat potensial dikembangkan menjadi sektor bisnis yang menguntungkan. Visi bisnis, pengetahuan dan keterampilan bisnis pengrajin yang rendah membuat usaha ini sulit berkembang. Permasalahan pokok terutama pada aktifitas pemasaran yang kurang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen usaha termasuk pengembangan produk yang lemah. Bila hal ini dibenahi sangat memungkinkan untuk memperluas pasar ke wilayah lain di Indonesia sehingga omset usaha menjadi tinggi. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini menjalin kerjasama dengan dua orang mitra pengrajin dimana para mitra akan dibekali ilmu dan keterampilan manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen produksi yang dibuat secara praktis ternyata mampu meningkatkan wawasan bisnis pengrajin dan mereka mampu menerapkan tehnik-tehnik pemasaran praktis, administrasi keuangan yang lebih rapi dan penanganan aspek produksi yang lebih efisien. Program ini juga secara bertahap telah memperluas wilayah pemasaran dan konsumen yang lebih bervariasi. Bisnis ini bila serius ditangani dengan sentuhan tehnik manajemen profesional dapat diandalkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pengrajin

Abstract

Indonesia terkenal dengan makanan tradisional, salah satunya adalah keripik, namun keripik yang akan dibuat adalah keripik sehat karena berbahan dasar pisangdan menggunakan bumbu–bumbu alami tanpa bahan pengawet. Keripik yangberbahan dasar pisang serta campuran dari bumbu–bumbu alami mengandung nilai gizi dan menyehatkan, karena tidak menggandung bahan pengawet. Pisang memiliki kandungan gizi seperti vitamin (provitamin A, B, dan C) dan mineral (ka-lium, magnesium, fosfor, besi, dan kalsium) yang dibutuhkan untuk tubuh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di sekitar di Desa Biga, Desa Biga dalam menghasilkan produk olahan keripik pisang dengan inovasi berbagai bentuk dan rasa, serta kemasan, dan 2) Untuk mendorong pengembangan minat wirausaha mahasiswa sebagai generasi milenial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok masyarakat telah meningkatkan pengetahuan (knowledge) dan keterampilan (skill) pada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengolahan pisang menjadi berbagai produk terbukti memberikan tambahan nilai dan manfaat olahan pisang pengrajin di Desa Biga. Mengingat besarnya potensi pertanian tanaman pisang di Desa Biga, pengolahan kegiatan harus dikembangkan dalam skala yang lebih besar, skala bisnis untuk memaksimalkan potensi dari daerah.

Abstract

Sosialisasi proses produksi popcorn dilaksanakan kepada 10 peserta yang berasal dari Kampung tanjung harapan, Kecamatan wonosari. Sosialisasi dilaksanakan melalui media sosial youtube dan whatsapp group. Tahapan kegiatan sosialisasi terdiri dari tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pada tahap persiapan, narasumber menyiapkan beberapa hal seperti formula popcorn, kemasan popcorn, alat dan bahan, slid dan video presentasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, narasumber menyampaikan beberapa materi kepada peserta, yaitu gambaran umum tentang jagung, proses produksi popcorn, pengemasan popcorn, dan terakhir tentang penentuan umur simpan popcorn. Secara umum kegiatan berlangsung lancar dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta terkait proses produksi popcorn. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa pertanyaan yang disampaikan peserta

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Tualango, Kecamatan Tilango, Kabupaten Gorontalo melalui pengolahan sumber daya alam lokal. Masyarakat didampigi dalam pembuatan belekoa. Proses tersebut dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan masyarakat untuk menguasai teknik pembuatan kue tersebut. nasi berhasil diolah menjadi produk yaitu kue belekoa. belekoa dapat dijadikan produk olahan pangan untuk dipasarkan.

Abstract

Based on a letter from the Director of Research, Technology, and Community Service, Number 0789/E5.5/AL.04/2022 on 22 August 2022 regarding the Extension of the Data Update Deadline for SINTA, on Saturday, 03 September 2022 LPPM Bina Mandiri University creating a meeting place for a group of people to discuss, establish connections, and develop careers through SINTA profile updating workshops. This activity aims to provide an explanation of the features of the SINTA Author and as a guide in the operation of SINTA, especially for the Author. The SINTA updating workshop was held to support UBM Gorontalo's position in the Clustering of Higher Education Rankings based on research and community service performance, Sinta (Science and Technology Index) is an indexing journal portal managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. There are also those who say that Sinta is a database for National Journals that has been accredited by Arjuna, Sinta's page is used to publish national journals as well as check the quality of the national journal. This national journal page itself is a page initiated by the Director General of Research Strengthening and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. Sinta was first initiated in 2016, and then it was officially launched and introduced to the public in 2017 by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) RSUD. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dekriptif dengan mengandalkan proses observasi data awal, kemudian memperkuat dengan metode pengajuan pertanyaan melalui wawancara kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa RSUD. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo. Memiliki SDM yang sudah memenuhi, Peralatan sudah memadai tetapi masih saja error/loading karena servernya dan perangkat komputer yang rusak, Formulir yang memiliki masalah yaitu fpk (Formulir Pengantar Klaim) di Rumah Sakit menunggu sampai dengan 2 bulan, Catatan pada Sistem Informasi Akuntans (SIA) memiliki masalah pada bagian penginputan, Relevansi di Rumah Sakit tidak memakai Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) tetapi yang dipakai Rumah Sakit Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) yang sudah lengkap, Keandalan sudah dapat diverifikasi yang dimana sudah bisa dipercaya, dipertanggung jawabkan dan juga sudah valid, Perbandingan akan dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan pada periode selanjutnya karena Rumah Sakit telah membuatkan rasio perbandingannya dan Pemahaman untuk masing-masing pegawai sudah bisa dipahami dalam Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) tersebut.
