Abstract

Fire Department is one element of public service in bogor city that has the main task of carrying out the task of prevention and management of fire hazards. Every company or agency is required to be able to optimize and manage human resources, poor work environment and low employee motivation can result in employee performance becomes not optimal. To improve employee performance, a good work environment is needed in order to create a comfortable, safe, and conducive work atmosphere supported by the facilities and infrastructure owned. The regression test results showed that 66.8% of bogor fire department employees' performancefactors were explained by work environment and work motivation while the remaining 33.2% were explained by other factorsnot studied in this study. While Test F showed that independent variables consisting of work environment and work motivation simultaneously significantly affect the performance of bogor city fire department employees with the results of analysis F count = (68,309) > Ftable = (3,138). Test result t showed the variable motivation of work analysis results tcalculate (8,430) where ttable (1.997) then partially the variable significantly affects the performance of employees while the work environment variable shows the results of tcount (1,326), where ttable (1.997) then partially the variable does not significantly affect the Bogor City Fire Department. It can be explained that the most dominant variable in the Bogor City Fire Department is the motivation of work.

Abstract

The development of the world in the world of health is currently increasing rapidly, so that companies in managing their businesses are expected to be able to use human resources properly. Human resources are an important part of achieving organizational goals, both large and small companies. Given the increasingly intense competition between these companies, it requires companies to be able to survive and compete with other companies. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of MMC Dental Clinic. This type of research is explanatory research with the research method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis.This study used nonprabobility sampling, while the sampling method used was saturated sampling. The sample consisted of 35 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression test results show that 38% of employee performance factors can be explained by Compensation and Work Environment, and 72% are explained by other factors not examined in this study, while the F test results show that simultaneously the Compensation and Work Environment variables simultaneously affect positive and significant towards Employee Performance with the results of the analysis, namely F count (10.028)> F table (3.28). The results of the t test show that the work environment variable shows the results of the tcount analysis (2.072), so partially this variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of MMC Dental Clinic. As for the compensation variable with the result of tcount analysis (2.513), this variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of MMC Dental Clinic. Both variables do not affect the performance of MMC Dental Clinic Employees.

Abstract

Indomaret is a minimarket network in Indonesia that has a franchise system. Indomaret is a network minimarkets that provide a wide range of basic necessities and daily necessities. Indomaret has a slogan that is “Easy and Economical”. This type of research is data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis model which was used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample selection was done by purposive and insidential. The sample amounted to 100 respondents. Adjusted R Square results shows that 59,5% of brand equity factors can be explained by advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal sales, and direct marketing while the remaining 40,5% is explained by other factor which was not examined in this study. While the F test result show that simultaneously the variables of advertising,sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand equity with the result of the analysis namely the value of Fcount (30,030) > Ftable (2,310). The result of the t test shows that the advertising direct marketing variables has a positive and significant effect on brand equity in the Indomaret Minimarket in Bogor. The sales promotion variables, public relations, and personal sales partially did not have a positive and significance. The dominant variable effecting brand equity of Indomaret in Bogor is direct marketing.

Abstract

The development of hotel business in Bandung is growing rapidly, so that the competition in the hospitality business is increasingly demanding that the company always strive to improve the quality of its products. One of the quality of services and marketing mix to meet customer expectations. This research was conducted to know the marketing mix location, price and promotion to customer satisfaction Dulang Resort & Resto Bandung. This research method is quantitative with the type of research used is survey research. The selection of the sample was done by purposive sampling. As for the sample totalled 75 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. Regression test results showed that 58,1% costumer satisfaction factors can be explained by the location, price and promotion while remaining 41,9% explained by other factors not examined in this study. F test results show that the simultaneous variable location, price and promotion effect significantly to costumer satisfaction. The t-test results show that the partially variable location and price influential positively and significantly to costumer satisfaction. While variable promotion doesn’t significantly influence of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Competition in today's business world is getting tighter, causing more and more choices of cosmetic products sold by other large companies, such as those experienced by companies in Indonesia, The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Price, Promotion and Service on Maybelline customer satisfaction at Matahari Mall Ciputra Cibubur. The research method used is a research method in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regrenance analysis. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling. The sample amounted to 61 respondents, using multiple linear regrenances. The results of the regrenance test showed that 51.9% of customer satisfaction factors could be explained by price, promotion and service while the remaining 48.1% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously prices, promotions and services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the results of the analysis, namely the value of Fcalculate (22.560) > from Ftable (2.77). The results of the t test show that the promotion variable shows.

Abstract

PT. Anugerah Indofood Barokah Makmur is a company engaged in the processing of packaged drinks. This type of research was conducted using descriptive data analysis methods. The research method used is data collection by means of observation and interviews, population damage data during the production process, damage data findings from the results of the inspection process and damage data found by consumers, sampling for the product inspection process, namely 1% of the total production per shift. , followed by processing the data using the SQC method, steps were carried out including filling out the examination sheet, making histograms, making pareto diagrams, calculating control charts and making causal diagrams.The results showed that there were three types of damage to Ichi Ocha and Fruitamin Cocobit products, namely damage to the position cap, damage to the No coding cap, and damage to the position label. The results of the analysis of the causeand-effect diagram showed the causes of poor quality Ichi Ocha and Fruitamin Cocobit products, namely labor factors, methods, and machines. It can be seen from the Pareto diagram, the type of product damage is more dominant in the Cap position size of 62.61%, the results of the control chart analysis show that quality control at PT. AIBM is still out of control. Actions taken to reduce damage include adding labor to the inspector section of the packing area, often verifying the camera machine heuft / inspection, carrying out maintenance on the engine and the stock on spare parts is still not controlled.

Abstract

Company value is very important because it can describe the company's performance which will later influence investors towards the company so that it can help make financial decisions in investing funds in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to find out what factors affect the value of the company. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially showed that there were two variables, namely debt policy and profitability, which had a significant positive effect on the value of the company. While the other two variables, namely dividend policy and company size, show a negative effect on company value. The results of the study simultaneously show that together Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability, and Company Size affect Company Value. The predictive ability of the five variables to the Company Value is 96.9% as shown by the amount of adjusted R square of 96.9%, while the remaining 3.1% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.

Abstract

Payroll accounting systems are designed to handle employee salary transactions and their payments. The formulation of the problem studied is how the payroll accounting information system at PT. Toyoda Gosei Safety Systems Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of payroll systems and procedures and their implementation in fulfilling the elements and objectives of internal control of the payroll system at PT. Toyoda Gosei Safety Systems Indonesia. This research took the object of research at PT. Toyoda Gosei Safety Systems Indonesia. The method used by the author is the evaluative descriptive method. The data used by the author are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the implementation of payroll systems and procedures of PT. Toyoda Gosei Safety Systems Indonesia in fulfilling the elements and objectives of internal control payroll system is still ineffective. This is characterized by the existence of a schedule of duties from the procedure of making payrolls and wages as well as making payments of salaries and wages, the entry of clock cards into unsupervised timekeeping machines, payrolls and wages and salary deductions not authorized by the staffing department.

Abstract

In this era of industrial resolution 4.0, many companies are competing to be the best in their respective fields. The impact of this pandemic turned out to be quite large felt by entrepreneurs, therefore entrepreneurs are faced with various choices to keep their companies operating and moving forward. Not only that, but companies are also required to be more transparent in disclosing information about their companies. A company's financial statements will have benefits if they are delivered accurately and on time to users for decision making. This reflects how important the timeliness of financial statements is presented to the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage and liquidity on corporate internet reporting disclosure in banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 – 2020. The population in this study is all banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2020. Samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use secondary data. Data analysis methods using balanced panel regression analysis include t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination using Eviews. The results of the analysis show that all indicators used are valid and reliable. The regression equation obtained is CIR = 70.932 + 2.65E-25X1 + 1.61E-21X2 – 1.01E-25X3 + μ. Based on the t-test and F test, it was found that the variables of profitability, leverage and liquidity did not have a significant effect on the disclosure of corporate internet reporting in banking companies listed on the IDX in 2018 - 2020, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Indonesia's economic development in 2017 grew 5.07% higher than in 2016 which was only 5.03%. Especially growth in the transportation sub-sector experienced a growth of 8.49% on an annual basis. Economic development in the transportation sub-sector will certainly invite investors to invest, therefore information about a company's financial statements is needed. Information about the condition of the company's financial statements is very necessary to determine the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, solvency and company size on the company's financial performance in transportation sub-sector companies for the period 2015-2017. The financial performance of the company is the dependent variable in this study, while the liquidity, solvency and size of the company are independent variables. The sampling method used is a sampling method with certain considerations (purposive sampling). The research method in this study is associative, while the analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression test show that 34.1% of the factors that affect the company's financial performance can be explained by the variables of liquidity, solvency and company size. The remaining 65.9% was explained by other factors not studied in the study. The existence of the F test shows that simultaneously the variables of liquidity, solvency and company size simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's financial performance. The results of the t test showed that liquidity and solvency variables did not have a significant effect on the company's financial performance with the calculated analysis values of (1.951) and (-0.602) respectively which were smaller than the table (2.01954). While the variable size of the company has a significant effect on the company's financial performance with a calculated analysis value (4,773) or greater than the table. Thus, the larger the size of the company, the company's financial performance will increase.
