Abstract

The emergence of social conflicts with religious backgrounds such as blasphemy, destruction of houses of worship, hate speech on social media and mutual discredit between one congregation and another, or one congregation with another congregation. The conflict, if examined, is actually rooted in a failure to have a dialogue between religious understanding and social realities in a diverse, plural and multicultural society. So from these problems that the character of harmony for the general public is very important in the midst of daily life activities, considering that the diversity of society often causes various kinds of conflict problems, both between individuals and between groups with each other. The character development of children's harmony from an early age is an activity that is quite effective as a transfer of value, so this is deemed very necessary to be done as an alternative step in fostering the character of children's social harmony in the Tejoagung Metro Timur environment. The purpose of the social harmony character development activity is to provide knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of harmonious character values, assist children's habituation in implementing the harmony character and provide capacity building and quality strengthening for TPA teachers. This activity was carried out for the children of the Al-Qur'an Ar-Rahman Tejoagung Education Park in Metro City, the main activity was coaching by socializing using various strategies including coordination with TPA teachers, socialization of harmony values to teachers and students, visualization of images. religious multicultural images and learning methods using habituation, demonstrations, lectures, role models and games. The development of the character of harmony goes quite smoothly and has quite an impact on the students and teachers because it provides knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of the values of the character of harmony, children and teachers can implement the character of harmony in their daily lives Keywords:  Social Harmony Character, Social Harmony, Assistance Social Character

Abstract

The paper discusses the problem of increasing security for residents in panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang area, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. One of the most important is lighting. The installation of public street lighting is still minimal, so it is far from meeting security and safety standards. In order to ensure the availability of safe and reliable street lighting, training on the assembly of solar-powered street lighting (PJU) was conducted at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. Prior to the assembly process for street lighting, a brief training was conducted on the assembly of solar-powered PJU lampposts and their installation, for residents at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency., so that he has skills that can be developed. The result of the PKM is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the residents of the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang in the field of fabrication and installation of solar-powered PJU lights. In addition, the installation of 3 Solar Powered PJU lights that are safe and reliable, and have an impact on increasing environmental security and residents' activities at night in the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang. Abstract

Located in the lowlands, Sisowaras Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban Subdistrict, has many livelihoods as farmers, where the majority of the population grows rice in the fields. Apart from farmers, there are also many other livelihoods such as traders, livestock breeders, builders, educators and government employees. However, there are still many young people in the Sidowaras village who do not have a livelihood and lack of creativity, so the purpose of this service is to empower the community in utilizing waste into plastic flower crafts. The service method uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by involving members of the Sidowaras village community, Bumi Ratu Nuban District. . The results of this service are community empowerment in terms of utilizing waste into flower crafts and Capacity Building in the Creative Economy Sector for the Sidowaras community through the use of waste into plastic flowers  which can increase capacity in terms of creativity of the Sidowaras village community in terms of creative industries that can develop creativity in terms of the economy. Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is to increase the economy of Santri Nurul Anwar through the making of custom paper bags. This research uses Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilized the potential assets of the community, either social, infrastructure, or individual. Four activities in analyzing the research; Preparing, Participatory Programs, Implementing and Evaluating. Mentoring involves multi-stakeholders and involves students and the Board of Directors of the Nurul Anwar Tejosar Islamic Boarding School. The facilitator also held a workshop which is attended by 50 participants for 2 times, namely the economic strategy workshop in the creative economy sector and also the creativity development of santri in making Paper Bags. The finding from this mentoring show that the students can increase their monthly income independently, apart from engaging in the field of da'wah, the students can develop the field of entrepreneurship that can help with independent finance and also soft skills. Abstract

One of the presentations of teaching materials that includes aspects before being and after learning by the teacher which is used directly or indirectly in the teaching and learning process is the snowball throwing learning model. The snowball throwing model is designed like a ball game with the aim of provoking creativity in making questions as well as testing the absorption of the material that has been delivered. The implementation of this community service activity aims to improve the insight and skills of teachers in choosing appropriate learning models during face-to-face learning activities. Partners involved in this community service activity are teachers at State Elementary School No. 173553 Simaremarejae Laguboti-Tobasa , where the activity carried out was training in making questions using the snowball throwing learning model. The results of the training carried out for two days showed that the teachers at State Elementary School No. 173553 Simaremarejae Laguboti-Tobasa is enthusiastic about the material presented and already understands and is able to make practice questions using the snowball throwing learning model.
