Abstract

Making product Hand sanitizer and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle were an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The making of hand sanitizer made from alcohol has been recognized as being able to kill viruses. For example Alcohol, H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide), Glycerol / Glycerin, and Aquades / Distilled Water. This new normal situation must be balanced with a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this assistance was to conduct training in making hand sanitizer in order to improve the economy and the application of healthy living during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researchers used ABCD (Asset Community Based Development) method, with stages; Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. Through this method, the discovery of assets and potentials leads to the provision of activities in the form of training and mentoring to produce hand sanitizer product. This economic assistance activity has an impact on the availability of hand sanitizer that were quite used by residents, and in marketing using online media which has a significant impact on residents.

Abstract

The condition of a developing country associates with other nations that have advanced economically. In an effort to catch up in the economic field, these countries must carry out various development programs. Farmers and underprivileged communities in the regions need assistance or funds that aim to empower them. The aim of this article gave the Assistance for Economic Independence through Making Fermented Animal Feed in the Cattle Farmer Community at Rejomulyo Sub-District South Metro, The researchers used Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), by conducting training to the farmers about the importance of utilizing the potential that exists in the environment. The result show that the community empowerment provides benefits in the form of increasing knowledge of the nutrients needed by livestock, high nutritional animal feed, increasing skills in making fermented hay feed through training activities both theory and practice. For the success of the service carried out, there was still need for further assistance to cattle breeders.

Abstract

The aim of this article was to describe how the principles, objectives, the function and approach of supervision, as well as how the head of madrasah carries out the planning, implementation and follow-up of academic supervision at madrasah. The researchers used literature review. The step was to trace the printed and electronic references regarding the supervision of madrasah principals in general, then narrow it down to the sub-focus of the discussion, namely the academic supervision of madrasah principals. Once deemed sufficient, the authors describe it systematically. The findings of this study showed that academic supervision was an effort to help teachers develop their abilities in achieving learning goals. The essence of academic supervision was not any assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but helping teachers  to develop their professional abilities. Academic supervision that must be carried out by the principal of madrasah includes: planning an academic supervision program, carrying out academic supervision, following up on the results of academic supervision aimed at increasing the professionalism of teachers as professional educators.

Abstract

The article was to find out about the existence of salaf pesantren education institutions in the midst of modern education, the role of kiai and ustad salaf pesantren, the education and learning system, and the challenges of salaf pesantren in the midst of modern education. This research used a qualitative approach. Collecting data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observations. The result show that the role of kyai and ustad in the existence of salaf pesantren in the midst of modern education, while the learning system and teaching are carried out by classical methods. Traditional learning methods used by ustad in transferring lessons involve bandungan, sorogan, memorization method, a characteristic of salaf Islamic boarding school education and teaching. The challenges of the salaf pesantren, show that there werevarious gaps in the students' enrolled in the pesantren, the background of students who are minimal in the need for simplicity in the Salaf Islamic boarding schools, there are still some lack of understanding of the ustad teaching staff, there is still a lack of awareness of discipline, the scientific quality of ustad still lacking with an indication that teachers / ustadz still lacked mastery of the material

Abstract

Indonesia, which is a pluralistic country, has serious challenges to continue to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation. Seeing the reality of the Indonesian nation with its various diversity, the nation's founders agreed on the concept of Bhieka Tunggal Ika as the country's motto. In addition, the role of citizens in a pluralistic society in maintaining diversity in Indonesia is a very important study carried out by various parties. So, this study will examine in detail how the concept of citizenship in a pluralistic society and Bhineka Tunggal Ika. This research was conducted using literature studies by analyzing various sources from books, journals, and other references. This research can provide insight and knowledge for various parties in examining the concept of citizenship, pluralistic society and Bhineka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

The emergence of social conflicts with religious backgrounds such as blasphemy, destruction of houses of worship, hate speech on social media and mutual discredit between one congregation and another, or one congregation with another congregation. The conflict, if examined, is actually rooted in a failure to have a dialogue between religious understanding and social realities in a diverse, plural and multicultural society. So from these problems that the character of harmony for the general public is very important in the midst of daily life activities, considering that the diversity of society often causes various kinds of conflict problems, both between individuals and between groups with each other. The character development of children's harmony from an early age is an activity that is quite effective as a transfer of value, so this is deemed very necessary to be done as an alternative step in fostering the character of children's social harmony in the Tejoagung Metro Timur environment. The purpose of the social harmony character development activity is to provide knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of harmonious character values, assist children's habituation in implementing the harmony character and provide capacity building and quality strengthening for TPA teachers. This activity was carried out for the children of the Al-Qur'an Ar-Rahman Tejoagung Education Park in Metro City, the main activity was coaching by socializing using various strategies including coordination with TPA teachers, socialization of harmony values to teachers and students, visualization of images. religious multicultural images and learning methods using habituation, demonstrations, lectures, role models and games. Abstract

The paper discusses the problem of increasing security for residents in panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang area, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. One of the most important is lighting. The installation of public street lighting is still minimal, so it is far from meeting security and safety standards. In order to ensure the availability of safe and reliable street lighting, training on the assembly of solar-powered street lighting (PJU) was conducted at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang, Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency. Prior to the assembly process for street lighting, a brief training was conducted on the assembly of solar-powered PJU lampposts and their installation, for residents at panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang Jl. Engineer Soekarno II no. 4 RT 01 RW 01 Dadaprejo Village, Junrejo District, Malang Regency., so that he has skills that can be developed. The result of the PKM is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the residents of the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang in the field of fabrication and installation of solar-powered PJU lights. In addition, the installation of 3 Solar Powered PJU lights that are safe and reliable, and have an impact on increasing environmental security and residents' activities at night in the panti asuhan putri aisiyah dau malang. Abstract

To improve security for residents in the area at ​​Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districts, one of the most important is lighting. The installation of public street lighting is still minimal, so it is far from meeting security and safety standards. In order to ensure the availability of safe and reliable street lighting, training on the assembly of solar-powered street lighting lamps (PJU) was carried out for members of the youth group RT10 RW 08 at Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districs. Prior to the assembly process for street lighting, a brief training was conducted on the assembly of solar-powered PJU light poles and their installation. Hence, they have skills that can be developed people. The result of assistance giving an increasing knowledge and skills of residents of RT10 RW 08 at ​​Bareng Village Klojen Malang Districts. Abstract

Located in the lowlands, Sisowaras Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban Subdistrict, has many livelihoods as farmers, where the majority of the population grows rice in the fields. Apart from farmers, there are also many other livelihoods such as traders, livestock breeders, builders, educators and government employees. However, there are still many young people in the Sidowaras village who do not have a livelihood and lack of creativity, so the purpose of this service is to empower the community in utilizing waste into plastic flower crafts. The service method uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by involving members of the Sidowaras village community, Bumi Ratu Nuban District. . The results of this service are community empowerment in terms of utilizing waste into flower crafts and Capacity Building in the Creative Economy Sector for the Sidowaras community through the use of waste into plastic flowers  which can increase capacity in terms of creativity of the Sidowaras village community in terms of creative industries that can develop creativity in terms of the economy. Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is to increase the economy of Santri Nurul Anwar through the making of custom paper bags. This research uses Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilized the potential assets of the community, either social, infrastructure, or individual. Four activities in analyzing the research; Preparing, Participatory Programs, Implementing and Evaluating. Mentoring involves multi-stakeholders and involves students and the Board of Directors of the Nurul Anwar Tejosar Islamic Boarding School. The facilitator also held a workshop which is attended by 50 participants for 2 times, namely the economic strategy workshop in the creative economy sector and also the creativity development of santri in making Paper Bags. The finding from this mentoring show that the students can increase their monthly income independently, apart from engaging in the field of da'wah, the students can develop the field of entrepreneurship that can help with independent finance and also soft skills.
