One of the problems that exist in Lunjen village is the lack of aesthetic and aesthetic values at the MIS GUPPY RUMBIA school. One of the programs implemented in Lunjen village is school painting which is one of the areas of skill. The objectives of holding a painting work program at the MIS GUPPI RUMBIA school are: 1) to beautify the school environment. 2) build interest in attracting interest for children to go to school at MIS GUPPI RUMBIA. Community service in this article. The result of this work program is an increase in the aesthetic value of the school from the movement to care for the school environment as well as increasing interest in enrolling in schools, especially at MIS GUPPI RUMBIA

Waste is often interpreted as something that has no benefits so that waste is often just thrown away. Without us realizing it, there is actually a lot of waste that actually has benefits when we know how to process it. Many people think that livestock manure is waste that cannot be processed, so many people just leave it alone. Through the processing of livestock manure, it can become something that has high value among the community, especially in the agricultural world, because livestock manure can be used as organic fertilizer for plants. KuyKuyDrink's business is one of the most in-demand and trending businesses in today's times. Many business actors run this business because the business is in great demand by the public, especially young people. This is evidenced by the increasing number of KuyKuyDrink efforts that stand up from time to time and of course with the characteristic taste of each business. But there are also KuyKuyDrink business actors who have gone out of business or went bankrupt, because the marketing strategy used was not right and the quality of service was less than optimal. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sales method with direct marketing and the use of social media is able to increase the number of sales of KuyKuyDrink drinks. The results of this study show that the increase in sales revenue is not only carried out by direct marketing methods but also social media is one of the media for increasing marketing of this product. With adequate bookkeeping, the owner can make an accurate calculation of the costs incurred so as to reduce the amount of existing costs whose purpose is to obtain the expected profit. Owners are advised to prioritize social media with the aim that the products offered are known to many people, and of course it will also increase income

In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, many SMEs experienced a decline in their turnover due to business traffic and many economic activities being locked down, this had an impact on their income level. From the results of visits and interviews conducted with service partners, information was obtained from BERKAH KU freshwater fish farming, this business was founded in 2007 and has been running for 13 years within a period of 13 years. production and the existence of technology, and these things are very threatening to the existence and activities as well as cross-economy first during the COVID 19 pandemic. The minimal types of processed products include, among others, the selection of marketing communication media that are still active, the lack of knowledge of business actors about e-commerce platform. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic is an unavoidable threat for all business actors not to do business for freshwater fish entrepreneurs because all businesses experienced a decline in turnover of almost 80%. Based on the results of research-based service that has been carried out, it can be said that the programs that have been planned and discussed will help improve marketing through the use of technology and product innovation. The first activity is program socialization in increasing knowledge about technology in marketing products. The second activity is to give demonstrations to partners by cheff in innovating products from raw fish raw materials into processed frozen food products

Dalam menghadapi wabah Covid-19 ini, perlu adanya perubahan sikap dari setiap orang dalam hal menjaga kesehatan tubuhnya masing-masing. Salah satu metode yang dianjurkan yaitu dengan menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Penguatan penerapan protokol kesehatan melalui diskusi mencari solusi terbaik dengan pendampingan. Tujuan Program pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk menguatkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat melalui media streaming youtube dan instagram bersama Sekolah Islam Terpadu Tunas Cendikia. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan melalui google formulir, setelah dilakukan edukasi kesehatan melalui talkshow yang ditayangkan secara live di Instagram dan youtube, menyapa dengan pesan pesan yang dikemas dengan singkat di grup WhatsApp, diperoleh gambaran penigkatan kebiasaan baru menjadi pola hidup sehari hari dengan hasil tingkat pengetahuan yang baik. Peneliti menyimpulkan edukasi melalui media sosial cukup efektif meningkatkan perilaku petaatan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Saran menguatkan protokol kesehatan dengan cara Im Mas Jaja Cita Deventi yaitu Memakai Masker, jaga jarak, cuci tangan, Vitamin D dan E untuk imunitas, serta ventilasi udara dibuka

Emergency conditions occur at unexpected times and places and require fast and appropriate handling. The reality is that it is rare for parents to pay attention to emergency response competency education, as in schools it has not been a concern. This community service aims to provide education through training on basic level disaster preparedness, to foster the character of Cadres of Caring Schools and Disaster Preparedness. Community service activities are carried out from August to November 2022 at the Tunas Cendekia Integrated Islamic School. BUMDES is a village business institution managed by the community and village government to strengthen the village economy and build community social cohesion based on the needs and potential of the village. The Jatisura village government has established the Surakarya BUMDES as an institution for the welfare of the community's economy. It follows the role of the Surakarya BUMDES in empowering the community in Jatisura village. Surakarya BUMDES is a business entity whose entire or most of the capital is owned by the village through direct participation in village wealth, assets, services, and for the greatest prosperity of the village people. The problems in this study are 1) how is the role of the Surakarya BUMDES in empowering the community through processed mango fruit crafts in Jatisura village, Cikedung sub-district, Indramayu District. 2) How is the community empowerment model through Surakarya BUMDES in Jatisura village, Cikedung sub-district, Indramayu District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Surakarya BUMDES in community empowerment is 1) Development and development of the economic potential and capacity of the community, 2) active efforts to improve the quality of human and community life, 3) supporting the community in realizing and developing the economy of rural communities, 4) and Helping the community to increase their income. The empowerment model carried out by the Surakarya BUMDES in Jatisura village uses a community development and participatory model. The community development model exists in the Bumdes of Jatisura village by developing the potential of natural resources to be processed into processed mangoes. Participatory empowerment model in Surakarya BUMDES with mango processing training from Surakarya BUMDES. The empowerment model approach used is top-down; the government budget determines the success of this empowerment.

Wedi Village is one of the areas in Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, where the community can take advantage of its natural potential. The development of Salak Wedi Agrotourism is one of the community empowerment programs to develop the potential of a village to improve the welfare of the community. Therefore, the author formulates the problem as follows: (1) How is the process of community empowerment through the development of Salak Wedi Agrotourism by the Wedi Village Tourism Awareness Group. (2) How is the community empowerment model through the development of Salak Wedi Agrotourism by the Wedi Village Tourism Awareness Group. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, researchers were directly involved in extracting data. Analysis of the data used using the theory of Milles and Haberman, which includes data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion. This study indicates that: (1) the community empowerment process through the development of Salak Wedi Agrotourism goes through several stages, namely the problem posing stage, problem analysis stage, goal setting stage (aims) and targets (objectives), action plans stage, the implementation stage of activities, and the evaluation stage. (2) the community empowerment model through the development of Salak Wedi Agrotourism conducted in Wedi Village is a bottom-up model. The model uses the concept of community participation in all empowerment processes because with participation in the community, the community is placed as a subject. In addition, the community development empowerment model is also used, which is an empowerment model that is carried out through the development of the potential of natural resources and human resources assisted by facilitators.

This study aims to reveal how the PPL program is able to strengthen / strengthen the competence of prospective educators who have been competently mandated in the Teacher and Lecturer law such as; paedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence, and social competence. The types in this study are qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach, with techniques for collecting interview, observation and documentation data. As for data analysis, it uses interactive analysis. So that the results of this service research produce among others; first in the aspect of paedagogic competence; PPL students are able to understand curriculum terms, learning indicators, prepare lesson materials, master teacher knowledge and students are also able to master the knowledge they teach. Second, aspects of professional competence; PPL students have self-confidence, have consequences and preparation in the profession, and always evaluate themselves. Third, the aspect of social competence; PPL students have the ability to communicate, the ability to organize. Fourth, aspects of personality competence; PPL students are actually skilled in organizing the order of materials, skilled in preparing learning materials, skilled in formulating learning indicators, mastering teacher knowledge, and mastering the knowledge they teach
