Abstract

This study discusses the learning organization profile analyzes the STAIN Pare Pare. The method used in filling out this questionnaire is a self-evaluation method in which the institution or institutions assess themselves. The results of this study indicate that Subsystem Dynamics Learning: Individuals, groups or teams, and organizations, Organization Transformation Subsystem: Vision, Culture, Strategy and structure Subsystem: Human Resources Leader, Lecturer / Employee, Student, Partner, Supplier, and Society, Management Subsystem Knowledge: acquisition, creation, storage, retrieval, transfer, and utilization, and Subsystem Application Technology: Information Systems Science, Learning-Based technology and Electronic performance Support Systems fall into good category..

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies can no longer be avoided. Due to the presence of information and communication technology, one's life will be easier. Someone can send a message, send and find information quickly and easily. But behind the convenience to be aware of any negative impact of information and communication technology to teenagers. In this era of information and communication technology, every business and activities as well as a deliberate act to achieve a goal must have a foundation footing good and strong. Islamic education as a form of human effort, must have a foundation to which all activities and all the formulation of educational goals of Islam is connected. Islamic religious education in overcoming the negative influence of the era of information and communication technologies in adolescents are educators especially for the elderly or people who provide supplies knowledge of Islam against teenagers so that they can fortify themselves in the act, think, and act in accordance with the provisions outlined by Allah SWT. for the safety of his life.

Abstract

The learning achievement is influenced by several factors, among others: the style of learning and self-confidence which is owned by a learner. Achievement of learning out comes or quality learning can be demonstrated by learners through the value obtained from any field of study learned. It is recognized that every learner has an assortment of characters and learning styles of its own besides that learners each have a level of confidence that is different. Of course in this case will have an impact on learning out comes of each field of studylearned.

Abstract

Two mass organizations that have long existed in the archipelago, including in South Sulawesi is the Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. Both of these mass organizations has been involved in the spread of Islam and even the pre - independence Indonesia. One thing that is unique and differentiates it from other missionary movement is preaching cultural synergy between Islam and local culture. This article examines the hadiths (the educational perspective) in view of the existence and power of preaching is done either by the Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This paper other than using textual approach (hadith) also uses historical analysis critical to see more about the hadiths is justified by both organizations (Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah) in carrying out the vision of his message.

Abstract

Religious education by using the approach of the study of Islam Nusantara is the concept of education about Islam by making the local culture as a medium. Islam Nusantara is a religious concept launched by religious leaders to eliminate the stigma that everything that comes from the Arabic does not make it absolutely true. Islam and the Arabs are not the same thing but two different things though in the beginning, Islam developed in the Arab lands and holy man who was elected as a messenger of God was born as a descendant of the Arabs. Islam Nusantara none other than the understanding, practice, and application of Islamic jurisprudence mu'amalah segment as a result of a dialectic between the texts, the shari'ah, and 'urf, culture and realities in the archipelago. This article examines the linkage between Islamic education and its relevance in affirming national identity and diversity. The analysis used in this paper is an analysis of the historical and material context of Islamic religious education by using literature reviews.

Abstract

Islamic education is the epistemological bases itself on a certain paradigm in this case is Islam as the main reference. Traditionally the word Islam implies two things: al quran and hadith. The second source is the primary source of epistemic in the construction of Islamic education. This paper has mapped the alQuran and Hadith as an authentic source for the sustainability of Islamic education. This article uses text analysis considering the verses and hadiths are used as justification in establishing its existence. The results showed that there was significant difference between the Islamic and western education system (secular). If the Western education system bases itself only in the framework of rationality, the Islamic educational system basing himself on al quran and hadith.

Abstract

A teacher has to be aware that every student he faces is entitled to a good teaching. But in his daily duties the teacher is faced with a challenge of giving the same teaching to different students. We know that humans are endowed with interests and talents, but it becomes wasteful when the interests and talents are not well established and channeled in accordance with the expectation so that less result an achievement. We honestly admit that not all students are able to master the subjects taught in the classroom when in fact that is what should be a provision for them, of course this is caused by many factors, these factors can be interest, study time and disorders when they want to learn. So that their ability to the fields taught in the classroom is not maximal. Every student is entitled to a good education. Schools should therefore provide a special venue for the development of interests, talents, and the addition of students' knowledge in the areas they love so they can hone their interests and talents, and add to their knowledge, such as Rohis extracurricular.

Abstract

Recognizing that every student, especially students choose a different learning styles, it is important to identify their learning style so that educators can prepare learning model and implement a strategy of learning that can accommodate all types of learning styles of students in order to increase motivation and involvement in learning activities. Implementation of the various models of learning by educators including professors will make the learning process more meaningful, but various models pembelajran the extent possible to make the learning process it managed to create a fun learning environment and can achieve academic achievement expected, the model pembejaran it should be raw and dynamic to dikreasikan the student's learning style atmosphere.

Abstract

This paper raised the dynamic development of Islamic education at the time of the Ottoman Daulah using literature review approach. In this paper reveal the characteristics of Islamic education in Daulah Ottoman period that begins by describing the history Daulah since the Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II until the time of Mustafa Kemal. The existence of Islamic education during this Daulah have ups and downs as a consequence of the policy pursued by the authorities at the time. But at the time of Mustafa Kemal reforms in government and bring Turkey into the modern era. It also impacts on the development of Islamic education significantly.

Abstract

Islamic education encourages generations to change and maximize their potential in performing their duties as abid and caliph with a sense of responsibility. The tough person who love science born out of Islamic education, the social community will change for the better based on the demands and needs of the times.Islamic education is the process of introducing authentic and kaffah Islam to learners without necessarily negating local culture and traditions, thus accommodating and justifying local wisdom that is considered in line with Islamic teachings. Cultures and traditions are the work of humans emerging from the 'womb' of history and considered as sacred and respected things by the human. Islamic education is as a holistic education concept that accommodates all the worldviews that are 'tied' in Islamic monotheistic reason and emphasizes the human’s activities be consistently transcendent dimension and fosters creativity in realizing the mission of the caliph as the main task of making Islam as the religion of rahmatan lil alamin.
