Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of ice breaking learningtechniques on PKN learning outcomes in grade 5 at SD Negeri 14 Rambang. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine whether or not there was an influence of ice breaking learning techniqueson the learning outcomes of PKN in grade 5 at SD Negeri 14 Rambang. The method used in thisresearch is quantitative with a design design that is one group pretest-posttest. The researchsample is all 5th graders, totaling 26 students. The results of this study indicate that PKN learningoutcomes have increased with the use of ice breaking learning techniques. This is evidenced in the results of the t-test calculation with a significant level (α) t = n – 1 = 25. The results obtained are tcount = 9.49 and ttable = 2.056. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable or 9.49 > 2.056, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the hypothesis states that the use of ice breaking learning techniques affects the learning outcomes of 5th grade PKN students at SD Negeri 14 Rambang.

Abstract

This study refers to the problems found after conducting initial observations at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at IAIN Bukittinggi, namely, e-performance evidence is stored on google drive, which causes the vulnerability to loss of proof of performance data. Then the confidentiality of performance evidence does not exist, because Google Drive can be opened by anyone who has access rights. And lastly, there is often a change of the password by the user, resulting in other users being unable to access it. With these problems, the authors designed a web-based ASN e-performance evidence storage application at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Bukittinggi. This research wasconducted using the type of research R&D (Research and Development) using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) namely the Pressman version of the waterfall which consists of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. After the completion of the application system design,a product test is carried out consisting of a validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. Theresults of the experiment conducted by the author of the validity test obtained an overall average value of 0.80 with a valid category. Then the practicality test obtained an overall average value of 0.89 which was declared practical in the very high category. And the last is the effectiveness test obtaining an overall average value of 0.97 which is declared effective in the high category.

The approach used is quantitative regression type. The population in this study were late adolescents in Jorong Kemajuan, Kanagarian Sinuruik, TalamauDistrict, West Pasaman Regency, aged 17-18 years, totaling 31 people. The sample in this study were 31 people. In sampling, the writer uses total sampling technique. The total sampling technique is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale type. The data analysis technique used the normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using determination test, simple linear regression test and F test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS version 20.‎Based on the table above, it is known that the Fcount value is 29,065 with a sig value of 0.000. This case shows that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (29.065>4.18) and the value of sig is smaller than than 0.000. Thus, H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that self-efficacy on career maturity has a significant effect. From these results, it shows that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on the career maturity of adolescent adolescents in JorongProgress Kanagarian Sinuruik, Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency. Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of interviews that the researchers conducted with the foster homes and the inmates that there are still many inmates whose attitudes and behavior are not in accordance with the existing rules. Like the inmates who speak impolitely, don't take them seriously in carrying out their worship. In general, people who are not mentally healthy will show 'bad behavior' such as being stubborn, disobeying good teachings, lying, deviating, torturing other people and even doing things that are not in accordance with the prevailing norms in society. Thus, mental development is effectively carried out by paying attention to the psychological factors of the target to be fostered. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. There are four key informants, the coaches of the assisted residents, while the supporting informants are the five assisted residents. Data were collected through observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses data collection, datareduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions and triangulation of data. The results of the study show that in giving mental especially "spiritual guidance" carried out by the supervisor, it has been running properly, but the guidance to the inmates there is only limited to "giving material" about religion, but lacks emphasis on the guidance and goals of the "guidance" itself, and Lack of motivation for the inmates to carry out activities voluntarily even though following them is just a formality so that the coach will not scold. Meanwhile, the supporting factors in the rehabilitation process for the inmates in mental development are strategic places, far from the crowds. While the inhibiting factors are, they have"different educational status, "different culture, different environment, character and "differentbehavior".

Abstract

This research is motivated by phenomena that occur in the field, that there are several factors that cause low learning outcomes for students in student PAI subjects that cause PAI learning outcomes to be less than optimal. At the end of the semester, students whose scores are still below the minimum completeness standard (KKM), low learning outcomes for students are a form of problem related to student learningoutcomes. The problems encountered were low scores obtained by students. This low score is seen from the results obtained by students at the end of the meeting, the teacher retests the material that has been studied. From that assessment, it was found that there were 10 people whose scores were below the KKM.The KKM set by the school is 75. From the problems that have been seen, that is what motivated the researchers to look for the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students in PAI Subjects at SMA N 1 Bonjol, Pasaman Regency.
