Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of farmers from stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. The method of data collection is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the income level of stevia (Stevia rebaudiana bertoni) farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency was Rp. 6,032,411, with revenues of Rp. 16,665,000 and a total cost of Rp. 10,632,589. Stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency is reviewed based on the R/C Ratio feasible to cultivate because the R/C Ratio > 1, where the R/C Ratio of stevia farming is 1.56. Stevia farming in Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency in terms of Break Even Point analysis based on a production unit of 138,276/kg dry stevia leaves, which means the production of 138,276/kg dry stevia leaves can cover the total costs incurred while based on the value of BEP production price shows Rp. 2,091 which means that the selling price of stevia leaves of Rp. 2,091 has reached the point of return of principal. From the BEP calculation, it shows where the BEP of production prices and BEP of production units have reached the break-even point, which means that stevia farming is neither profitable nor losing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and analyze the feasibility of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was used through direct interviews using a questionnaire containing written questions to dragon fruit farmers, while secondary data was obtained from the village office and related agencies in this study with various literature on the internet. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the land area of 3 dragon fruit farmers was 0.75-1 Ha. With total revenue is Rp. 516,750,000/Year. With a total cost of Rp. 144,189,000/Year, with the average amount of dragon fruit farming production is 11,483 Kg/Year. The income of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency is Rp. 372,561,000/Year. Judging from the value of the R / C ratio of 3.5. So it can be seen that dragon fruit farming is profitable and feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the profit gap of chrysanthemum business in “Show Window” Land and Farmers' Land in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from December to April 2022. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. The data collection method is a survey method. Interview data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires, to four farmers. Secondary data were obtained from related institutions, namely the Head of the Show Window Center and the Kelurahan Office. The results showed that the profit of the chrysanthemum flower business in the Show Window area was greater than that of the farmer, namely Rp. 13,635,049, while in the Farmer's Land, it was Rp. 7,705.822. The value of the gap in the profit of chrysanthemum business between the potential performance in the Show Window Land and the actual performance in the Farmer's Land is Rp. 5,891,726. The profit gap that occurs is caused by the cost factor incurred and the resulting revenue factor. Costs that can affect fixed costs are depreciation costs, and variable costs consisting of medicine costs, labor costs, and other costs (electricity and water). Acceptance at the Show Window is greater than that of farmers because production is influenced by land use, chrysanthemum production, cultivation methods, and competent workers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much profit is earned by “Ibu Jensy” yellow rice business in Bahu Sub-District, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2021. The data collection in this study used interviews and documentation. The interview was conducted by directly interviewing the Nasi Kuning business owner as a respondent using a list of questions that had been prepared previously (questionnaire). Documentation is done by collecting data related to research both from relevant agencies and the internet. The data collected in this study were then analyzed using profit analysis using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) analysis formula. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained that the yellow rice business "Ibu Jensy" in Bahu Sub-District, Malalayang District, Manado City is profitable because the total revenue is Rp. 610,000 per day, the total cost is Rp.441,614, so the profit obtained is Rp. 168,386 per day and get an R/C value of 1.38.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social capital of farmers and coconut productivity in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from July 2021 to April 2022. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, based on a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Sea Village office in the form of geographical conditions and socio-economic conditions of the community. The sample of this study were 30 farmers from a total population of 60 coconut farmers who were taken using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the social capital of coconut farmers in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency was relatively high, based on the results of the study with an index of 75.86% and the tendency of productivity variables in the medium category with a percentage of 43.33% or as many as 13 coconut farmers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the dynamism in the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District. This research was conducted during June-August 2021. In Rurukan I Village , East Tomohon District, the data used in this study were primary data and sequence data. Primary data were obtained through the method of direct interviews with the Esa Tarendem farmer group using a list of questions / (questionnaires). Meanwhile, secondary data was taken from the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District. The results of this study show that the dynamism of the Esa Tarendem Farmer Group in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District, is very dynamic. Where the results of the total alignment score of 263 and the percentage of 97.3 so that they are categorized dynamically. Mathematically, the calculation of Group Dynamics by summing all the total scores from variable measurement indicators. The total score obtained is 263. From the total score obtained, the calculation of the percentage of score acquisition is carried out, namely by sharing the score. The percentage calculation is as follows, the percentage of score gain = 876.4/9=97.3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct cash assistance (BLT) program is right on target in terms of accuracy of recipient recruitment, disbursement time, supervision and to determine community utilization of the BLT Program in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District. The research was carried out from January to February 2022. The data collected in the study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with BLT recipient communities using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Tambelang Village Office, as well as data related to research taken from the internet. The number of BLT recipients was 130 respondents who received BLT phase I in 2021 and phase II in 2021. The sample selected by Purposive Sampling was 60 respondents. The results showed that the use of the government's direct cash assistance program in Tambelang Village was appropriate, the recipients of the assistance had fulfilled the correct recruitment process in accordance with the implementation instructions, on time in disbursing funds, officers disbursed aid funds according to the specified schedule. The Government's Cash Direct Assistance Program is used by the community to meet their daily basic needs, namely buying rice, eggs, meat, transportation and for emergency funds, namely buying medicine and children's school needs.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the benefits of business made from sap raw, including palm sugar business and “cap tikus” business in Raanan Lama Village, Motoling District. This research was carried out from October 2021 to December 2021 in Raanan Lama Village, Motoling District. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers and secondary data from the local government in Raanan Lama Village. The number of samples in this study were 14 people, 7 people for the “cap tikus” business and 7 people for the palm sugar business. This study was analyzed descriptively using the profit method. The results showed that the profit of the rat stamp business was higher than the profit of the palm sugar business. Because the working time of the mouse stamp business is faster than the palm sugar business and the production cost of the mouse stamp business is smaller.
