Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the perspective of shoppers towards the online purchase of clothing items. The research aims to identify the factors that influence consumers in the realm of electronic commerce, and to examine the correlation between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. Given that the internet has emerged as a platform for conducting online transactions, it is imperative for companies to comprehend the consumer perception of online shopping and to determine the marketing strategies that can be employed to attract consumers. Methodology: Quantitative data was generated on the basis of the research instrument (Questionnaire) to test the research hypothesis. The date gathering was carried out by the survey which was sent online to 200 rand only reflected consumer is from which 101 responded. The data has been analysed through SPSS software. Finding: This study identifies what the factors influencing the online shopping decision of students research has shown an interest in investigating consumer motivations that affect the online shopping behaviour the objective of this study is to measure the student perception on different factors relate to online shopping which motivates the student to decide or not to decide to buy online.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO), network, and market orientation on the performance of small businesses (Small Business Performance) in West Java Province. Data was collected from 300 small business owners using a structured questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the three independent variables have a significant positive effect on SBP. Market orientation has the strongest effect on SBP, followed by EO and network. The findings show that small business owners who have high levels of EO, network, and market orientation tend to perform better than those who have low levels of these characteristics. Small business owners in West Java Province can improve their performance by investing in developing EO capabilities, networks, and their market orientation. Future research can investigate the role of other variables, such as innovation, technology adoption, and strategic planning, on the performance of small businesses in West Java Province.

The purpose of this research is to build a system that is expected to facilitate the input of sales data and minimize errors in the sales data processing process. The data collection method used is by means of interviews, observations, and coupled with literature studies that have a relationship with the problem at hand. While the research method used is descriptive qualitative research with the Waterfall model development system. CV. Jaya Baru Motor In transaction data processing and processing activities are still manual, so there are often many errors. The effort to solve this problem is to create a web-based sales information system model.

Abstract

This research study investigates the effect of intellectual capital and industry experience on applying financial accounting standards in the tourism industry. This research focuses specifically on the Ambon City context, aiming to provide insight into the factors that shape financial accounting practices in the local tourism sector. A quantitative approach involved collecting data from 150 entrepreneurs in Ambon City and analyzing the data with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The quantitative phase involved distributing survey questionnaires to tourism industry stakeholders. The research findings indicate a positive correlation between intellectual capital, industry experience, and practical application of financial accounting standards. Further regression analysis confirms the significant impact of intellectual capital and industry experience on compliance with financial accounting standards. This research highlights the importance of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development in promoting effective financial accounting practices. These findings have important implications for policymakers, industry practitioners, and researchers, who emphasize the need to invest in developing intellectual capital, fostering industry experience, and promoting collaboration within the tourism industry. Ultimately, this research contributes to an understanding of the dynamics between intellectual capital, industry experience, and application of financial accounting standards.

Abstract

TQM has emerged as an important management principle for improving operational performance in several sectors. The purpose of this research is to see how the influence of the TQM method on the operational performance of a clothing company in Sukabumi, Indonesia. Employee surveys were used to gather information, and multiple regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between TQM procedures and operational performance. Findings indicate that all elements of operational performance, including productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and flexibility, improve significantly through employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management. The findings of this study have important implications for garment companies in Sukabumi and other similar industries in Indonesia.

Various efforts can be made by the organization, so that employees remain in the organization, including organizational commitment and satisfaction, because employees or workers who have both of these indicators will be loyal and have responsibility for what is their main function, which has an impact on increasing productivity. Work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction on the work productivity of the employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas). This research method is qualitative and literature review. The results of the analysis prove that: 1) Organizational comSmitment affects the work productivity of the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) employees; 2) Organizational satisfaction affects the work productivity of the employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas); 3) Organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction both affect the work productivity of the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of sales promotion and customer satisfaction on the intention to buy gadgets in Gorontalo. Gadgets have become an important part of everyday life, and sales promotions and customer satisfaction have a significant role in influencing consumer buying interest in gadgets. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are gadget users. The sample of this study consisted of 127 respondents who were randomly selected from various regions in Gorontalo. The data collected was then analyzed using the linear regression method. The results of the study show that sales promotion has a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy gadgets. The more intensive the sales promotion carried out by the gadget company, the higher the consumer's buying interest in the gadget. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy gadgets. When customers are satisfied with the gadget products and services they use, they tend to have a higher purchase intention to acquire the gadget.
