Abstract

Systems management in the field of management focuses on SDM and marketing to improve business performance. Community service is carried out in the target villages by conducting business strategy training such as making financial system management, marketing schemes and monitoring product quality. This activity was carried out by 30 business actors in Kapuas, Central Kalimantan. The results of monitoring and evaluation activities for four months show that it is very important to conduct training to implement business strategies in improving business performance. The implications of these results can improve business performance in a sustainable manner to increase the selling power of snack products in the assisted villages.

Abstract

The general objectives of the Community Entrepreneurial Lecturer Program (PDPWM) for Dayak Ethnic Souvenir Craftsmen UKM in Palangka Raya City, are: To provide insight and skills for Dayak ethnic Souvenir SMEs in marketing and producing quality souvenir products that are able to compete in local and international communities . The specific objectives of the Community Entrepreneur Assistant Lecturer Program (PDPWM) are: 1) Providing assistance in the form of improving marketing strategies for UKM Dayak Ethnic Souvenirs in Palangka Raya City; 2) Provide assistance for the modernization of Dayak Ethnic Souvenir products, so that they have more competitiveness in the market; 3) Increasing the variety of Dayak ethnic souvenir products through various models, and using various types of raw materials. The method of implementing service activities is carried out through 3 main activities, namely: 1) providing insight, 2) mentoring to improve skills, 3) evaluation of activities together. Several indicators of the success of this activity were measured from: 1) The number of variations of Dayak ethnic souvenir products produced by each group of craftsmen; 2) Number of variations in the use of various marketing strategies that have been mastered and used by each group of craftsmen.

Abstract

Business man need increased knowledge and skills in marketing functions that can expand the market for passion fruit juice drink products from harvested "Marquisa Manis Mampang" UMKM actors in Mampang Village, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The method used in this activity is to use assistance, counseling and training to business actors "Marquisa Manis Mampang". Improving community values through digital marketing knowledge in marketing management functions is very important in expanding product marketing and maximizing the use of available business actor resources with the assistance of information and communication technology. This Community Service Activity (Abdimas) has inspired the birth of the process of implementing marketing management function activities by Partners, through social media in the form of Instagram and Whatsapp and the use of websites, namely YouTube with the help of using TIK devices, namely mobile phones for business actors "Markisa Manis Mampang" . The scope of product marketing as a result of Abdimas' activities has made the market for "Marquisa Manis Mampang" beverage products have expanded outside the city of Depok, such as Semarang, Medan and Batam. This market expansion has led to an increase in Partners' production capacity and has an impact on increasing the income of the families of business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the abilities and talents of students through the development of interests and talents carried out at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 48 Makassar. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection through observation, distribution of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis by analyzing, describing, illustrating and deciphering various events that occurred during the research and also information obtained from questionnaires that have been filled in from informants. The research results show; 1) The development of interests and talents of students which was carried out at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 48 Makassar, received a good response from the school and also students; 2) The progress produced during this interest and talent development training activity is 80% which proves that UPT SPF students at SMP Negeri 48 Makassar have extraordinary interests and talents; 3) Some important points that need to be considered in developing the interests and talents of students, especially at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 48 Makassar, namely attention, collaboration between parents and teachers, learning and training, providing motivation and reinforcement, and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The village administration currently has a strategic position in the practice of development and community empowerment, financial excellence is also an important factor in supporting these activities, however, creativity and innovation are also important things that must be done by the village government to develop the potential and advantages of the area they have. , so that it can become a strong and competitive village. Apart from this, villages are currently required to collaborate with other parties outside the government, so that they can support each other. This collaboration model can be developed for various activities. From this activity, it is hoped that good ideas can be used as triggers. development in the village. The conditions in Bungkal Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency have a very unique and interesting cultural wealth to develop, so that it can continue to be preserved, it is hoped that this Collaborative Governance model can be a way to develop the arts, so that villages become trained accustomed to carrying out various measurable development programs. This collaborative model can be implemented between the village government and academics, as well as artisans and kongkil artists, so that concrete steps can be taken for its existence and existence.
