Abstract

Abstract. This paper aims to examine Islamic business entrepreneurs in an effort to produce Muslim entrepreneurs who are superior, courageous, and independent. This paper concludes that Islamic Business Entrepreneur is entrepreneurship is all business activities that are carried out commercially in order to produce goods or services in a way that does not conflict with the Shari'a. The foundation of Islamic Business Entrepreneur is the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The functions of Islamic business entrepreneurs are 1). Seeking success in this world and the hereafter, 2). Provide benefits to other community members, 3). Cultivating a dynamic work and life ethic, as well as increasing community participation in nation building, 4). Develop entrepreneurship and make a major contribution to the expansion of employment opportunities, 5). Reducing unemployment, 6). Increase the country's economic strength.

Abstract

DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 concerning buying and selling gold in cash which was issued on June 3 2010, DSN-MUI states that buying and selling in cash is permissible (mubah), as long as gold does not become the official medium of exchange (money), either through ordinary buying and selling or buying and selling murabaha. It is interesting to study the reason for this fatwa being issued and the suitability of the legal advice of the DSN-MUI with the legal advice of the MUI in issuing this fatwa. This research is a type of library research using a descriptive analysis approach. In this study it can be concluded that: the reasons for the permissibility of buying and selling gold in cashless manner in the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, DSN-MUI interprets the Hadith of the Prophet SAW regarding buying and selling gold in a contemporary (contextual) way. This can be seen from the opinion of the DSN-MUI which states that gold and silver are goods (sil'ah) that are sold and bought like ordinary goods, and no longer saman (price, money). So that the result of the DSN-MUI's legal advice on buying and selling gold in cash is considered permissible (mubah).

Abstract

Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh are acts of worship that have a very strategic position in terms of religious, social, economic and community welfare aspects. Zakat is an obligation for Muslims to carry out the 3rd pillar of Islam which is the axis of the happiness of the servant in this world and in the hereafter. Through BAZNAS institutions, it is easier for the community to channel this third pillar of Islam. This type of research uses field research, research conducted by collecting data and information obtained directly from respondents and directly observing research objects related to research techniques. The research method used in this study is a type of field research using qualitative research methods. The results of the study concluded that the flow of BAZNAS activities in Indramayu Regency started with reception, recording and finally distribution. As for the zakat received, there are 3: zakat mal, zakat fitrah and zakat profession. This is in accordance with the legal basis of Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The process of channeling the allocation of zakat, infaq and shodaqah funds at BAZNAS Indramayu Regency is divided into two, the first is incidental distribution and the second is collective distribution. Incidental distribution, namely distribution carried out after the opinion of the proposal from the community and BAZNAS Indramayu will process and follow up on the proposal based on predetermined requirements, then it will be forwarded to the leader regarding the proposal. If it has been received, BAZNAS will assist it. While collective distribution is usually through the sub-district UPZ (zakat recipient unit) for villages in the sub-district to channel the funds

Abstract

In providing services to the public, banks develop various banking products and services, one of which is lending funds in the form of financing. The provision of fees contains risks for smooth implementation. Banks carry out good financing methods to minimize the occurrence of problematic financing. Problem financing can have bad consequences if it occurs continuously and will increase if the settlement is not carried out properly. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze what factors cause problematic financing at BTN Syariah KCP Indramayu and what steps are taken by the bank to solve it. This study uses a qualitative approach method. The results or findings in this study are that the factors causing problematic financing at BTN Syariah KCP Indramayu are from the character of the customer and it reaches 90%, where the customer underestimates the installments that are his obligations. Efforts made by banks are to be more careful in choosing and selecting prospective customers and if there is a financing problem the actions that can be taken are by: rescheduling, reconditioning and restructuring. The conclusion in this study is that credit financing and other products at the BTN Syariah KCP Indramayu bank are still relatively normal and can still be overcome. This can be seen from the problematic financing, which occurs in a small percentage, not up to 1%, or around 0.5%.

Abstract

This paper aims to answer questions about how people perceive Islamic banks and what factors cause people not to choose Islamic banks. The research data was collected from direct interviews with the people in Gabuswetan Village, Indramayu Regency. Interviews were conducted with people who did not choose Islamic banks as their financial institutions. Furthermore, this study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that people who do not choose Islamic banks think that Islamic banks are the same as conventional banks. This is due to the low level of public knowledge considering the lack of promotion by Islamic banks. The public still feels that the information that reaches them about Islamic banking, starting from the system, concept to the product, is very little. Factors that cause people not to choose Islamic banks include knowledge of Islamic banks, products and their very low existence. In addition, there are very few Islamic bank service offices and ATMs around the community. Apart from that, Islamic bank branding is felt to be lacking because of the minimal events and promos carried out by Islamic banks. Seeing the state of society like that, Islamic banks should provide education to the public about Islamic banks, starting from the system to its products. Islamic banks are expected to provide educational promotions by getting closer to the community directly. In addition, the fulfillment of facilities that support services to customers is also needed in order to provide the best service to the public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan data dan analisa kualitatif dengan deskripsi dan analisa objek penelitian dengan membaca dan menelaah karya tokoh atau pemikiran tokoh serta sumber lain yang berkaitan dengan topik, yang kemudian dianalisa dan diambil ringkasan. Penelitian ini menerapkan konten analisa dengan cara mengkomparasi. Selanjutnya, berhubungan pemikiran pembangunan ekonomi islam yang dicetus oleh KH. Ma’ruf Amin mempunyai tiga pandangan (ekonomi keadilan, ekonomi keumatan dan ekonomi berkemandirian). Selain itu upaya pemberian jalan masuk modal, peningkatan kompetensi dan kapabilitas, serta perluasan jalan masuk pasar. Sedangkan Adiwarman Azwar Karim mengamati suatu pembangunan ekonomi islam menekankan prinsip tauhid sebagai kunci dari pembangunan, Selanjutnya beliau menekankan pada prinsip keadilan agar dapat menjadikan tatanan masyarakat yang adil dan sejahtera, mensupport kompetisi sehat dan keadilan, serta berperan aktif dalam perekonomian global dan regional dengan bergantung pada kecakapan serta potensi bangsa.Tapi penekanan dan cara-cara yang dilakukan oleh kedua tokoh memiliki perbedaan. Secara substansi pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut relevan dengan cita-cita pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Di Indonesia pembangunan yang dilakukan dengan berdasar pada landasan dasar negara ialah pancasila.

Abstract

Emok Bank is a term for a microfinance business that lends money to the public using a group lender system that is done every week. The existence of emok bank in Bungursari, Bungursari Village, Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya City is used by the community as one of the supports for economic activity. Emok Bank provides an easy loan process that is carried out. This is what makes the emok bank still have an existence in the midst of the many financial sectors, both formal and informal, that are offered in Bungursari Village. The aim of the research was to find out the mechanism of emok bank loans in Bungursari Village, Bungursari Village, Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya City and what kind of social impact was felt by the Bungursari community. As well as to find out the actions of the local government in an effort to eradicate Bank Emok. The results of the study explained that the people of Bungursari Village, Bungursari Village, Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya City carried out a loan mechanism at the emok bank through several stages. The community also has dependence on emok banks due to economic factors and administrative aspects as well as changes in social and economic conditions that reduce living standards. Bank emok has been considered as the easiest initial alternative in lending. The selection was also based on how many people practice loans at emok banks. This is what ultimately causes loans to emok banks to be considered normal. The emok bank in Bungursari Village seems to have become an alternative to support the community's economic needs. The local government has also taken preventive measures to eradicate the emok bank by holding joint deliberations and forming community programs such as cooperatives ABSTRAK Bank Emok merupakan sebutan bagi usaha keuangan mikro yang meminjamkan uang kepada masyarakat dengan sistem tagihan secara berkelompok (group lender) yang dilakukan setiap mingguan. Keberadaan bank emok di Bungursari, Kelurahan Bungursari, Kecamatan Bungursari, Kota Tasikmalaya dimanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai salah satu penopang aktifitas ekonomi. Bank emok memberikan suatu kemudahan proses peminjaman yang dilakukan. Hal ini yang membuat bank emok tetap mempunyai eksistensi di tengah banyaknya sektor finansial baik formal ataupun informal yang ditawarkan di Kampung Bungursari. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pinjaman bank emok di Kampung Bungursari, Kelurahan Bungursari, Kecamatan Bungursari, Kota Tasikmalaya dan seperti apa dampak sosial yang dirasakan masyarakat Bungursari. Serta untuk mengetahui tindakan pemerintah setempat dalam upaya untuk memberantas Bank Emok. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa masyarakat Kampung Bungursari, Kelurahan Bungursari, Kecamatan Bungursari, Kota Tasikmalaya melakukan meknisme peminjaman pada bank emok melalui beberapa tahap. Masyarakat pun memiliki ketergantungan terhadap bank emok disebabkan karena faktor ekonomi dan aspek administrasi serta terjadinya perubahan kondisi sosial, ekonomi yang menurunkan taraf hidup. Bank emok telah dianggap sebagai suatu alternatif awal yang paling mudah dalam peminjaman. Pemilihan tersebut juga didasarkan banyak masyarakat yang mempraktikan pinjaman pada bank emok. Hal tersebut yang akhirnya menyebabkan pinjaman pada bank emok dianggap biasa. Bank emok di Kampung Bungursari seolah telah menjadi alternatif untuk menopang kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Pemerintah setempat pun telah melakukan tindakan upaya pencegahan untuk memberantas bank emok tersebut dengan melakukan musyawarah bersama serta membentuk program masyarakat seperti koperasi

Abstract

Peran media sosial berubah dengan sangat pesat. Media sosial kini mempunyai peluang besar dalam kegiatan bisnis khususnya pemasaran. Salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh pengguna internet di Indonesia adalah TikTok. Penggunaan aplikasi ini tidak hanya sebatas hiburan namun mengandung unsur ekonomi yang menjadi sarana pemasaran oleh perusahaan atau pelaku usaha industri kepada khalayak. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat pemasaran menggunakan aplikasi TikTok serta pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta angkatan 2022 sebanyak 240 mahasiswa, sedangkan sampel penelitiannya menggunakan teknik sampling acak kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta angkatan 2021 sebanyak 22 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner serta diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa video promosi di aplikasi Tiktok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli produk yang dipromosikan. Tingkat pengaruhnya sebesar 72,3%, sementara sisanya (27,7%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa video promosi di Tiktok merupakan faktor yang penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli produk. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi minat beli produk melalui promosi di aplikasi Tiktok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan mekanisme pengawasan penghimpunan zakat di Kelurahan Tolo Barat Kecamatan Kelara Kabupaten Jeneponto, mengetahui perbedaan antara realisasi penerimaan zakat dan potensi zakat itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpukan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber dan hasil wawancara ke beberapa informan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kemungkinan besar masyarakat lebih memilih untuk menyalurkan zakatnya langsung kepada muzakki atau di mesjid, dikarnakan tingkat pemahamannya yang minim terkait zakat apalagi sebagian besar masyarakat hanya mengetahui keberadaan zakat fitrah saja sedangkan zakat lainnya tidak mengetahui akan hal itu. Terkait mekanisme pengawasan zakat terdiri dari pengawasan internal dan eksternal, dimana pengawasan ekternal tidak berjalan begitu baik karna kurangnya masyarakat membayar zakat maal (harta) di KUA.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap referensi menabung mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. 2) Untuk menganalisis budaya berpengaruh terhadap referensi menabung mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. 3) Untuk menganalisis kelompok acuan berpengaruh terhadap referensi menabung mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengetahuan, budaya, kelompok acuan berpengaruh terhadap Referensi menabung mahasiswa di Bank Syariah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 25 mahasiswa pada Bank Syariah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Ada pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap referensi menabung. 2) Ada Pengaruh Budaya terhadap Referensi menabung. 3) Ada pengaruh kelompok acuan terhadap referensi menabung. 4) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan, budaya, dan kelompok acuan berpengaruh terhadap referensi menabung Mahasiswa Menabung di Bank Syariah. Hasil penelitian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa referensi menabung menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang menjadi alasan seseorang untuk menentukan pilihannya. Sedikitnya dalam penelitian ini referensi dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan, budaya, dan kelompok acuan.
