Service staff, which is a staff who takes care of service tasks in operational activities and provides assistance, support to a leader in carrying out his duties. In connection with this statement, it means that students feel happy or maybe not happy with the services they get from the expectations of students and the needs of students in higher education during their studies. Students are said to be customers because they pay for educational services to learn. In everyday life, human needs include health needs, security needs, and educational needs. The purpose of the researcher is to find out the satisfaction response of students of class 2018 of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program to staff services at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab Da'wah and to find out the quality of service received by active students of class 2018 at the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab and Da'wah. The method used is the research method. quantitative research with a survey approach. In this study, there were variables before and after the researcher used a closed questionnaire or an open questionnaire. But this time in the study using a closed questionnaire so that researchers get results from the respondents themselves in the form of percent figures (%) which resemble mathematical numbers. So the need for awareness, synergy, and concern for faculty staff towards students who need consultation and clarity regarding their lectures, not discriminating in terms of service, and trying to provide better facilities.

Islamic Broadcasting Communication Student IAIN Parepare is one of the study programs that uses Edlink as a distance learning medium. The use of edlink has started since the beginning of the odd semester of the 2020 academic year until now. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching the effectiveness of Edlink as a distance learning medium during the pandemic of Islamic Broadcasting Communications IAIN Parepare students. Overall, based on the results of the research which were then analyzed quantitatively, it is known that the effectiveness of using Edlink as a distance learning medium during the pandemic of Islamic Broadcasting Communication Students IAIN Parepare can be said to be quite effective. Most of the Islamic Broadcasting Communications Students of IAIN Parepare chose to use Edlink as a distance learning medium because of Edlink's ability to make it easier for students to receive or send assignments, the application is quite light, helps interaction between students and lecturers and the video conferencing feature where these things are not This can be done through other distance learning media. As for the things that hinder the effectiveness of Edlink as a distance learning medium, namely the problem of understanding the material, inadequate internet network, undisciplined lecture time, and the absence of facilities such as laptops.

This study aims to find out what percentage of the comparison between perceptions about vaccines and anxiety when undergoing a covid-19 vaccination for 2018 Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI) students IAN Parepare. This study uses a quantitative approach to research design with the correlation method. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to KPI 2018 IAIN Parepare students when they were about to undergo the covid-19 vaccine. Namely as many as 40 respondents consisting of two variables, namely variable X is the perception of vaccines and variable Y is anxiety when going to undergo covid-19 vaccination. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the relationship between perceptions about vaccines and anxiety when going to undergo covid-19 vaccination for KPI 2018 IAIN Parepare students is in the medium category. Because based on the research we have done, the average respondent has their own reasoning in sorting out news that can affect their perception, so it is in the moderate category because they know but on the same side they are still in a level of doubt.

Abstrak. Broadcasting is a familiar thing in society, many people are familiar with broadcasting but only look at the outside without understanding the parts inside broadcasting itself, in broadcasting there is theory and practice, these two things are very important and interrelated with each other. others, so for people, especially students who will or want to be involved in the world of broadcasting, especially for students who take majors related to broadcasting such as students of the KPI (Islamic Broadcasting Communications) IAIN Parepare study program, they must understand and master these two things, because One cannot practice broadcasting without understanding the theory first, because theory is the main thing and foundation before doing broadcasting practice. The ability to practice broadcasting can be seen how KPI IAIN Parepare students are able to realize and implement what they have learned and understood in the theoretical learning process, and they display these abilities and knowledge in the broadcasting practice process. This is based on the theory of Communication Skills, where this theory discusses the ability or quality of a person's communication performance. One theory that explains communication skills is skill acquisition theory. Each stage refers to information contained in long-term memory. Satire Content Youtube's Got Talent Channel Skinny Indonesia24 Perspective of Islamic Ethics Freedom in uploading YouTube content is one of the reasons for the decline in content quality. This phenomenon was criticized by skinnyindonesia24 by creating YouTube's got talent content to criticize YouTube content which is considered to lower the standard of YouTube creator content. The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and find out the satire from the perspective of Islamic ethics and communication on YouTube's got talent. This study uses descriptive discourse analysis by analyzing the three parts of YouTube's got talent content to obtain research data. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through the observation stage by watching repeatedly and documentation by taking screenshots of the atmosphere and dialogue relevant to this research. The results of this study indicate that the soft satire and hard satire used have a meaning of criticism of YouTube content which is considered to lower the standards of content creators. In this content there are also several dialogues that are not in accordance with communication ethics such as nature, actions, morals and relationships. Simulacra hyperreality is a picture of the collapse of realities that are taken over by engineering models (images, hallucinations, simulations) which are considered more real than reality itself so that the difference between the two becomes blurred as constructions in the media. the simulacra hyperreality of instagram users and what factors influence the hyperreality behavior of instagram users. Students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah IAIN Parepare. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people, and observable behavior. The technique used is in the form of observation and documentation data collection techniques. Observation of hyperreality posts.The results of this study indicate that the form of simulacra hyperreality of Instagram users of Ushuluddin, Adab and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Parepare students includes, students reflecting on basic reality (simulation), covering and distorting basic reality (simulacra), covering up the absence of basic reality (hyperreality), and showing the disappearance of relationships. with any reality and what is shown. The results of further research are the factors that influence the occurrence of hyperreality in the form of followers, engagements, and content variations.

Communication patterns are ways of conveying messages from a communicator to communicants directly or by using tools and facilities as media. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication patterns of coaches in increasing compliance with Ma'had Al Jamiah IAIN Parepare students. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques, the informants were students and supervisors of the Ma'had Al Jamiah IAIN Parepare hostel . The results of the research included; (1) The description of student compliance shows non-compliance with programs/activities carried out by the dormitory, the form of student disobedience is not participating in learning activities optimally including not depositing Arabic and English memorization and not participating in learning programs. (2) The communication patterns used by the coach are group communication patterns using a lecture and advice approach to students of Ma'had Al-Jamiah IAIN Parepare, communication techniques like this are very important, and are able to change the mindset of students from previously only taking regulations lightly to being more understand the rules themselves. (3) Obstacles that affect student compliance, namely; obstacles due to the busyness of the campus where students do not take part in learning on the grounds of being busy outside the dormitory, and the self-awareness factor, namely self-awareness determines great motivation and willingness for students to be present in student dormitory program activities.

Film is a communicative medium in conveying messages, because the message to be conveyed is visualized through visual scenes or film sound. The film Uang Panai is a regional film that raises the issue of the local wisdom of the Makassar Bugis tribe regarding marriage dowries in the romantic and religious comedy genre. This film tells about the phenomenon of the Makassar Bugis tradition which in general is the most important thing in a wedding ceremony, where a man who wants to get married must prepare Uang Panai as a condition for marriage. This research is a qualitative research that makes the film Uang Panai as the object of research and focuses on narrative analysis using observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data source for this research is the entire content of the film Uang Panai' by Halim Gani Safia which was released on August 25 2016 in all Indonesian cinemas with a duration of 119 minutes or 1 hour 59 minutes. The results of the study show that the various scenes and dialogues shown in the film Uang Panai show that the film represents the story of a couple who are about to get married, where the man must collect Uang Panai as a condition for marriage (spending money) to be given to the bride in accordance with the prevailing customs in society. Bugis-Makassar. As for Islamic values in the Uang Panai film where Anca is full of endeavor, exerts all her efforts in fighting for her love for Risna, stands firm and does not complain about all the trials and problems in collecting Uang Panai, and is responsible for all the decisions she makes, proves Taro There is Taro Gau (sticking to what is said). The application of the principles of Islamic communication in the film Uang Panai can be seen in that every problem that arises is resolved by good, gentle, effective and easy to understand communication.
