Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Differences in the effect of group-based and individual-based traditional games on improving basic motor skills in students. (2) Differences in the effect of increasing basic movement skills in students who have male and female gender in improving students' basic movement skills. (3) The effect of interaction between traditional games and gender on students' basic motor skills. The research was conducted at SDN Puhsarang 1 Kediri in the 2015/2016 academic year. The size of the research sample is 22 students from the entire population. Sampling technique with purposive random sampling. The research variables consisted of two independent variables, namely: manipulative variables: group-based and individual-based traditional games, attributive variables namely: male and female sex and the dependent variable namely: tests of students' basic movement abilities. Data collection techniques were tests and measurements, gender grouping tests, data on students' basic movement ability tests with hand-eye coordination basic ability tests, 30 meter running, shuttle run and stork stand tests. The data analysis technique used ANOVA 2x2 analysis of variance with a significance level of  = 0.05. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded: 1) There is an influence between the treatment of group and individual-based traditional game skills on basic movement abilities in grade 5 students at SDN Puhsarang 1 Kediri Regency in the 2015/2016 Academic Year. 2) There is an influence on the results of basic motor skills between students who have male and female gender in grade 5 students at SDN Puhsarang 1, Kediri Regency, 2015/2016 Academic Year. 3) There is an interaction between the treatment of traditional games and gender on the results of basic motor skills in grade 5 students at SDN Puhsarang 1 Kediri Regency in the 2015/2016 Academic Year.

Abstract

This study aims to produce due to the limited knowledge of teachers and the development of learning multimedia for grade VIII students of SMP/MTs a culture of healthy living (NAPZA/Narcotics) materials. This research is a development research conducted through several stages, namely as follows: introduction, development of learning designs, developing initial products, and product evaluation. After going through the production stage, an initial product is produced which is validated by material experts and media experts. Furthermore, the product was tested on students through large group trials. The subjects of the product trial were 15 class VIII students at MTs Negeri Aryojeding. Data is collected through a questionnaire. Data in the form of research results regarding product quality, suggestions for product improvement. Qualitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Based on the results of research data in the form of questionnaires from multimedia learning that has been tested. The results of the validation of material experts were "Very Good" with an average score of 4.37 and media experts also rated "Very Good" with an average score of 4.39. Student assessment in the main media trial was "Very Good" with a mean score of 4.56. So it can be concluded that the product developed is feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study used an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 8 Kota Kediri in the 2016-2017 academic year, totaling 170 students. the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample to be used in this research is 15 students. Data collection techniques using kinesthetic perception were measured by the Vertical Linear Space Test and the lay-up data collection was measured by the Wincousin Bounce and Shoot test. The data analysis technique used is a two-way ANOVA. Research results: 1) Based on two-way anava analysis, Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 or Fcount value (17.298) > Ftable (4.085), this means that there is a difference in the effect of dense practice and distributed practice on the results of basketball lay-up shots; 2) Based on the two-way anava analysis, the value of Sig. = 0.002 <0.05 or Fcount (11.048) > Ftable (4.085) this means that there are differences in the results of basketball lay-up shots between male students who have high and low kinesthetic perceptions; and 3) Based on the two-way anava analysis, Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 or Fcount value (25.637) > Ftable (4.113) this means that there is an interaction effect between the learning approach and kinesthetic perception on the results of the basketball lay-up shot. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is a significant difference in the effect of learning approaches with dense and distributed practice on the results of basketball lay-up shots. The effect of a distributed practice learning approach is better than solid practice on the results of basketball lay-up shots; (2) There is a significant difference in the effect of high kinesthetic perception and low kinesthetic perception on the result of a basketball lay-up shot. The results of a basketball lay-up shot on students who have high kinesthetic perception are better than those who have low kinesthetic perception; 3) There is a significant interaction between the learning approach and kinesthetic perception of the result of a basketball lay-up shot.

Abstract

The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding objectives, content and learning materials, as well as the methods used as guidelines for organizing activities to achieve certain educational goals. Curriculum in Evaluation is a process of giving/determining values or appreciation of data obtained from periodic measurement results, and the type of research is evaluation research, the model used is the CIPP model. The type of research is evaluation research, the model used is the CIPP model, there are 12 elementary schools studied in the city of Kediri, focusing on teaching physical education and health teachers in elementary schools, the instrument used in the CIPP model evaluation research is a questionnaire developed by researchers who has gone through the expert validation stage. Research data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The research process begins with the development of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that has been validated by experts. After the questionnaire is ready to be used, data collection is carried out to obtain results for the Context component with an average value of 3.25. while for the input component the average value is 3.11., while for the Process with an average value of 3.18., while for the Product component the average value is 3.24. The conclusions from the research results are (1) Physical and health education teachers in primary schools are able to plan the 2013 curriculum based on the suitability between concepts and post-training learning in the field, with evaluation results showing that context is in the sufficient category, input is in the sufficient category, Process is in the sufficient category while the Product is in the sufficient category. (2). Physical and health education teachers are able to apply learning according to the PJOK curriculum RPP after the K.13 training in target elementary schools in Kediri City, with evidence that the CIPP results as a whole are in the sufficient category.

Abstract

The background of this research is that mastery of basic movement skills possessed during childhood and adolescence is a potential that makes an important contribution in sports activities, games and other physical activities, and can enhance the development of an active lifestyle. Research objectives: (1) Determine test items that can be used as test items to measure basic movement skills in children aged 9-10 years (grades III-IV SD). (2) Testing the level of validity and reliability of basic motor skills test items. (3) Develop basic movement skills test norms as a measuring tool for basic movement skills in children aged 9-10 years (grades III-IV SD). Methods: This research is a development research using a quantitative approach, which focuses on product development in the form of tests of students' basic movement skills. The test was conducted on grade 3 and 4 elementary school students at SDN Wonorejo, Kediri. The test was tested in three stages, namely the small group stage of 27 students, then the medium group stage of 77 students and the large group stage of 234 students. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive. The results showed that in the small group trials, results were obtained with an average test score of 72.6, 74.2, 75.5 and 73.5. Whereas for the medium group it was 73.2, 74.7, 75.8., and 73.7, while for the large group it was 74.3, 75.0, 75.8 and 75.2. Thus, in each group test, a score with a good average category is obtained so that the norms developed on a scale of 1-5 can be used as part of the results of instrument development. From the results of the previous presentation, the following conclusions can be drawn. (1). There are 16 skills test items that can be used as test items in developing basic motor skills test models in children aged 9-10 years (grades III-IV SD). (2) Each test item developed in the motor skills test is a valid and reliable test item, especially in terms of content validity and logical validity as well as construction validity (3). Determination of norms in tests of basic movement skills in children aged 9-10 years (grades III-IV SD) is based on 5 categories namely, 1-5.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) Develop a physical education learning model that can be used to improve physical fitness in elementary school children; 2) Making packaging for a physical education learning model that can be used as a teaching guide for elementary school-age children in CD form and equipped with implementation instructions so that the teacher can easily understand and implement it. This development research was carried out with an educational research and development (R & D) research design using the Instructional Development Model approach. The small-scale trial was conducted on 19 students at SDN Ngasem, Kediri Regency, while the large-scale trial was carried out on students at SDN Ngasem, SDN Nglumbang, SDN Blimbing, SDN Bogem, and SDN Bangkok 2, Kediri Regency, all of which totaled 111 student. The data collection instruments used were: 1) interview guidelines, 2) value scales, 3) observation guidelines for learning models, 4) acceptability, and 5) observation guidelines for educators conducting trials. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study are in the form of a kinesthetic-based physical education learning model which is documented on a CD and a guidebook for implementing learning in class III elementary school students. The learning model is divided into 9 posts, namely: 1) walking and jumping on the catwalks, 2) jumping the goal, 3) moving the colored cubes, 4) throwing the ball towards the target, 5) kicking the ball into the goal, 6) rolling forward , 7) crawling in the tunnel, 8) crawling under the spider rope, and 9) climbing the rope. All items in the post are packaged in the form of a series of activities. At the end of this study it can be concluded that the learning model that is made is very interesting, in accordance with the characteristics of students, can be used as a way of teaching physical education and is very effective for developing multiple intelligences.

Abstract

The long jump is an athletic sport with a series of prefixes, pedestals, attitudes in the air, and ends with a landing which includes power and speed with the aim of jumping with the achievement of the farthest jump distance. Based on the formulation of the problem that has been stated above, the objectives to be achieved in this study are to: 1) Find out how much the body mass index factor contributes to the schenepper style long jump achievement. 2) Knowing how much the leg muscle power factor contributes to schenepper style long jump performance. 3) Knowing how much the abdominal muscle strength factor contributes to schenepper style long jump performance. 4) Knowing how much the contribution of the maximum running speed factor to schenepper style long jump achievement. In this case, what will be examined is the contribution of anthropometric aspects and dominant physical capacity to the schenepper style long jump achievement of grade 8 male students of SMP Negeri 2 Karangrejo, Tulungagung Regency. Where the researcher seeks to find the most effective alternative contribution to get schenepper style long jump achievement results with a descriptive quantitative multivariate correlation research design correlation which has 4 independent variables, namely anthropometric aspects (body mass index) (x1), and physical domain capacity including muscle power legs (x2), abdominal muscle strength (x3), maximum running speed (x4), and 1 dependent variable, namely schenepper style long jump performance (y). The object of this study was the schenepper style long jump learning outcomes, with a population of 150 students, the results of 30 students were taken randomly. In this study, the data analysis used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that there is a significant contribution in the anthropometric aspect (body mass index) to the Schenepper style long jump achievement of 15.4%. There is a significant contribution of physical dominance (leg muscle power) to schenepper style long jump achievement of 11.1%. There is a significant contribution to dominant physical capacity (abdominal muscle strength) to the Schenepper style long jump achievement of 7.6%. There is a significant contribution of dominant physical capacity (maximum running speed) to the Schenepper style long jump achievement of 14.7%. Based on some of the results above, it can be concluded that anthropometric aspects and dominant physical capacity contributed 48.8% to the Schenepper style long jump achievement.

Abstract

This study was designed for the following purposes: (1) To find out whether there are differences in the effect of the Demonstration Method and modification of the tool on learning outcomes of the upper serve in the volleyball game of class VII boys at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo Tulungagung. (2) To find out whether there are differences in the learning outcomes of serving in the volleyball game of class VII boys at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo Tulungagung who have high learning motivation and low learning motivation. (3) Knowing whether there is an interaction effect between the demonstration method and modification of tools as well as high or low learning motivation on the learning outcomes of the upper serve in the volleyball game of class VII male students at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo. To obtain data, the author uses two types of instruments, namely the service skill test and the learning motivation questionnaire. The population and sample that the writer uses are male students of class VII SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo who will be analyzed using two-way ANOVA statistics. From the research data, the following results were obtained: Of the 80 students who were given the demonstration method, there were 40 students with high motivation and 40 students with low motivation. Likewise for those who were given the tool modification method, as well as for their learning motivation, 40 students had high motivation and 40 students had low motivation. Based on the analysis of the effect of the demonstration method and modification of the tool on the learning outcomes of the upper service, it is obtained that F count is 161,307 and 85,983 > F table = 3,967, and the difference in learning outcomes of students who are highly motivated and low is obtained F count of 27,879 and 50,809> F table = 3,967 . While the results of the analysis of the interaction between the demonstration method and modification of tools as well as high or low learning motivation on service learning outcomes obtained F count of 3.442 and 0.004 < F table = 3.967, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) There is a difference in the effect of the demonstration method and modification of the tool on the results of learning the upper serve in the volleyball game of class VII male students at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo Tulungagung. The effect of giving the tool modification method is better than the demonstration method. (2) There are differences in the learning outcomes of serving in the volleyball game of class VII male students at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo Tulungagung who have high learning motivation and low learning motivation. Students with high motivation have better scores than students with low motivation. (3) There is no interaction effect between the demonstration method and tool modification as well as high or low learning motivation on the learning outcomes of the upper serve in the volleyball game of class VII male students at SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo.

Abstract

This research is research and development by going through the preliminary stages, developing learning designs, production, and product evaluation. After the production stage, then the product validation stage by media experts and material experts. Data were obtained through questionnaires about the quality of learning multimedia products regarding aspects of appearance, content/material, learning, and qualitative data suggestions and input used as material for improvement. Qualitative data is data obtained from questionnaires in the form of statements and not the results of calculating numbers analyzed with descriptive statistics and quantitative data is data obtained from numbers from initial assessments starting from small group trials and large group trials where to find out the success of the product to be developed. From the results of the large group questionnaire, students can be said to be very good where the frequency of 13 is very good, namely 86.67 and the frequency of 2 presentations is good, namely 13.33 and the results of student comments that learning using Macromedia Flash multimedia on learning material for football games is very fun and easy to understand. . This research produced a Macromedia Flash-based learning multimedia product for soccer games that students can use as companion material for soccer games. As for the validation of material experts and media experts "very good", while the assessment on the test obtained: display aspect score 4.35 (very good), content aspect score 4.27 (very good), learning aspect score 4.30 (very good). The overall average in the student trial is 4.25 including the "good" criterion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Know the effect of computer assisted instruction (CAI) on student understanding (2) Know the effect of the lecture method on student understanding. (3) knowing the differences in the interactions between the differences in the interactions between students' mastery of understanding. This research is using experimental method. The population in this study is the population used in this research plan are all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Nganjuk, a total of 8 classes with a total of 244 students. The sampling technique used is random, namely randomly by drawing lots. From a sample of 80 people, the CAI learning model and the lecture method were applied, where the results were classified into two, namely high understanding results and low understanding results. Data collection techniques with test questions and to measure student interest used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is ANOVA 2 X 2 and the Newman Keuls test. The results of the study: 1) The results of the study show that there is an effect of learning with CAI media to have a different increase between male and female students. This is evidenced by the value of 89.5> 70.75 at a significance level of 5%. 2) From the results of the study, it was shown that there was an effect of the lecture method treatment having an increase in different learning outcomes between male and female students who received lecture method learning. This is evidenced by the daughter's score of 74.5 > 60.2 and 3) The results of the study show that there is an interaction between the differences in CAI media learning and the lecture method learning model. Because CAI learning media > lecture method learning model thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected which means that the success of the learning approach is influenced by CAI learning media for students.
