Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in teachers' abilities in compiling cognitive diagnostic tests through Principal Supervision activities using group discussion techniques at Darurejo I Plandaan Elementary School, Jombang in the 2022-2023 academic year semester I. This research was conducted at SDN Darurejo I Plandaan Jombang in semester I of the 2022-2023 school year for three months to be exact in July, August, September 2022. The research subjects were class teachers in this school, a total of 10 teachers. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and observation. The conclusion of the results of this study is an increase in teachers' abilities in compiling cognitive diagnostic tests through Principal Supervision activities using the group discussion technique at SD Darurejo I Plandaan Jombang in the odd semester of the 2022-2023 school year by 15% of each cycle. In cycle I, the percentage of the teacher's ability to compose cognitive diagnostic tests was 75.8% in the sufficient category, then increased in cycle II to 90.8% in the very good category. In addition, the supervision activities of school principals using the group discussions technique showed that teachers' readiness to participate in activities in cycle I obtained an average percentage of 80% in the good category and increased in cycle II by 97% in the very good category.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe periodic collaborative educational supervision in improving teacher performance in carrying out project-based learning at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang for the 2022-2023 Semester 1 academic year. The method used in school action research is school action research with three cycles. The research subjects were 10 teachers at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang for the 2022-2023 Semester 1 academic year. The research started from August to November 2022. The data collection method used interviews and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this study is that periodic collaborative educational supervision in improving teacher performance implementing project-based learning at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang for the 2022-2023 Semester 1 academic year is carried out collaboratively which has an impact on improving performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) The use of Feedback Techniques in improving teachers' abilities in preparing Differentiated Learning Implementation Plans at SDN Darurejo III Jombang for the 2022-2023 academic year semester 1; (2) Improving the ability of teachers to prepare Differentiated Learning Implementation Plans using the Feedback Technique at SDN Darurejo III Jombang for the 2022-2023 academic year semester 1. The method in this school action research used three cycles. The research subjects were 10 teachers at SDN Darurejo III for the 2022-2023 academic year semester 1. The research started from August to October 2022. The data collection method used interviews and documentation. The conclusions from this study are: (1) The feedback technique used at SDN Darurejo III Jombang for the 2022-2023 semester 1 academic year, is carried out through interviews or coaching about the Differentiated Learning Implementation Plan which has been compiled in three cycles. In addition, short notes are given on the results of the teacher's work to show things that still need further improvement/improvement. The sentences in the feedback can be in the form of comments, instructions or questions; (2) The teacher's ability to prepare a Differentiated Learning Implementation Plan using the Feedback Technique at SDN Darurejo III Jombang for the 2022-2023 academic year semester 1, has increased significantly in each indicator up to cycle III, namely 94.8%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe the supervision of learning carried out in improving the ability of teachers to implement lesson plans using a differentiated learning model at SDN Tondowulan 2 Plandaan Jombang for the 2021-2022 academic year semester 2; (2) to describe the increase in the teacher's ability to apply a differentiated learning model after implementing learning supervision at SDN Tondowulan 2 Plandaan Jombang for the 2021-2022 academic year semester 2. This research is an action research (action research). The type of action research chosen is the emancipatory type. The research design used was the Kemmis model design which consisted of four steps, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were teachers at SDN Tondowulan 2 Plandaan, totaling 10 teachers. The conclusions of this study: (1) Supervision of learning to improve teachers' ability to implement lesson plans using a differentiated learning model at SDN Tondowulan 2 Plandaan Jombang for the 2021-2022 academic year semester 2, carried out collaboratively by involving colleagues, supervisors and collaborators; (2) Increasing the ability of teachers to apply a differentiated learning model after implementing learning supervision at SDN Tondowulan 2 Plandaan Jombang for the 2021-2022 academic year semester 2, as seen from the acquisition of an average indicator score of 29.9 in the sufficient category in cycle I and an average score The average increased to 40 with a very good category in cycle II.

Abstract

The background of this research is that many teachers encounter learning problems, Madrasah heads have not carried out supervision tasks effectively and continuously in an effort to improve teacher performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is how can the implementation of classroom teacher administrative supervision improve the performance of class I, II and III teachers at MIN 2 Pasuruan City? The aims of this study were to: (1) determine the effectiveness, impact and implementation model of class teacher administration supervision at MIN 2 Pasuruan City towards improving the performance of class I, II and III teachers in preparing class teacher administration. The subjects in the study were 3 teachers at MIN 2 Pasuruan City. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The validity of the data used is the technique of triangulation of sources and methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in teacher performance in preparing class administration, where in the initial conditions there were no teachers who were able to properly arrange class administration, this was evidenced by the low average score obtained by teachers, namely 78 and only entering in the less category, in the first cycle it increased quite significantly even though there were still no teachers who were declared able to organize class administration properly, by obtaining an average classical value of 118 and included in the sufficient criteria and in the last cycle being a teacher or 100%, it was proven with the acquisition of a classical value of 158 in the criteria of good value. The conclusion is that supervision of class teacher administration carried out by the head of the Madrasah for 3 teachers at MIN 2 Pasuruan City was declared successful in improving teacher performance in preparing class teacher administration.

Abstract

Professional teachers must have 5 (five) competencies, one of which is the competency in preparing lesson plans. However, in reality there are still many teachers who have not been able to prepare lesson plans so that this automatically affects the quality of the output produced in the learning process. Increasing the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans can be done in various ways including through training, seminars, workshops, providing various guides and modules. However, after considering the various advantages and disadvantages, planned and continuous coaching through educational supervision is considered more effective because any problems found can be immediately sought for solutions together and the time can be adjusted according to the abilities of each teacher. This research was carried out using an action research design which was designed through two cycles through procedures: (1) planning (planning), (2) implementation of action (action), (3) observation (observation), (4) reflection (reflection) in each cycle. The results showed that, in formulating indicators of effective learning objectives in accordance with competency standards and basic competencies of each subject, there was an increase of 10 points, in choosing strategies and methods, there was an increase of 9 points, in determining assessment techniques and methods that could measure the achievement of objectives. experienced an increase of 7 points, in determining learning materials / learning materials experienced an increase of 8 points, in preparing learning evaluations an increase of 11 points. In this way, it can be said that educational supervision of class teachers can improve the ability of teachers at the UPTD Satdik SDN Tanggul Wetan 02 in preparing lesson plans.

Abstract

This paper aims to make it easier for school supervisors and principals to explain PKKS and PKG teaching materials in depth to target schools and to anyone who needs them. This paper is written based on the author's experience in delivering teaching materials to target schools. This paper provides an in-depth explanation of PKKS and PKG, both in writing and via video with the Microsoft Sway link that has been shared. Henceforth supervisors have complete knowledge when implementing PKKS and school principals have a deep understanding of PKG, so it is hoped that quality PKKS and PKG will be able to increase the competency of school principals and teachers and have an impact on achieving graduate competency standards.

Abstract

To make changes in improving the quality and quality of teacher education is very important, because the teacher is the front person whose job is to transfer knowledge to students. For this reason, a learning strategy is needed that is carried out by the teacher and is very dependent on the creativity of the teacher himself in conveying the contents of the material to students. Learning models that do not involve students will reduce student learning interest, so that learning achievement will also decrease. A learning model that places more emphasis on student activity is a teaching and learning model that prioritizes the active role of students, both physically, mentally and socially. Discovery learning is a model for developing an active way of learning by self-discovery, self-investigation, so the results obtained will be loyal and long-lasting in memory. Through discovery learning, students can also learn to think analytically and try to solve their own problems. The results of this study are 1) The Discovery Learning learning model can increase student achievement activities in Class VIII-C at SMP Negeri 1 Grogol Kediri Regency Even Semester in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. 2) The Discovery Learning learning model can improve student achievement as indicated by the increase in the percentage of classical mastery and class average grades. In cycle 1, the percentage of classical completeness was 58.33% with an average grade of 66.22. In cycle 2, the percentage of classical mastery was 72.2% with an average grade of 74.86. In cycle 3 the percentage of classical mastery was 86.11% with an average grade of 82.52

Abstract

This study aims to describe science with the application of the Visual Media method which can improve student achievement in the material Effort and Style. This study used a Class Action Design (PTK) which consisted of two cycles. Research data collection was carried out from September to November 2022. The results of the research in the form of student learning activities and achievements were obtained through tests at the end of each cycle. The results showed that students' interest increased by (14.58%) in cycle 1, from 68.42% to 83% in cycle 2. In increasing learning achievement, the number of students who met the KKM standard in cycle 1 was 22 students (59 %), and students who met the KKM standard in cycle 2 were 34 students (95%). The percentage increase was 36% from cycle 1. So it can be concluded that the application of the Visual Media method can improve student achievement in class VIII-I SMP Negeri 2 Pare on the subject of Business and Style.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to increase motivation and learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education for class VIII-F students of SMP Negeri 2 Pare, Kediri Regency. This research is devoted to the material Avoiding Disgraceful Behavior. The research subjects were 33 students of class VIII-F of SMP Negeri 2 Pare, Kediri Regency. This study used the team quiz method, which is a learning method with a study group division system where learning material is divided according to the study group so that the study group will have the opportunity to be a group of questioners and answerers. This type of Classroom Action Research is carried out in cycles using the Kemmis and Taggart models with details of: (i) planning (ii) implementing actions (iii) observation (iv) reflection. The types of data obtained are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is data obtained in teaching and learning activities in the form of observation. Meanwhile, quantitative data is data on learning outcomes obtained by testing. The result is that the team quiz method can increase motivation to study Islamic Religious Education material Avoiding Disgraceful Behavior in Class VIII-F students of SMP Negeri 2 Pare, Kediri Regency. This is evidenced by the increased student learning activity from pre-cycle 45% to 60% in cycle 1, then increased 90% in cycle 2. The team quiz method can improve learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education material Avoiding Disgraceful Behavior in Class VIII-F students of SMP Negeri 2 Pare, Kediri Regency. This is evident from the average learning outcomes reaching 85.15 in cycle 2 with a classical completeness percentage of 93.93% from the previous results, namely cycle 1, the average learning outcome was 75.75 with a classical completeness percentage of 69.69%.
