Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of buying and selling durian fruit with a slashing system. In addition, to find out how the views of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling durian fruit with this slashing system. This type of research is qualitative research. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling durian fruit with a slashing system in Songgon Village, Banyuwangi Regency, in practice there are elements that can benefit and harm one party between the seller and the buyer. In practice there is also an element of gharor which is still not clear whether the durian fruit can be harvested or even exposed to pests or fall before harvest time. Because buyers still have to wait two months more to be able to harvest durian fruit. In the practice of buying and selling durian fruit is not in line with the wishes of syara', where in practice it is selling unripe fruit or selling fruit that is still on the tree, so that there is an element of uncertainty (gharar) in this transaction.

Abstract

Islam is the most perfect religion from other religions. It is called perfect because Islam is the complementary religion of the previous religions and its syari'at regulates all aspects of life, both those that are aqidah worship and Maliyah both horizontally and vertically and Islam is also rahmatan lilalamin. In the norm of maliyah, Islam regulates all forms of human behavior in dealing with others to meet the needs of life in the world. This includes the principles governing the market and mechanisms. In the realm of Islamic economic thought, there is a scholar, Ibn Taymiyyah, who has discussed a lot about economics, including his opinion on markets, prices, justice, economic principles and other economic thoughts. Every economic activity must contain an element of benefit and not abuse himself and others, so that economic activities can create welfare for the community evenly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Islamic branding, personal selling, and product quality simultaneously on the purchasing decision of Pashmina Hijab at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents was done randomly and then analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that Islamic branding, personal selling, and product quality simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the purchasing decisions of Pashmina Hijab made by female students at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi with a contribution of 67.5%.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the existence of organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) (2) To determine and analyze the existence of Islamic compensation (X2) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction ( Y). (3) To find out and analyze organizational culture (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) together have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). The result of the research is that the significance level is 0.004 < 0.05. Therefore, the probability level is much smaller than 0.05 using a significance level of 5% or 0.05. It can be said that there is a jointly significant influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of Koppontren Ausath Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Then from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.837 which shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) simultaneously affect the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) of 83.7% which means the organizational culture variable (X¬1) and Islamic compensation (X2) has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Sharia economic growth in this era has grown very rapidly. With such a significant development, many disputes have arisen. This makes it difficult for many people to find a way out of this problem. At the time of the Messenger of Allah, dispute resolution was usually carried out by means of sulh and tahkim. And in this writing, the author limits two main problems; First, how is the concept of sulh and tahkim in dispute resolution. And second, how to implement sulh and tahkim in dispute resolution in this modern era. The purpose of this paper is to find out the application of problem solving in accordance with good Islamic law. This type of research is library research with a normative and juridical approach. And the results of this study found that (1) the concept of sulh is to reconcile the two parties to the dispute, if it is felt that peace does not get results, then the tahkim method is carried out, namely by resolving disputes properly. (2) In this modern era, sulh is carried out by means of peace while tahkim is carried out by means of arbitration.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, firm size, profitability, and asset growth to the capital structure. The data in this test is data from 2017-2019. The subjects in this study are Advertising, Printing, and Media companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2017 or earlier until 2019. Supposed on the result of partially testing are Liquidity, Company Size, and Asset Growth influence the capital structure. Whereas the Profitability are not influence the capital structure. And if the result of simoultaneously testing, Liquidity, Company Size, Profitability, and Asset Growth influence the capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and ROA on Profit Growth. The method of analysis in this study is CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and ROA which are seen to have partial and simultaneous effects on Profit Growth. The results show that CAR has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if CAR increases, Profit Growth also increases. Furthermore, NPL has a positive effect on profit growth, this means that if NPL increases, Profit Growth also increases. Meanwhile, the BOPO variable has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if the BOPO increases, the Profit Growth will also increase. Furthermore, LDR has a positive effect on profit growth, it means that if LDR increases, Profit Growth also increases. The fifth shows that ROA has a positive effect on profit growth, this means that if ROA increases, Profit Growth also increases. The results of the sixth hypothesis show that CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, ROA have a positive effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy for collecting and implementing the KOIN NU movement program at LAZISNU Singgahan. The research method is qualitative by using a field research approach through observation, documentation and interviews. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the strategies used by LAZISNU Singgahan in the success of the KOIN NU movement program are socialization, program implementation, building communication systems, service systems and bookkeeping in a clear and transparent manner. While the process in implementing or collecting the KOIN NU movement program, LAZISNU Singgahan carried out in three stages, the first was from LAZISNU sub-district distributing cans to each branch to be distributed to the community, either in groups or individually, the second was collecting cans in the community by the KOIN NU coordinator, the third is the counting and distribution of coins by the counting team.

Abstract

This thesis aims to find out how the marketing strategy for health products at PT. Indonesian Alwahida Penawar Herb Stockist in a Gentile stockist and know how to review Islamic economic law in the marketing strategy of the company. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. Research results namely The strategy used by HPAI stockists is a strategy that uses Sharia MLM. The marketing strategy undertaken by HPAI stockists also does not contradict Islamic economic law, which is seen from the absence of conflicting provisions on animals No: 75 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2009 concerning Sharia Tiered Direct Sales (PLBS).
