Abstract

This study aims to (1) Determine the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing sales of pension products, (2) The strengths and weaknesses of the marketing strategy of Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing product sales. The result of this research is that the marketing strategy is the marketing activities carried out by the Bank’s management in order to achieve the marketing target. This marketing Strategy is structured based on what should be done, who does, and when to do it. The marketing strategy used by Bank Syariah Mandiri in increasing sales of pension products is by using an approach and promotion strategy. This approach to customers can enhance Bank Syariah Mandiri’s long-term growth and maximum customer satisfaction. After carrying out the approach process, the next stage is the promotion strategy. Promotion is an activity that aims to convey information about pension products to customers, so that the pension product is known and can encourage customers to use it. Promotion is also very useful for providing information about the advantages or disadvantages of these retirement products.

Abstract

Pegadaian is a non-bank financial company that is often referred to as a company “Overcoming Problems without Problems” whose function is to help public finance urgent nature. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of sharia pawn products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Simpang Lima Banyuwangi in marketing products sharia pawn Simpang Lima Banyuwangi in terms of perspective from Islam. This research data uses primary data using data. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Simpang Lima Banyuwangi is legitimate because it is in accordance with promotions that are permitted in Islam and is related to the characteristics of the Prophet when he carried out promotions (marketing) and marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Simpang Lima Banyuwangi is able to influence the growth in the number of promotional systems used by PT. Banyuwangi Syariah Pegadaian can be seen from the results of the SWOT analysis consisting of IFAS matrices namely strengths and weaknesses and the EFAS Matrix that is, opportunities and threats so that they will show the results of the SWOT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the buying and selling practice of cassava with the ngijo system in Bumiharjo Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. And to find out the perspective of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling of cassava with the ngijo system, Bumiharjo Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. The results of this study are the practice of buying and selling cassava as follows: first, the seller will offer cassava, then the buyer will come to survey and make some estimates of the price of cassava, after being surveyed, bargaining will be made to reach an agreement with farmers, after that from the buyer The cassava pays an advance payment (panjer) as a sign and the rest is paid when the cassava is harvested. This cassava buying and selling transaction with the ngijo system in Bumiharjo Village is valid according to the perspective of Islamic law, because it is in accordance with the pillars and terms of sale and purchase, namely: aqidain, ma'qud alaih, and shighat and avoid several possible facades, such as usury and gharar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice and review of Islamic law related to the sale and purchase of land in Karangdoro Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency and to find out. The results obtained from research on the practice of buying and selling land in Karangdoro Village. In buying and selling through a broker, a broker gets 5% of the proceeds from the sale, which percentage has become a local custom or taken from the additional selling price of the land. In addition, it is usually when a land owner asks for the net price of the land sale. After knowing the price asked by the land owner, the realtor will find a buyer and offer the goods. After the broker makes a price agreement with the buyer, the buyer will be brought together with the land owner to make an agreement or agreement. The sale and purchase transaction of land in Karangdoro Village is legal according to the review of Islamic law, because it is in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale and purchase, and the increase in prices made by brokers in selling land is permitted under Islamic law because it has received permission from the land owner.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To know and analyze the influence of sharia marketing variables on customer trust in savings, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of service excellent variables on customer trust, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of sharia marketing and service excellence variables on trust. The results of this study indicate that the variable partially sharia marketing on customer trust obtained a significant value with the t test with the value of Thitung> T tabel (2.658> 2.048) is the result of the t test shows that there is a positive influence between the sharia marketing variable (X1) on customer trust (Y ), partially the service excellent variable t test with a Thitung of (5.949> 2.048) the t test results show a positive influence between the service excellent variable (X2) on customer trust (Y), and the F test result is Fhitung = 68.815 with probability level 0.000b. So that (0.000b) is much smaller than 0.05 which means it is significant and based on the F test it is known that all the variables studied have a significant effect on variable Y.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how the contract mechanism is applied in the book buying and selling transaction using the online system, 2) To find out how the muamalah fiqh view of the book buying and selling transactions using the online system. The result of this research is the practice of buying books with an online system by the santri of Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in the view of muamalah fiqh is not at all against the law of fiqh, because in practice it starts from transactions, contracts, objects of transactions, to the two transactors (al- ‘aqidain) did not violate the rules in the muamalah fiqh. This can be seen from the occurrence of the contract, between the buyer and the seller making an agreement in accordance with the provisions of fiqh, then for the perpetrators they are baligh, sensible, have targeted their own assets and there is no element of coercion from any party, the object is in accordance with the law of fiqh. That is, it is not in the form of an unclean object, has benefits, its shape can be clearly identified and the new is already its own.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the significant effect between location (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y). 2) To determine the significant influence of the quality of Islamic services on purchasing decisions (X2). 3) To find out the significant influence between location (X1) and the quality of Islamic services (X2) simultaneously or together on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the multiple regression test obtained the coefficient price (rx1x2y) of 0.701 and the price of the coefficient of determination (rx1x2y) 2 of 49.140%. The F (rx1x2y) test results showed that the Fhitung was 13.046 and the Ftabel at the 5% level was 3.35. T test results are known that thitung shows that the figure is greater than ttabel or 13,046 > 3.35 so that there is a significant influence between the location and quality of Islamic services simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions in Ausath Grocery Grocery Unit Unit at Ausath Blokagung Banyuwangi Regency. This means that each independent variable, namely location and quality of Islamic services, has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (consumer purchase decision) in the Ausath Grocery Store Unit of Ausath Blokagung Koppontren, Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Sharia Pawnshop is a sharia non-bank financial institution that has a vision and mission as a company to solve problems without problems, to analyze Islamic service strategies using SWOT analysis to determine internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the Islamic service strategy adopted by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Simpang Lima Syariah Pawnshop Unit in Banyuwangi Regency. In this study uses a qualitative approach and uses qualitative research case studies and uses primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is the SWOT analysis technique. Data validity uses source triangulation. The results showed that the Islamic service strategy applied in the Islamic pawnshop there are several types of services including Islamic Shari’a services, services in the Islamic view seen from the results of the SWOT analysis consisting of IFAS matrix namely strengths and weaknesses and EFAS Matrix namely opportunities and threats so that it will show results from a SWOT.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the value of collateral taxation and the profit sharing ratio of mudharabah financing on member interest. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents as members of mudharabah financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Pesanggaran. The results of this study indicate that the value of the collateral assessments partially does not affect the interest of members in BMT Sidogiri Pesanggaran. By obtaining the thitung value of 0.69, while ttabel is 2.048, which means thitung ttable, and also the value of sig. equal to 0.001

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the practice of collaborating with rice processing in the Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi, and knowing how to practice the cooperation with processing of maro in The Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi the perspective of Islamic economic law. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study are the collaboration carried out by the owner of the paddy field and the paddy farmer, the paddy owner only provides land only, while the paddy cultivator is burdened with material capital and labor to work on the paddy. The practice of maro processing in paddy fields in Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency is included in the mukhabarah contract. The profit sharing mechanism uses the bawon system (fee). If 100% of the yield is obtained, 20% will be given to the cultivators of the paddy fields, while the remaining 80% of the deduction will be collected between the two parties where each party will get an equal 40% yield.
