Abstract

Pembahasan akan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kembali menguat ketika Presiden Joko Widodo mulai menjabat sebagai presiden Republik Indonesia. Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) menjadi hal yang berulang kali ditekankan oleh presiden di awal periode keduanya. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang tangguh dan bersaing menjadi kunci investasi dan perekonomian yang terus meningkat, pemerintah dalam hal ini berkonsentrasi penuh dalam pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Salah satu unsur ekonomi adalah usaha ekonomi mikro yang dikelola oleh kelompok usaha kecil terutama bagi mereka yang kurang beruntung, baik melalui usaha individu, rumah tangga/keluarga, maupun kelompok. Tujuan penelitian yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah : 1)Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi apakah terdapat pengaruh program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara simultan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat (Y) di Bojonegoro dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. 2)Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi apakah terdapat pengaruh program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara parsial terhadap perekonomian masyarakat (Y) di Bojonegoro dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. 3) Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi diantara variabel program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan variabel peran pendamping (X2), variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel perekonomian masyarakat (Y) dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk mencari pengaruh variabel kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara simultan dan juga parsial terhadap variabel perekonomian masyarakat (Y). Sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Usaha Kecil, Perkenomian, Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional tahun 2017-2021: 1) dengan menggunakan rasio Financing Aset to Ratio (FAR). 2) menggunakan rasio Gearing Ratio (GR). 3) menggunakan rasio Modal Sendiri-Modal Disetor (MSMD). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik sensus sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berupa laporan keuangan bulanan mulai bulan Januari tahun 2017 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2021. Uji Normalitas data menggunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov. Teknik analisis data menggunakkan uji Man-Whitney U test karena data yang digunakan tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Man-Whitney U-test menunjukkan: 1) nilai signifikasi FAR perusahaan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan. 2) nilai signifikasi GR perusahaan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan. 3) nilai signifikasi MSMD perusahaan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan. Kesimpulan dari analisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan pembiayaan syariah dan konvensional yaitu: 1) perusahaan pembiayaan syariah lebih baik dari perusahaan pembiayaan konvensional ditinjau dari rasio FAR dalam penyaluran dana untuk pembiayaan kepada nasabah. 2) perusahaan pembiayaan syariah lebih baik dari perusahaan pembiayaan konvensional ditinjau dari rasio GR dalam memenuhi kewajibannya dengan menggunakan jaminan aktiva dan modal yang dimiliki. 3) perusahaan pembiayaan syariah lebih baik dari perusahaan pembiayaan konvensional ditinjau dari rasio MSMD dalam jumlah ekuitas yang dimiliki untuk penyaluran dana pembiayaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a location close to the crowd and holding promotional activities, the public will know what is offered by the Islamic financial institution and will increase public interest in joining as members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, promotion and profit-sharing factors partially on the interest of the people who are members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch and the magnitude of the influence of location, promotion and profit sharing on public interest in becoming members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire using random sampling technique, the data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis T test, F test and coefficient of determination. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS 23.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test shows that: (1) location variable has a positive and insignificant effect on public interest in becoming members at BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (2) Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in becoming a member of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (3) the profit sharing variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in becoming a member of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (4) Promotion and profit sharing have an effect of 60.3% on the interest of the people who are members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 2) Mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif uji hipotesis. Teknik sampel penelitian menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji-t (uji parsial) variabel Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) diketahui nilai koefisien thitung 4.362 dan 3.570 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,048, maka Ha diterima. Hasil regresi tersebut menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y). Uji-F (uji simultan) variabel kesadaran Halal (X1) dan religiusitas (X2) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat membeli (Y), nilai Fhitug > Ftabel (23.909 > 3,35) dan R­­­­­2 sebesar 65,2%. Abstract

Abstract The Islamic economic system in the lower classes of society must of course start from the village, because in the village there is financial potential for village funds to be developed through village-owned enterprises. there is an incentive to provide access to capital funds to the public. This fund can be developed through the empowerment of Home Industries and the empowerment of small community shops. Of course, the provision of capital on a large scale is not necessarily given directly to the people who apply for capital. There is a separate mechanism determined by the village government. For example, there is a micro-enterprise survey stage and a guarantee that must be submitted as a preventive measure if the community defaults.

Abstract

Of the several prevailing systems, the majority used are leases, orange collectors rent oranges from farmers for a certain time, and as long as the rental period is still running and has not been completed, the farmers are not allowed to use their land and the status of the land benefits belongs to the lessee. This research method is a qualitative field research, with the Syafi'i School of jurisprudence and formal juridical approaches, and the data collection method is interviews with people in the Banyuwangi Regency area. The result of the research is that the practice of renting oranges in villages in the Banyuwangi Regency is legal because it is in accordance with the rules set by the Syafi'i School. Actually there is one condition ma'qud 'alaih that is not fulfilled, namely the object of the ijarah transaction is only intended for benefits or services, so it is not permissible to rent out goods in order to obtain benefits in the form of other goods or objects of benefit. However, according to Taqiyyudin As-Subki, at the end of his life, he allowed to rent a tree with the aim of obtaining its fruit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the salam contract on buying and selling in Sumberarum Village, Songgon District. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of this salam contract is very beneficial for both farmers and collectors because they can find out so far the practice of buying and selling is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the sale and purchase of the salam contract, namely with the concept of not being mutually beneficial on one side and mutually trust between farmers and collectors. The conclusion is the implementation of the salam contract on the sale and purchase of vegetables in Sumberarum Village, Songgon District, identification of applications that occur in the field, measurement through the pillars and conditions and has gone through several long processes so that articles are formed which are obtained and practiced in the field and are in accordance with the provisions of the salam contract.

Abstract

Wali Songo is the nine historic figures who participated in the spread of Islamic teachings on the island of Java. The guardians not only spread the religion of Islam alone, but also actively build progress for the local community through the field of reading and writing education, cultural arts, and the planting of wisdom that comes from the teachings of Islam. The tomb of the Wali Songo is now used as a religious tourism activity through the grave pilgrimage activities. Almost every tomb that there Wali Songo always crowded by people from around the archipelago. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) tangible influence to satisfaction of tourist tourism of walisongo religion, 2) influence of facility to satisfaction of tourist visit of walisongo religion, 3) tangible influence and facility simultaneously to the satisfaction of religious tourism visitor walisongo. This type of research is a quantitative research with a population of tourists visiting religius tourism walisongo. The number of samples in this study amounted to 45 samples. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS program.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the practice of price fixing on fishery products in TPI Muncar, Banyuwangi Regency? as well as knowing how the practice of pricing on fishery products at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency in the perspective of Islamic economics?. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, which describes the data that the researchers collected both from observations, interviews and documentation during research at at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency. The practice of fixing the prices set at TPI Muncar Banyuwangi Regency, there are two ways, the first is in the practice of fixing the prices carried out by the fish collectors Mrs. Kati and the fish collectors Mrs. Trima from methods such as the price competition method, and the pricing based on demand is appropriate with Islamic economics, while the pricing method used by Mr. Soep such as using the promotion method is still not in accordance with Islamic economics because it still contains elements of coercion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) Determine whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) simultaneously influence Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students; 2) Knowing whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a partial effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of data collection through the method of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The sampling method in this study is a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. Research Results 1) Significantly the Quality of Halal Products (X1) has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y); 2) Significantly Religiosity (X2) has no effect on Buying Interest (Y); 3) Simultaneously, the strategy for the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) for Wardah cosmetics products.
