Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel penelitian melaluipengujian hipotesa.Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian telepon seluler berbasis smartphone dengan kisaran harga Rp1.000.000 – Rp2.000.000 di Gori Cell.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan insidential.Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi, brand image, dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap permintaan telepon seluler berbasis smartphone. Variabel promosi berpengaruh terhadap permintaan telepon seluler berbasis smartphone sebesar 0,303 yang artinya permintaan di tentukan variabel promosi sebesar 30,3%. Variabel brand image berpengaruh terhadap permintaan sebesar 0,318 yang artinya permintaan ditentukan variabel brand image sebesar 31,8%. Variabel harga berpengaruh terhadap permintaan sebesar 0,405 yang artinya permintaan di tentukan variabel harga sebesar 40,5%. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap permintaan telepon seluler berbasis smartphone adalah harga. Kata Kunci : promosi, brand image, smartphone

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mengggunkana snowball sampling yang menjadi narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan karyawan UD. Sumber Rizki. Analisis data menggunakan SWOT analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh beberapa strategi pemasaran, yaitu (1) mempertahankan harga yang selama ini telah ditetapkan kepada konsumen dengan tetap menjaga atau meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, (2) menjalin kerjasama dengan agen distributor yang potensial untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran atau pendistribusian produk, sehingga akan menambah pangsa pasar, (3) memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis untuk mempermudah kegiatan pemasaran, pendistribusian, dan promosi untuk menarik konsumen yang potensial, mengingat masih luasnya pangsa pasar yang ada, (4) dengan melakukan inovasi produk, menciptakan kreasi baru dari segi bentuk dan cita rasa untuk memenuhi minat konsumen yang semakin banyak, dan untuk menarik konsumen baru seingga dapat meningkatkan produksi dan volume penjualan produk, (5) dengan menjalankan sistem manajemen organisasi perusahaan untuk mempermudah dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengontrolan kegiatan operasional perusahaan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan perusahaan dan perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin modern(6) meningkatkan kegiatan promosi dengan metode yang lebih efektif dan efisien seperti brosur, spanduk, atau papan reklame dan (7) membangun dan mengembangkan usaha patungan (joint venture) dengan pihak yang menyediakan modal dan bahan baku untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memenuhi kebutuhan modal yang masih minim, terutama untuk penambahan sarana dan prasarana serta riset dan pengembangan produk. Berdasarkan kesimpulan diatas penulis dapat memberikan beberapa saran untuk UD. Sumber Rizki, yaitu (1) penerapan online marketing pada usaha UD. Riski akan sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan jumlah produk yang terjual mengingat trend yang ada pada masa sekarang yakni semua yang berkenaan dengan internet, (2) penerapan inovasi produk UD. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising in print media, electronic media, and social media to consumer decisions in choosing Telkomsel cellular operators, the magnitude influence of each independent variable and the most dominant variable influence the consumer decisions. This study explains the relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The data collection method in this research is survey with questionnaire tools. Population in this research is all of the consumer of Telkomsel cellular operator. The quantity of sample used in this research is 40 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this research indicate that the variables of print media, electronic media, and social media influence to consumer decisions. The magnitude of influence of print media is 7%, electronic media 27.7%, and social media 41.1%. The most dominant influence of the variable is the print media variable.

Abstract

"The Effect of Exports and Imports on Economic Growth in East Java Province for the Period 2011 - 2020". This research is motivated by the economic growth rate which shows an increase of 5.6% in East Java Province. This figure is certainly greater when compared to the national economic growth which increased by 5.4%. Economic growth in East Java certainly gets a contribution from foreign trade activities, namely exports and imports. In addition, the author's curiosity about the conditions of exports and imports in the province of East Java and their influence on economic growth also triggered the author to compose this thesis. especially with the existence of several business conditions in the country and in the world that can have a direct or indirect influence on international trade. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) exports on economic growth in East Java Province, (2) imports on economic growth in East Java Province, and (4) exports together with imports on economic growth in East Java Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, while the data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) East Java in 2011 – 2020. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) exports had an influence on economic growth in East Java Province, (2) imports had no effect on economic growth in East Java Province, and (4) exports together with imports had an influence on economic growth in Java Province. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of poverty and Gross Regional Domestic Product partially on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019; to determine the effect of poverty and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously on the Human Development Index (IPM) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019; and to find out the dominant variables affecting the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bojonegoro Regency in 2015-2019. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The method used is multiple linear regression using time series data and the analysis technique used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. In processing the data, the author uses Eviews 10 software. The results of the analysis in this study are the Poverty variable has a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro Regency and the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro Regency. The dominant variable affecting the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro district is poverty.

Abstract

PT Pelayaran is a company that provides sea transportation services for service users who need it. This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance variables, job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents who were all employees of PT Pelayaran Agung Samudra Ketapang – Banyuwangi. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation. Measurement of the questionnaire used a 4-point rating scale to measure 12 questions. Processing data in this study using SPSS 25 with a random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that work – life balance, job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously affect turnover intention with an Fcount of 8.729. Work – life balance partially has a significant negative effect on turnover intention with a tcount of -0.267, job satisfaction partially has a negative effect on turnover intention with a tcount of -1.260, work stress partially has a positive effect on turnover intention with a t-value of 3.553. So that in this study work stress is the most dominant variable affecting turnover intention based on the comparison of the t-value of the three variables.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) are parties that have a large share in the movement of the national economy. (SME) have contributed to increasing national income, employment, increasing income for people who have low incomes and utilizing the ability to use local raw materials to produce goods and services for the wider community. Rice cracker products and shrimp paste onion crackers which are located in Semanding Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency during this pandemic have not succeeded in increasing orders from consumers because the marketing of these cracker products is still limited to markets and buying and selling centers in the surrounding area. The problems faced by these cracker (SME) include that the cracker marketing strategy is still limited and not optimal, which has resulted in a minimum audience of people who are familiar with the Semanding Roso Cracker (SME) product. The methods used in the implementation of this community service activity are 1) counseling on marketing strategies and marketing costs by providing information about effective and efficient business management through promotional strategies, as well as explaining information about marketing costs. 2) Dissemination of marketing techniques by providing information on the benefits of upgrading packaging and product variants, and 3) evaluating the results of activities on the ability of participants to make good marketing strategies to increase product sales turnover and evaluation of the ability of participants to allocate marketing costs so that participants can calculate profit and loss correctly. The result of this community service program activity is the mastery of business management strategies in the field of marketing in the development of (SME) Krupuk Semanding Roso products with rice crackers and shrimp paste crackers so that (SME) Krupuk Semanding Roso in Semanding Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency are more productive in developing their business .

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi biasanya diukur dari kenaikan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) perkapita suatu negara atau daerah dengan tujuan pembangunan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan stabilitas ekonomi. Masalah sosial yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi salah satunya adalah pengangguran disebabkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang meningkat dan lapangan pekerjaan yang sedikit. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja dan jumlah pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2012-2021. Menggunakan data sekunder bersumber dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan metode OLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan variabel pengangguran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara simultan uji f menunjukan niai F-statistic sebesar 9.224723 >0.010914 nilai Prob(F-statistic) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya variabel jumlah tenaga kerja dan jumlah pengangguran sama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan hasil uji determinasi R2 diperoleh hasil kedua varibel 72,49% mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi secara simultan dan sisanya 27,51 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Farmers Income Improvement Program through innovations have been implemented in Bojonegoro. The program helps farmers in developing agribusiness system on marginal lands that are considered as pockets of poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous application of variable quality seeds and soil conservation on the income of farmers in Bojonegoro and determine variables that have a dominant influence on the income of farmers in Bojonegoro. The research data was collected through interviews guided questionnaire to a sample of 50 farmers involved Activities Farmers' Income Improvement Program through Innovation. The collected data is then processed using the F test and t test. Results showed simultaneously using the F test indicated the presence of markedly between the Program for Increasing Farmers' Income through innovation (application of seeds (X1) and land conservation (X2)) and the income of farmers of marginal land in the District Sugihwaras Bojonegoro, indicated by F count (26.726)> F table at 2.806. Being the variable component of the most influential innovations is the application of seeds (X1) affect the value of t = 4.683> t table = 1.678.
