Abstract

This study consisted of independent variables, namely the ratio of profitability and dependent variables, namely stock prices. The formalutions of the problem of how to influence the independent variables in dependent variables simultaneously and partially. In this study, the analytical tool used is a statistical analysis tool that consists of multiple linier regression, classical assumption test used normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, hupothesis testing and test coefficient of determination. The results of research assited by SPSS 20 devices, regression Y = 1025,457 – 36,851 X1 – 31,842 X2 + 65,508 X3 + e resulted in the other side simultaneously obtained the independent variable test (profitability ratio) having a significant effect on the dependent variable (stock price). Marked by Fcount > Ttable which is 4,198 > 3,03. For independent influence and some have significant influence on stock price. The independent variable profitability ratio) can effect the dependent variable (stock price) with a value of R 0,612 R Square with 0,375 equal to 37,5%. The conclusion obtained from the F test (simultaneous) is the independent variable profitability ratio (GPM,OPM and NPM) has a significant influence on the dependent variable stock price. Where as for the t test (Partial) OPM does not have a significant effect on stock price, and for GPM and NPM has a significant influence on the dependent variabel of stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of the inflation and the rate of labor absorption towards the economic growth in Jambi Province. The independent variables used included the inflation and the rate of labor absorption. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used was the economic growth. The data used were time series secondary data from 2000-2018 consisting of the inflation data of Jambi, labor absorption data and economic growth data in Jambi taken from the BPS in Jambi. The analytical tool used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis, namely the analysis used to find the effect of a set of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study revealed that the inflation has no significant effect towards the economic growth, and the rate of labor absorption has no significant effect towards the economic growth in Jambi. Partially, the inflation has a negative and insignificant effect towards the economic growth in Jambi. Similarly, the rate of labor absorption has a negative and insignificant effect towards the economic growth in Jambi. The effects of the inflation and the rate of labor absorption towards the economic growth in Jambi were 14.6% while the remaining was 85.4% affected by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the work environment and employee performance at the Muara Sabak Sub-District Head Office, Tanjung Jabung Timur.To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Muara Sabak Sub-District Head Office, Tanjung Jabung Timur.In conducting organization or company activities, the work environment is all the conditions that are located around the workers, so that either directly or indidirectly can affect him in carrying out the tasks charged Methods of data collction in this study using damage research and field research by collectinf data usinf questionnaire techniqus or collect data by preparing a list of statements. And information soureed from the internet for theory retrieval.Subdistrict Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur is area formed under the law Constitution Number .54 year 1999 Subdistrict Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur.Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1,413 + 0,930X with R² 0.834. Partially, the work environment affect on the performance of employees at Kantor Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur, with value of 4.320 and significant levels 0.000.In this study, outhors give suggestion that is should Kantor Camat Muara Sabak Tanjung Jabung Timur more intensively pay attention to work environment will affect even better, with continue to improve comfort and security.Keyword: Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of brands on consumer purchasing decisions like Honda motorcycles at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri in Sungai Bahar. Muaro Jambi. For the analyze how make the brand towards consumer purchasing decisions like Honda motorcycles at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri in Sungai Bahar. Muaro Jambi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a form of correlational research, that explains the relationship of independent variables to the dependent variable. The analysis tool in this study uses simple linear regression with proof of the hypothesis by statistical tests -t. the results of the study show that the brand has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions where it is indicated by t count > t table. While the correlation value of 87.4% means that there is a very close relationship between brand variables and variable consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

CV Artha Mandiri Group is a company (persero) engaged in equiqment rental and contractor. This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation of CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously and partially. To answer the research objectives, the author uses theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation. In addition, the author also looks for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. With the population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation persamaan . Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out, the results show that job satisfaction and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation simultaneously, while partially the work environment has no significant effect on work motivation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, poor work environment, good motivation. In addition, job satisfaction simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment partially has no positive and significant effect on work motivation at CV Artha Mandiri Group, Merangin Regency. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future it can focus more on improving a more conducive work environment so that employee motivation is higher than before.

Abstract

This study was intended to know the effect of product quality on purchasing decisison of Motorcycle of Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kota Jambi. Based on the data obtained from this study, the sale of motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Jambi has fluctuated during the period 2014 to 2018. the sale of motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Jambi has decrease in 2017. The retrieval method by random sampling, data collection is done by questionnaires and interviews, the analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient of determination, classic asumtion test and stastical test t.PT Tunas DwipaMatra Jambi established in Jambi since 2010 that sells various type of Honda Motorcyle. Product Quality have a positive an significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.333. this is evidenced by the results of the  t-test analysis which shows the value of t-count 3,691>t-tablle value  2.021 and the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 significance probability   and has no classic asumtion problem. Product Quality and Purchase Decission of Motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas DwipaMatra Jambi is good and also product quality effecting the purchasing decision of motorcycle Honda CBR 150cc at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra kota Jambi.

Abstract

The analytical tool used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis to measure the level of training and supervision of employee performance. To see the direction of the relationship between leadership style variables and work climate on job satisfaction using multiple regression. Using a statistical test to see how much influence training and supervision have on the performance of Merlung Health Center employees, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, using correlation and determinative coefficient analysis. Multiple linear regression using this study with the aim of entering the data studied into a regression equation model and proving the hypothesis regarding the alleged influence (training and supervision) as a means of independent variables on employee performance (as the dependent variable) simultaneously (together). ) or partially (own) by using software called the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the coefficients for the independent variables X1 = -0.344 and X2 = -0.330. Thus the regression equation model is written. The constant (a) is 4.770, the value of the employee performance variable is 4.770. The regression coefficient of the X1 training variable is -0.344, that training has a negative effect on employee performance. X2 supervision of -0.330 negative coefficient value indicates that a 1% decrease in supervision will reduce employee performance by 32.3%. Then it will be concluded that training and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance at the Merlung Health Center, Tanjung jabung Barat Regency. And the results obtained from a significant value smaller than 0.05, namely training 0.002 < 0.05 and supervision 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that training and supervision have a significant influence on the performance of Merlung Public Health Center employees, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency

Abstract

Work motivation plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of  this research is to describe the work motivation and employee performance, and to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547> ttable 1,66724 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected.To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 71 people respondent.Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,527, meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee performance  (Y) at the PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547 and the t-table is 1,66724. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547> ttable 1,66724 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PERUMDA Air Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on Earning Management in The Telecommunications Company Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the Period 2012-2016. With an average of Net Profit Margin (NPM) is 187% Debt to Equity Ratio  is 11%, the average of Firm Size is 1%, and  the average ManajemenLaba is 1,43%. The research aims to get the result and analyst about the effect of Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio, and Firm Size on Earning Management in The Telecomunications Company with Simultaneous and Partial. Method of Analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption (Normality, multicollinearty, heterocedasity, and autocorrelation) hypothesis testing (F test and   test) and the coefficient of determination. After that the research’s data processed by using SPSS version 20.0 aplication for windows. Telecommunications companies are to meet the needs of telecommunications using telecommunications networks.  Telecommunication comanies in Indonesia offer mobile telephone services, cellular telephone services, interconnection services, short message services, facsimile services, cellular internet service, and video calls. In this study the author took sample telecommunications componies consisting of :PT. XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM).

Abstract

Local taxes are the obligation of citizens to finance various regional needs to carry out regional development. This is an important benchmark for contributing to increasing local revenue in implementing regional autonomy. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of provincial taxes in increasing local revenue (PAD) in Jambi province. Based on the result of the analysis contribution and Analysis Process Hierarchy (AHP), get the results of the research in the form that of the five (5) province taxes that greatly contribute to increasing local revenue, namely Motor Vehicle Tax, Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee Tax and Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax. These three taxes greatly contribute, which for motor vehicle taxes in 2017-2019 or the last 3 years can contribute 27.91%, motor vehicle transfer fees tax contributes 22.67% and motor vehicle fuel taxes contribute 19.39 % . Meanwhile, the other two taxes, the surface water tax and the cigarette tax, began to contribute to local revenue (PAD), although their contribution was not very large.
