The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on stock prices simultaneaously and partially to the company on the IDX for the 2013-2017 period. This is a type of research method that is quantitative data based on secondary data. Secondary data sources can be internet, references books,related research journals.the analysis used the classic assumtion test (normality test ,multicolourity test,heterokedacity test, autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, test of the determination coefficient R square. All research data were processed using SPSS version 20. The object in this study is the plantation sector companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sampling uses criteria that have been described previously, after passing the criteria the number selected as a sample of 5 compenies. Based on predetermined criteria. obtained a list of companies that meet the sample criteria in this study Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk, Sampoerna Agro Tbk, Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. The results of this study Simultaneously the fount is 154.449 with a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that all independent variables (EPS, DER, NPM) together have a significant effect on stock prices. Changes that occur in stock prices can be explained by the variable EPS, DER, NPM amouting to 3.59%, the reamining 96.41% is explained by other variables outsided the model. The conclusion of this study the partially variable Earning Per Share has a significant effect on stock prices with a coefificient of 19.809 and a significance of 0.000. the result obtained show Earning Per Share has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Variable Debt To Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of 3.338 and a significant of 0.003. the variable Net Profit Margin has no signifficant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of 4.916 and a significance of 0.000.

This research above to know and analize whether the discipline and work productivity at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi is good, to know and analize of discipline to work productivity of employees at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi. This study includes a descriptive study to test the hypotesis, sampel this study were employees PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi of 34 People, with a population census method as respondents in answering the questionnaire. The technique of colleting data using questionaires. Data analisys technique used was SPSS with simple regresi analisys and t test. The influene of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi is Y = 10,200 + 0,562 X + e, There is a positive relationship between compensation to employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi. The constant is 10,200, meaning that if the compensation variable is fixed, then the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi amounting to 10,200. The compensation variable coefficient is 0.562, meaning that if compensation rises 1% then employee job satisfaction increases by 0.562% .Based on the t test it’s known that compensation has a signnificant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

The Effect of Training on the Performance of Construction Workers in the Field of Construction and Control of the PUPR Office of Jambi Province, explained from the results of a simple linear regression equation calculation. The simple linear regression equation obtained is as follows Y = 6,519 + 0,801. This equation shows that the training regression coefficient has a tight direction toward the performance of construction workers in the construction sector and the control of the Jambi provincial PUPR office.The Correlation Coefficient of the value r = 0.515 means that training has a close relationship with Performance (Y) in the Field of Construction and Control of the PUPR Office of Jambi Province, which is equal to 51.5%.The Determination Coefficient is known from the value of r² = 0.511 (51.1%) which means that the contribution of variable X (training) to variable Y (performance) is 51.1%, the rest (100% - 51.5% = 0.485) Influenced by other variables not examined in the study this. With the development of the times, we are indirectly required to follow various existing developments. Human needs are not limited to make us think about how to solve this problem by meeting the various human needs. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to see the description of price and product quality on purchasing decisions, so that it can be seen the elements that are maintained and improved by PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama and can improve its quality. The research variables are price and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research population is consumers who buy Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama Sungai Bahar Muaro Jambi. The sampling method is random sampling. Samples were taken 73 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire containing 36 items. The research method is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS 22. The tests carried out are hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test and to find out how big the coefficient of determination (R2) is. Based on the results of this study, the price variable t count is smaller than t table with a value of (1.422 > 1.984), thus Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, and the product quality variable t count is greater than t table with a value of (3,740 > 1,994), then H1 is accepted HO is rejected. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 50.2%, which means that the contribution of the independent variables, namely price (X1) and product quality (X2) affects the dependent variable on purchasing decisions (Y) by 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by by other factors. So it can be concluded that the price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama Sungai Bahar Muaro Jambi. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 29,879 + 0,234 %3D X+ 0,353 X2

Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets to Stock Prices in Plantation Sector Industrial Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period. With an average CR 711.47%, DER 4.90%, ROA 28.52% and the stock price is 28.831.4%.The analytical method used is the classical assumption test (normality test, multicolourarity test, heterokedacity test, autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, test of the determination coefficient R square. All research data were processed using SPSS version 20.The object in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for The period 2013-2017. This study uses financial ratios that can be calculated from annual financial statements. The population received at the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 16 companies. However, not all Plantation Industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be sampled in this study. Sampling uses criteria that have been agreed before, after passing the criteria for the number chosen as a sample of 5 companies. Based on predetermined criteria, obtained samples of companies that meet the sample criteria in this study Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk, PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk, Sampoerna Agro Tbk, Salim Ivomas Pratam Tbk,Test results F, it is known that the Current Ratio, Debt Ratio to Equity and Asset Returns are considered significant to the Stock Price. While in the t test, there are only two variables, namely CR and ROA variables.The calculated F value is 14,339 with a probability of 0,000 smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the independent variable (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets) together has a significant effect on the stock prices of companies supported on the IDX in 2013 -2017. Changes that occur in stock prices can be done by the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio to Equity (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), amounting to 62.5%, the remaining 37.5%, depending on other variables outside the model .

Martina Berto Tbk,PT.Mandom Indonesia Tbk,PT.Unilever Tbk and 2 companies that are bankrupt namely PT.Mustika Ratu Tbk,PT.Arkhsa Wira Internasional and the first rank is PT.Martina Berto Tbk.Form the result of the category ranking PT.Martina Berto Tbk, The category of bankruptcy is the highest rank of PT.Martina Berto Tbk because of the company, which never went bankrupt.

This research was conducted to find out the quality of the product and the price on the cellular card sympathy for your purchasing decision in the student environment. due to the large number of cellular cards circulating in the student environment.The method used in this research is the study of literature’s, a study conducted by using literature and writer’s that is closely related to the object of study, which is intended to obtain studid. Besides theory and information sourced from the internet.Batanghari university since its inception 1985 to date, is fostered by and shelter under jambi education foundation. This foundation is a development of jambi education foundation which was foemerly built STKIP Jambi 1970-1977. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis states that y = 1,112 + 0,199 x1 + -0,087 x2 + e, with R square 74,9%, product quality and price influence the purchase decision on sympathetic cellular cards simultaneously, with a value of 9,360 and a significant level 0,001 . whereas partially only product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 2.922 and a significant level of 0.010. The influence of product quality and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions because the value of the calculation of 9,134> ftabel 3,10. Independent factors can explain the dependent factor by 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is caused by other factors while partially the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the sympathetic cellular card, this is evidenced by the value of t count 3.730> t table 1.66159 and states that h1 is accepted and h0 is rejected.

Pengaruh Harga, Merek, dan Fitur terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Wuling Type Confero PT. Maju Global Motors Di Kota Jambi Mela Rahma Sari

The purpose of this study is a follows: 1) to find out the price, brand, features, and purchasing decisions of Wuling Type Confero cars in Jambi City, and 2) To analyze the influence of prices, brands, and features on purchasing decisions on Wuling Type Confero car consumers in Jambi City simultaneously . The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis method, namely the analysis used to test the relationship or influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The analytical tools in this study are simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the criteria, the samples taken were 32 Civil Servants at the Jambi City Education Office. From the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the regression equation Y = -0,027 + 0.088 X1 + 0.779X2 + 0.154X3, its mean that constant value of -0,027 means that if the lifestyle variable (X) is 0. then the Buying Decision variable (Y) is -0,027. if price (X1), brand (X2), and features (X3) are all equal to zero. Therefore, it is clear that without prices, brands and features, consumers will be less likely to make purchase decisions. The conclusion is, 1) Consumer perception of Wuling car prices at PT. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 279.9, the perception of the Wuling car brand at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Jambi z City categorized as high with an average score of 299.4, the perception of Wuling car features at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Kota Jambi is categorized as high with an average score of 275.3, while purchasing decisions are categorized as high with an average score of 299.9. 2) Price, brand, and features have a significant effect on Wuling's car purchase decision at the PT. Advancing Global Motors Jambi City simultaneously (together), and 3) partially, Price (X 1), Brand (X 2) and Features (X3) have a significant effect on Wuling's Car Purchase Decision at the PT Store. Maju Global Motors Jambi City.

This study raised concerns about the influence of the promotion mix and physical evidence that will have an impact on visitor decisions. This research was conducted in the exact scope of the Muara Jambi Temple. The visitor's decision is one of the main problems that are always faced by various tourist attractions. Therefore, it is important for tourist attractions to increase promotion and physical evidence to provide what visitors want. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix, physical evidence, and visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on simultaneous visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, and to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on visitor's decision partially at the Muara Jambi Temple. To check the problem above the survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the visitors of the temple. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and verifiatively. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression with proof of hypothesis by F statistical tests and t statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test F variable promotional mix (X1) has an influence on visitor decisions, while the physical evidence variable (X2) has no influence on visitor decisions.

The aims of this study are as follows: 1.) To determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets simultaneously on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 period. 2.) To determine and analyze the effect of Adequacy Capital, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets partially on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 Period. The type of data needed and collected in this study is secondary data. The source of data used in this research is from the annual report through the official website https://www.bni.co.id, https://www.bri.co.id, https://www.btn .co.id, https://www.mandiri.co.id. the results of multiple regression analysis with panel data can be obtained regression equation model Y = 8,696 + 0,091 + 2,219 + 1,001 + 0,607 + e. The value of R Square is 0.711, which means that the contribution of the independent variables, namely Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets affects the Earning Per Share variable by 71.1%, while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables outside the study. this. There is a significant positive effect between Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Operational Efficiency and Return On Assets together (simultaneously) on Earning Per Share in BUMN Banking for the 2012-2021 period. Capital Adequacy and Operational Efficiency have no partial significant effect on Earning Per Share . Liquidity and Return On Assets have a partial significant effect on Earning Per Share.
