Abstract

Firstly, this research to analyse how to conduct organizational culture and employee performance. Second how the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. The methodology is descriptive quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test.The object of this research is PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport in Jambi is subsidiary, which is engganged ini air transport services. The business priorities of the company are safety and comfort.Analysis on the research of respondents on score of organizational culture where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in teh discipline in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees working in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 5,295 + 0,713 X + e. Test results of ttest is  tcount > ttable,  in meaning the organizational culture has effect on  performance employee. Conclusion, organizational culture and performance employee in good condition. So that organizational culture has effect significant to performance employee on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha. Suggestion that head manager of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) should directly control his subordinate work directly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the public works office and public housing in the housing sector, Jambi province. In this study the method used is descriptive quantitative method. Quantitative descriptive is data analysis by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make generally accepted conclusions. The population that became the object of this study were employees of the PUPR service office in the Housing Sector of Jambi Province. the method of analysis is regression analysis, hypothesis testing, correlation so the coefficient of determination and t test. Then the analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis the authors use descriptive analysis and data management. The results of calculations with SPSS results show that the regression model equation is Y 13,916 + 0.696. From this equation, it can be seen that there is a positive influence between discipline on employee performance. enhancement. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PUPR Service Office in the Housing Sector of Jambi Province, which can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient and determination which state that the magnitude of the constant variable Work Discipline (X) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.634 or 63.4% categorized Tall.So that with an increase in compensation will improve employee performance. By using the simple regression equation, it can be seen that the significant value is 0.000 > 0,05, this means that Ha is accepted, in other words that the work discipline variable has a significant influence on the performance of the PUPR Service Office employees in the Housing Sector, Jambi Province.

Abstract

This researchdiscusses the sales promotion of purchasing decisions on CV. Kiano Sukses Mandiri Jambi City. The object of this research is CV. Kiano Sukses Mandiri Jambi City Period 2013-2017. The type of data in this research uses primary data and secondary data, it can be used using questionnaires and such as literature books, newspapers, magazines, and information relating to the problem being discussed. The population in this research were all consumers of CV. Kiano Sukses Mandiri Jambi City in 2017 was 554. The sample in this research was 100 people. By using descriptive qualitative methods and quantitative descriptive methods. The analysis tool that uses Simple Linear Regression Equations with the support by SPSS 20.0 software besides that is also tested Classical assumptions and hypothetical test to determine the significance of independent variables on variables using F Test, t Test and Test of determination. Based on the results of the research examining this research meets the requirements in the classic assumption test. Based on hypothetical testthe value of T count on the Sales Promotion variable (X) is 5.614 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the value of t count is 5.614> the value of t table is 1.984 and the significance level is 0.000 <probability of significance a = 0.1. then Ho refused Ha accepted. This means that the Promotion Sales variable individually has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision Conclusions Based on thisresearch Sales Promotion on Leivy soap products from 100 respondents the score is 309.65 and belongs to the category of "good enough". Related, based on these results, the average respondent was seen as a Sales Promotion for Leivy soap products which was quite good or sufficient according to this, as seen from respondents who had long been Leivy soap consumers. The purchase decision on Leivy soap consumers from 100 respondents was 348.2 and included in the "good" category. Related, based on these results, the average respondent was seen based on a good Leivy Purchase Decision, according to this, it was seen from respondents who believed in the quality of the product on Leivy soap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the work facilities and employee performance of CV. ASLA Jambi, to determine and analyze the effect of work facilities on the performance of employees of CV. ASLA Jambi. The benefits of this research provide additional information for interested parties in the industrial world about work facilities that have to do with employee performance so that efforts can be made to maintain work facilities that can improve work for employees. The research method uses descriptive analysis methods with library research, field research, and Questionnaires. The location of this company is at Jl. Abdul Rahman Saleh No. 57 Rt.09/03 Ex. Old Red Paal Kec. South Jambi. Company CV. Anugrah Sinar Laut Abadi (ASLA). The results show that the t-count value is 4.627 calculations using the SPSS program while the t-table is 2.034 with a significant level of 5%, df (32) from the t-distribution table. Shows that the t-count value is greater than the t-table (t-count t-table ) 4.627 2.034. This shows that work facilities have an influence on employee performance at CV.ASLA Jambi. So that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. It is hoped that CV. ASLA Jambi will pay attention to facilities, especially machines and equipment that are not sufficient or incomplete in order to support employee work processes and have an impact on work results.

Abstract

Net income and capital growth fluctuating in Telecommunication Industry can affect the return on equity (ROE). The existence of trend decline in profits that are not pursued its increase will affect the survival of the company. Important factors to measure the ability of the company are Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity. In general, the success of a company in carrying out its activities are often based on the level of earned income.Telecommunication industry is one of the most competitive and rapidly growing business industries. Communication is not only used as a means of exchanging messages from a communicator to the communicant also to interact and connect between someone with other people.Result SPSS 20 gets the equation Log Y = 2,133 + 1,526 X1 + 0,781 X2 + 2,939 X3 - 0,187 X4 + e. In others words, the current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), total asset turnover (X3), dan return on equity (X4) is able to explain the variable net income at industry telecommunication for the period 2012 – 2017 93,4% otherwise 6,6% be caused by other variables outside variables studied.Based on the test results simultaneously known that together there is influence that significant between the current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), total asset turnover (X3), dan return on equity (X4) to net income at industry telecommunication period 2012 – 2017.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by various interrelated factors, including per capita income, unemployment, etc. Poverty is a condition which is often associated with needs, difficulties and deficiencies in various life circumstances. There are two kinds of poverty measures, namely absolute poverty and relative poverty. Absolute poverty is the inability of a person to exceed the established poverty line. Relative poverty is related to differences in the level of income of a group compared to other groups. Employment opportunities are also human capital that will increase economic growth. Employment opportunities are defined as the number of people who have occupied jobs. It is hoped that the increase in job opportunities will increase economic growth and ultimately reduce poverty levels.This study uses secondary data obtained from several agencies and services related to the title of this research. This study also uses multiple linear regression analysis tools, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and f test and t test.The results of this study indicate that: (1) employment opportunities and economic growth have a significant simultaneous effect on the poverty level in Jambi City (2) partially employment opportunities have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in Jambi City. (3) partial economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the level of poverty in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DAR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) to Net Profit Margin(NPM) at Cosmetics Compaby in BEI Period 2013-2017. The research methodology used is descriptive method and statistical analysis method. Data type used in this research was conducted at Cosmetics Company during the period 2013-2017 using the Library Reseach data Collection method. Hypothesis testing is done by using F test dan t test, with significance level (α) 5%. Analyzing data using statistical data processing software that is SPSS 20.0 for windows. The result showed that the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM). Partially variable Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect and not significant to Net Profit Margin . While Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM) in cosmetics company. The results of this study is expected that the variable Total Assets Turnover (TATO) can be a guide, either by the management company in the management of the company, or by investors in determining investment strategy. Adjusted R2 test in this study amounted to 0,562. This shows that the Net Profit Margin is influenced by Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover of 56,2%, while the remaining 43,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keyword: CR, DER, TATO, and NPM

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of location and promotion in consumer decisions in buying Honda Scoopy. The method used is quantitative by using primary and secondary, the method of data collection is taken from library research and field research with a population that includes all consumers who buy Honda Scoopy at Surya Mandala Jambi Dealer and used 100 research samples. The analysis method in this study is descriptive with the analysis tools used multiple linear equations, classic assumption tests and hypothesis tests. From the results of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0.682 + 0.118X1 + 0.421X2 there is a positive influence between the relationship of promotion variables, location and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze regional financial performance and its influence on the level of public welfare and find out which variable are dominans on the level of publiv welfare. The research method use in this research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data. Types and sources of data used are secondary data collection. The data used in the study were obtained from relevant agencies. The analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of regional financial ratios and multiple linear regression analysis. The data analyzed are the ratio of regional independence and the ratio of effectiveness of PAD and minimum wage data in the last ten years namely 2009-2018. Based on simultaneous testing (Test F) note F count (1.557) is smaller than F table (4.74), this means that simultaneously there is no significant relationship between the independent variables (Independence Ratio and Effectiveness Ratio) to the dependent variable (Minimum Wages). For partial testing (t test) the conclusion is that the calculated value of t is smaller than t table in the variable independence ratio (-0.554 < 2.3646) and the Effectiveness ratio variable t value is smaller than t table of (-0.901 < 2.36346). The conclusion obtained in testing the analysis of regional financial ratios is the independence Ratio in the medium criteria which is not entirely dependent on the central government and the Effectiveness ratio in the criteria is very effective. While the results of the multiple linear regression analysis test that is the independence ratio and the effectiveness ratio has no effect on the Minimum Wages in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research is the research method used by researchers, namely quantitative descriptive analysis method.This Study uses multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on multiple regression analysis, it is known that Y = (1,370) + 0,151 X1 + 0,206 X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 25,4%, while the remaining 74,6% is influenced by other variables outside the study. The test results show that simultaneously the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio,have a significant effect on Company Value. This is indicated by the calculated F is greater than the F table (4,591 > 3,35) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between independent (x) on the influence variable (y). Partially Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Company Value.
