The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the effect of return on asset ratio (ROA) and return on equity ratio (ROE) simultaneously on stock prices in Plantation Sub-Sector Companies for the Period 2016-2020. To find out and analyze how the effect of return on asset ratio (ROA) and return on equity ratio (ROE) partially on the stock price in Plantation Sub-Sector Companies for the Period 2016-2020. In this research design is a descriptive design that is a study that is an exposure to the variables studied and the dependence of sub-variables. In this study the study using descriptive design involves quantitative data equipped with qualitative data. The object of the research used in this study is the plantation industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The reason the author uses the plantation industry as an object of research is because in Indonesia Plantation has a very wide market share which is one of the largest foreign exchange distributors for the country so that it can provide a significant role for the Indonesian economy. From the values of the coefficient obtained the following linear regression equation: Log Y = 3,966 + 2,403 X1 – 2,580 X2 + e. The regression coefficient of the return on asset (X1) variable of 2,403 means that the return on asset (X1) has a positive effect on the stock price. This indicates that if the return on asset (X1) increases by 1%, then the stock price will increase by 2,403.The value of the variable regression coefficient of return on equity (X2) 2,580 gives the sense that the return on equity (X2) negatively affects the stock price. This indicates that if the return on equity (X2) increases by 1%, then the stock price decreases by 2,580%. Simultaneously return on asset and return on equity have a significant effect on the stock price of 0.425 this figure shows that variable return on asset (X1) and return on equity (X2) can explain the change in stock price profit of 42.5 instead of 57.5% caused by other variables outside of this study.

The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style and the performance of the employees of the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi and to analyse the influence of leadership styles on performance clerk on Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical F test and test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. The average score of 148.5 means leadership style at the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi are on a very high criteria based on the assessment of employees. The average score of 130.4 means high performance dimensions assessed by the clerk of the Kantor Kecamatan Jambi Timur Kota Jambi. The value t calculate of 3,979 is greater than the value of the t table of 2,036, with significant value which is smaller than the alpha (0.000 < 0.05). This means that the hypothesis stating that influential positive leadership style against the performance of employees. Based on the conclusions above, then the author can give you some advice that leadership style affects performance, therefore the leadership must adopt the attitude of leadership style is good, because it will improve the performance of employees and the lowest Indicators on a leadership style that is the number of leadership ability in solving problems, thus the leadership must learn what strategies should be used in solving masalahd alam organsasi, for if this indicator rated high by an employee then the employees will work more effectively.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cabang Jambi Yogi Sardi

This study aims to obtain an overview of work motivation and employee performance at the Jambi branch of the National Civil Capital Office (PNM). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 81 employees. The aspects studied are 5 dimensions of work motivation, namely physiological needs, security needs, social needs, recognition needs, and self-actuality needs. As well as the performance aspects studied include work results, job knowledge, initiative, mental dexterity, attitude, time discipline and absenteeism.Testing the data using statistical analysis such as validation and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test and coefficient of determination test from the results of the analysis with SPSS version 22 program, it can be seen that the regression equation formed by linear regression is Y=25,498+0,449X. The equation shows that the employee's performance is 0 then work motivation will increase by 0.449. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the results of R square indicate that there is an influence of work motivation of 22.9% on employee performance, thus in research work motivation that affects the average performance of the total influence of work motivation on employee performance as a whole is 22.9 and the remaining 77.1 is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Overall, from the 5 dimensions of the work motivation variable, it has an average score of 351.64 which is categorized as good. Where obtained a description of the work motivation used by the employees of the Jambi branch of the National Capital Office (PNM) which is good for motivating work on the basis of consideration and good for work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Jambi branch of the National Civil Capital Office (PNM).

This research above to know and analize whether the discipline and work productivity at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi is good, to know and analize of discipline to work productivity of employees at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi.This study includes a descriptive study to test the hypotesis, sampel this study were employees PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi of 34 People, with a population census method as respondents in answering the questionnaire. The technique of colleting data using questionaires. Data analisys technique used was SPSS with simple regresi analisys and t test.The influene of despline on employee productivity production at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi is Y = 14,919 + 0,547 X, constant of 14,919 means that if a variable is constant discpline, the labor productivity in PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi will descrease 14,919. Discpline variabel coefficient of 0,547 means that if a variable discipline increased by 1% the productivity of labor in PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi to increase by 0,547%.Based on the t test it’s known that discipline has a signnificant positive effect on employee work productivity.

Samsung took the top spot from the report of 26.9% of market research firm IDC and report of market research firm Counterpoint. However, according to a report by market research firm Canalys, Samsung came in second. Samsung's smartphone sales in the last five years were 0.47%. Samsung has offered various types to the Indonesian market share, so that the Samsung Galaxy A51 is included in the top 5 best-selling smartphones in Indonesia based on a report by market research firm Omdia and Canalys at the end of 2020 in second place with sales of 11.4 million units. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions in Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district. Brand image indicators include brand performance, brand social image, value received by consumers, consumer confidence in the brand, personal feelings towards the brand. While the indicators on purchasing decisions are the dimensions of quality and services, sales activities, after-sales service, company values. This study uses Primary and Secondary Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the people of Bulian District, Batanghari Regency who use the Samsung Galaxy A51 smartphone. And the data were analyzed by simple linear regression method. Samsung Galaxy A51 is a Galaxy series launched by PT. Samsung Electronics in December 2019. From the results of Simple Linear Regression with SPSS 20, the equation Y = 1.729 + 0.512X is obtained where the equation shows a positive influence between brand image on consumer purchasing decisions in Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district, as evidenced by the regression coefficient which has an equation of 0.613. And the influence of brand image is 37.6% with the remaining 62.4% caused by other factors that are not researched that can influence purchasing decisions of the people of Muara Bulian sub-district, Batanghari district.

The Background of this research is to know and to analize prediction of company bankruptcy of mining Industry in BEI periods 2013-2017. which focuses object are three companies which have all criteria in analysis by method Z-score Altman. As we know, the goal of company is not being bankrupt so that the company needed a method to predict the bankruptcy as soon as possible. One of the method is Z-Score Altman, this method used to analize financial statements. The Altman model (Z score) is one of the multivariate analysis models that is useful for predicting corporate financial distress with a reliable level of accuracy. This study aims to determine the analysis of financial distress and also the company's financial performance based on discriminant analysis using the Altman Model. The research data collected is secondary data in the period 2013-2017. While the data source of this study was collected from the company's financial reporting in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Data analysis - the technique we use is the Altman discriminant analysis model known as the Z score prediction model. The company used as the object is company bankruptcy of mining Industry analyzed using financial statements taken from 2013 to 2017. After that the working capital to total assets (X1), retained earnings to total assets (X2), earnings before interest and taxes to total assets (X3), market values equity to the book value of total debt (X4) and sales to total assets (X5) then calculated the value of each variable into Altman's Formula to produce a score (Z-Score). Determine the Z-Score in this category: a) Z-Score < 1,81 are on potential bankruptcy category; b) 1,81 < Z-Score < 2,99 are on grey area category; c) Z-Score > 2,99 are on non bankruptcy company. The results of this study show the fact that all companies in the Mining Industry Stones and Mineral metals are bankrupt and Rock-prone with Z-level scores - Different scores.

economic development is a series of efforts and policies aimed at improving people’s living standart,expanding employment opportunities,equalizing and incrasing people’s incomes,improving regional relations,and through shifting the structure of economic activity from the primary sector to the secondary sector.development also includes changes in the rate of economic growth,reduring income inequlity and eradicating poverty.This study uses secondary data obtainedfrom several agencies and services related to the research titlr.This study also uses multiple linear regression research methods,classical assumption test,coefficient of determination and F test and t test.The results of the regressionequation obtained from research are Y=8,022+0,318X1+0,096X2.With an R square value of 0,533 or 53,3%.This shows that’s the economics growth of jambi province can br explained by 53,3% by the independent variables,namely he UMKM sector and UMKM workforce.The results also show that investment in assets and labor similtanneosly has a significant effect on economic growth in Jambi province.Based on the research conducted,the follow-up action that can be taken by the government is to encourage investment into Jambi Province to be more evenly distributed and implement policies that are able to boost investment so that it is more well realized.

This research was taken because there is still a difference between one assement with another and the difference between the state of the value of the research data and the existing theory. This research conducted with used secondary data. The technique use is purposive sampling from 43 companies industrial metal are only captured 5 companies because they have a complete financial report positif earnings year 2012-2017. Methoids of analysis used multiple liniear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing performed using a tast f and t test, the level of significance (α) 5%. Analyzing data using software SPSS statistical data processing i.e 20.00 Result SPSS 20 get a multiple liniear regression equation is Y = - 0,001 + 0,520 X1 + - 0,069 X2 + 0,088 X3 + 0,769 X4 + eF test results indicate that the banking industry company variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and CASH RATIO (CR) affect the variable net income in the analysis model of the t test result (individually) indicating that the CAR variable has an effect, the NPL variable does not affect, the NIM variable has no effect while the Cash Ratio has a positive and significant to net income. Test results R Square in this study amounted to 0,578% while the remaining 42,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of this study can be concluded that net income has a positive effect by the CAR has no effect by the NPL has no effect by NIM and a positive influence by Cash Rati.

The purpose of this study is to know: (1) To determine the development and characteristics of economic growth, Investasi & PAD in Jambi Province 2000-2018. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of economic growth dan Investasi simultaneously on PAD in Jambi Province 2000-2018. (3) To determine and analyze the effect of economic growth dan Investasi partially on PAD in Jambi Province in 2000-2018. From the regression model it can be explained: 1. A constant value of -2,919 means that if the independent variable, namely Economic Growth (X1), Investment (X2) is zero (0), the dependent variable PAD (Y) will have a fixed value of -2,919.2. The regression coefficient for the Economic Growth variable (X1) is positive at 1.261, meaning that if the X1 variable has increased by 1 (one) percent while the other variables are considered constant, then the Y variable, namely PAD, will decrease by 1.261.

This study aims to know and to analyze prediction of bankruptcy. This study took objects in of coal sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 to 2017. As we know, the goal of company is not being bankrupt so that the company needed a method to predict the bankruptcy as soon as possible. One of the method is Z-Score Altman. In this study, the data used is secondary data. The data sources in this study are data from idx.co.id in the form of financial reports and annual reports in the Coal Sub Sector during the period 2013 to 2017. The analytical tool in this study is analysis by method Altman Z-Score. Five companies taken as sample is PT. Atlas Resources Tbk, PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, PT. Darma Henwa Tbk, PT. Bumi Resources Tbk, and PT. Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk. Based on the results and conclusions of the analysis using Altman Z-Score method showed that: PT Atlas Resaources Tbk in 2013 to 2017 have the potential to be bankrupt. PT. Darma Henwa Tbk in 2013 to 2017 have the potential to be bankrupt. PT. Bumi Resaources Tbk in 2013 to 2017 have the potential to be bankrupt. PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk in 2013 to 2015 have the potential to be bankrupt, but in 2016 and 2017 PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk were in vulnerable bankruptcy (grey area). PT. Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk in 2013 to 2017 are in healthy condition (non bankrupt).
