This study consists of independent variables, namely market to book value of assets ratio, market to book value of equity ratio, capital expenditure book value asset, divident and the dependent variable is the dividend payout ratio. Formulation of the problem of how to influence the independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially. In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive method and the analytical tool used is a statistical analysis tool consisting of multiple linear regression models, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heterokedacity and autocorrelation), hypothesis testing (f test and t test), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study assisted by SPSS 21 devices, the regression equation Y = 3.598 + (1.213 X1) + (0.110 X2) + (0.023) X3 + 0.628 X4 + e produces the other side simultaneously obtaining the independent variable test significantly influencing the dependent variable. Marked by Fcount> Ftable which is 37.865 > 2.76 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. And partially only significant company size is indicated by tcount = -10.187< ttable = 2.05954 meaning that the value of the company size is smaller than the specified level of 0.05. The conclusion obtained by the F test (Simultaneous) is that the independent variable has a significant influence on firm value. While for the t test (partial) only mktba and dividen has a significant effect on the dependent variable (dividend payout ratio).

The stock price is a form of public trust in the company's performance. Stock prices are influenced by two factors, namely fundamental factors or factors related to the performance of a company and market factors (trust of investors and potential investors), factors that are determined from external to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Investing Cash Flow (ICF), and Economic Value Added (EVA), on Stock Prices in Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The population used in this study were 13 companies, and the sample was 5 companies using purposive sampling technique with the criteria set by the author. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it is obtained that the variables Earning Per Share, Investing Cash Flow and Economic Value Added simultaneously have a very strong influence on the Stock Prices of Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the first hypothesis is proven and accepted. While the partial test results Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Based on the result of the study assisted SPSS software, the regression equation Z Score Y = 8,003E-18 + 0,838X1 – 0,131X2 – 0,057X3 + e Simulations the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable which is indicated by fcount > ftabel and patially has a positive effect. R square 92,6% and rest 7,4% explain other variable outside research model

After-sale service CV. Sinar Abadi Jambi provided is a guarantee, provision of accesories, services, maintenance and repairs, facilities and equipment. After-sales service is given in the hope of being able to retain customers who are likely to be able to repurchase if they feel satisfied by the product and the services provided. In addition, after-sales service is also provided in order to attract new consumers to buy the products offered. Moreover, for products that do need their own care and knowledge to master it. When viewed from a company perspective, the company is required to be able to develop its products. Not only selling good products and quality but also must pay attention to the additional services that accompany these products. The hypothesis of this research alleged that after-sales service has an effect on consumer purchasing decisions on CV. Sinar Abadi Jambi. This study uses variable measurements using a Likert scale. CV. Sinar Abadi Jambi which is located at JL. A. Thalib Simpang IV Sipin, Telanaipura, Jambi City, is one of the business entities appointed by brand holders to distribute and market products. From the calculation of the Likert scale obtained after-sales service variable (X) with an average value of 293.1. The variable Purchase Decision (Y) with an average value of 273.78 can thus be concluded to be Important. From the analysis of the value of t count on the After Sales Service (X) variable is 8.268 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the value of t count 8.268> t table value is 1.984 and the significance level is 0.000 <probability of significance α = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the variable after sales service individually has a good effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Companies need to establish branch offices or representatives in areas that have potential consumers that aim to make it easier for consumers to get the products they need from the company and reduce distribution costs for consumers

This study aims to examine and analyze: 1) The effect of the number of tourists on gross regional domestic product in Jambi province in 2016-2018; 2) the effect of the number of attractions on gross regional domestic product in Jambi province in 2016-2018.This research is a data collection with documentation techniques sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the data in this study are secondary data. The data used in the form of time series data and some 11 district / city objects (cross section). The data analysis tool used is panel data regression.The results of data analysis show that the number of tourists has a positive and not significant effect on gross regional domestic product in Jambi Province in 2016-2018; 2) Tourism Object has positive and not significant effect on gross regional domestic product in Jambi Province in 2016-2018

The purpose of this research is to know the of discciplinel condition of work and performance of employees at districk office merlung kab tanjung jabung barat and to know the impact of the working disccipline on the performance of employees at districk office merlung kab.tanjung jabung barat. In discussing this issue authors use quantitative descriptive method that is by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly defined objectives to be achieved, plan the way of approach, collecting data as Materials to create a report. In this research the author held comparisons between discipline condition to the performance of employees in merlung kab . tajung jabung barat. Districk office merlung a government institution is responsible for the provision of services to the community in its working area. The provision of services to distrik office, discipline is one of the main factors for the success of a local government agency. The constant value of 0.840 gives the meaning that if the working disccpline variable (X) is 0, then the performance variable (Y) is worth 0.840. Furthermore, with the simple linear regression equation above, there is a value of variable regression coefficient of work discipline which is positive value of 0,883. If the value of the working environment coefficient is positive if changes to the work environment variables will result in a directional change in the performance variable. In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the working discipline to the performance of 0,883. This means that if the working disicipline of districk office merlung increased by 1%, employees ' performance will increase by 88.3%. Workingt discipline on districk office merlung high employment with an average score of 150,71. Furthermore, employee performance at Districk office Manpower is very high with an average score of 133,4. Based on the hypothesis test it is noted that there is a significant influence between working disicpline and employee performance in districk office . This can is evidenced by the comparison between the calculated T value larger than t table (3,125 > 2,0369). The working discipline can affect performance by 24,6 % and the remaining 76,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

This study shows how much influence economic growth, inflation and interest rates on investment in Jambi Province. Used include data Economic Growth, Inflation, Interest Rates and Investment from 2000 to 2018.Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the authors have an influence on investment in Jambi Province because of F count (0.300)> F table (4.12) then ho is rejected or different from zero. This means that all regression coefficients or economic growth, inflation and interest rates together have the same effect on investment in Jambi Province.From the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded, together with the variables of economic growth, inflation and interest rates affect investment. Individually, the variable economic growth, inflation and interest rates can affect investment, which has the greatest influence on investment in Jambi Province.

The research aims to purpuse of study to analyze the influenceof the ratio of profitability which is rate from Return on Asset, Return on Equity, NetProfit Margin and Gross Profit Margins are simultaneously and partial on stock price on automotive industry which is listed on the stock market. The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of Profitability Ratio on Price stock on automotive industry.This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other and there is a difference between the real state of research study with each other and there is a difference between the real of research data with existing theory.The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is automotive industries period of year of 2013-2017. Amount sample the used is the six (6) industry company and still stand up during period of perception and also publicized of year of 2013-2017 by Indonesian Stock Exchange the analysis multiple regression, hypotesis test so determinant coefficient F test and t test. Results of multiple regression equation is Y = 3,796 + 0,014X1 + 0,283X2 + 0,930X3 + 0,296X4 + e. Profitability Ratio variabels simultaneously significant effect on Stock Prices. While partially has variable Net Profit Margin to effect of Stock Price.

The research aims to find out and analyzed the workload and performance of employees of pt nurtifood jambi city, subsequently also to find out and analyzed how the workload on the performance of employees of pt nutrifood jambi city.Data collection method was done by distributing questionaires to 50 respondents who became employess in PT Nutrifood Jambi City. The questionnaires was mode based on workload indicator employees answer count using likert scale. And tabulated to be analyzed using range of scale simple linear regression. Simple linear regression statistic analysis was performad using SPSS version 22 statistic program. Based on scale range analysis it’s cocluded that employees workload and performance in PT Nutrifood Jambi City. Were good, so that in sample linear regression with regression formula of Y = 14,409 + 0,470 X . it means performance valve will increases 0,470 if workload increases with one valve. Regression valve was strengthen by determination R squere valve of 19,4 % . Valve in t- hypothesis analysis was 3.579 which bigger that t table (2,011) based on the valve, H1 was accepted an Ho was rejected that means was workload has significant influenced to employees performance in PT Nutrifood Jambi City. This research aims to analyze fistly, how to analyze how the simultaneous influence of Capital Adequasi Ratio, Operating Expenses of Operating Income, Return on Equity and Non Performing Loan on Stock Prices on banks entered on the LQ-45 index during 2016 - 2020 . Secondly, how to analyze how the partially influence of Capital Adequasi Ratio, Operating Expenses of Operating Income, Return on Equity and Non Performing Loan on Stock Prices on banks entered on the LQ-45 index during 2016 – 2020. The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is banking industry on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 - 2020. Amount sample the used is the 5 (five) industry company and still stand up during period of perception and also publicized of year of 2016 - 2020 by Indonesian Stock Exchange. And the analysis multiple regression, hypotesis test so determinant coefficient F test and t test. The object of this research is banking industry on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2020. Sample of object is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero),Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero),Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),Tbk (BBRI), PT Bank Tabungan Negara(Persero),Tbk (BBTN), PT Bank Central Asia,Tbk (BBCA). F test result, it is known that variabels Capital Adequasi Ratio, Operating Expenses of Operating Income, Return on Equity and Non Performing Loan simultaneously and significant effect on stock prices. Fcount bigger than Ftable (12.764 > 2.71) or comparing the not significant level of 0.05 then (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected. Then multiple regression equations are Y = 1,145 + 4,123X1 - 0,013X2 - 1,178X3 - 1,721X4 + e. Based on the results of the t test, return on equity and non performing loan have significant effect on stock prices. Conclusion is the independent variable simultaneously have and significant effect on sotck prices and partially return on equity and non performing loan have significant effect on stock prices

Employee performance improvement will bring progress for the company, therefore efforts to enhance employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know the commitment on performance at Kantor Kecamatan Kotabaru Jambi and to find out how the influence or commitment on performance at Kantor Kecamatan Kotabaru Jambi. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. Kantor Kecamatan Kotabaru Jambi is a functional unit that functions as a center for community service work as well as the role of foresting relic society working relic in order to improve the ability of the hifup welfare and provide maxiun service thoroughly and integrated to society. The calculation SPSS Y = 14.066 + 0.428 X + e of the equations looks positive influence between commitment (X) on performance (Y) at Kantor Kecamatan Kotabaru Jambi. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r2 this figure amounted 36,3% states that the variable commitment (X) is able to explain the variabel performence (Y) is 36,3% and the remaining 63,7% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. Partially the commitment have an influence on performance at Kantor Kecamatan Kotabaru Jambi. Employees should always keep commitment to work properlu so that the goals can be achieved and the leadership should be have well and keep the work environment so that performance can be maintained.
