Abstract

This research aims to find out Whether Product Quality Factors, Service Quality, Emotional Factors, Cost and Ease Affect Honda Beat Consumer Satisfaction, Analyzing Which Factors - Factors That Most Affect Honda Beat Consumer Satisfaction. This research is a descriptive study and multiple regression analysis. The methods of data collection used are observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The determination coefficient is useful for looking at the amount of influence of bound variables. PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama Jambi is one of the automotive companies in Jambi, PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama is a trading company managed by a large family of Attan clan. In 1971, PT. Sinar Sentosa Primatama achieved satisfactory results and got and got an offer from PT. Astra Honda Sales Operation to become a Honda Motorcycle Main Dealer in Jambi Province. Calculation SPSS Y = 1,229 + 0,065 X1 + 0,132 X2 - 0,041 X3 + 0,522 X4 + e. The equation will be seen that the Emotion Factor (X3) has a negative relationship to honda beat consumer satisfaction. From the result of the SPSS value, r (coefficient) obtained a figure of 0,715 states that the free variable capable of explaining a bound variable is 71,5% and the remaining 28,5% is explained by other factors not included in the research model. Based on a score of 353,75 means product quality is on the criteria of satisfied. Based on a score of 322,7 means the Quality of Service is on the criteria quite satisfied. Based on an average score of 343,75 means the Emotion Factor is on the satisfied criteria. Based on a score of 346,5 means Cost and Convenience are on the criteria of satisfied.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to find out the promotion, quality of products and purchasing decisions on Onoy Cake & Bakery in Jambi city. In discussing this problem the author uses qualitative descriptive methods by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly establishing the goals to be achieved, collecting data as material to make research.Onoy Cake & Bakery was founded by Suci Andhita as the owner of the business. Onoy Cake & Bakery is an UMKM that shells bread and cake. Onoy Cake & Bakery was established since 2012 until now. And Onoy Cake & Bakery have a store branch.The population in this study was consumers of Onoy Cake & Bakery in the city of Jambi. The sample was determinated by the Judgement Sampling method with a total 0f 100 customer respondents Onoy Cake & Bakery about promotion, product quality and purchasing decisions. Hypothesis tested with T test and F test.Based on the result of multiple linear analyze, the equation Y = 1,533 + 0,163.X1 + 0,661.X2+ e. the t-test value for promotion  (X1) is 2,076 and product quality (X2) is 6,618. With the F test of 0,000. The value of R square is 0,640% or 64% while the remaining 36% is influenced by other factors.The conclusion of this study is that promotion and product quality have a significant influence either simultaneous or partially on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

With the increasing number of employees each year results in a lack of work space and a salary increase of less than 2% can affect employee performance and also still a small number of recruited marketing employees have an impact on the achievement of branch offices. The research aims to learn how the influence of the work environment and motivation and performance job of Bank Maybank Indonesia Of Sutomo Of Jambi City. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods. The analysis tool used is multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient correlation and determination, F and T test. And the object  of this research is Bank Maybank of Indonesia Branch Office Sutomo of Jambi City. Results SPSS 20 get regeression equation Y = 9.500 – 0.064 X1 + 0.259 X2. Correlation between work environment and motivation performance against employee activity in Bank Maybank of Indonesia Branch Office Sutomo of Jambi City. Determination test, the earned value of adjusted r2 is 0.155 this amount states that the variable X1 or X2  is able to explain the variabel Y of employee performance in Bank Maybank of Indonesia Branch Office Sutomo of Jambi City amounts 15.5% and the rest 84.5% if be caused by other variables outside variables studied. The Work Environemt and Motivation Employee based hypothesis testing is known that there is a significant relationship between work environment and motivation performance against employee activity in Bank Maybank of Indonesia Branch Office Sutomo of Jambi City, Employees continue to have work to keep and maintain or improve performance. Leader should give rewards to employees who successfully demonstrate high performance, then the employee will be motivated to work harder and better in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable area of land, the amount of production, oil prices, variable costs, labor and income. In this study using primary data in 2018. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. Econometric analysis using multiple linear regression models is carried out to identify the variables that affect the income of oil palm farmers. From the values obtained it turns out that the f-count value is greater than the f-table value. This means that the area of land, the amount of production, the price of oil palm, variable costs, and labor have a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in the mersam subdistrict of Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. The influence of the area of land on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value calculated on the area of land (X1) is -0.333 while the t-table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. Effect of Total Production on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value calculated at the Total Production (X2) is 1.863, while the t-table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of palm oil prices on the income of oil palm farmers where the result of the t-value calculated on the price of oil palm (X3) is 1.454 while the t-table value with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of variable costs on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value of the variable cost (X4) is 0.605, while the value of t table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of labor force on the income of oil palm farmers where the result of the t-value of labor (X4) is 0.202, while the value of t table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. Seen t-count is smaller than the t-table, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that Labor has no effect and is not significant to the income of oil palm farmers in kecamtan Mersam, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. Thus the results of this study are expected to provide benefits in formulating effective and efficient policies and strategies in overcoming the problem of unemployment in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the placement of an employee in Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. Next to analyze how to work target in the Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. And also to analyze how the influence of placement on performance clerk in Ministry of Religion Office in Jambi City. This research uses descriptive method quantitative correlational research with the form that describes the relationship of the free variables with variables bound. The research on the analysis tools using simple regression with hypothesis prove with statistical tests t. The results showed that the placement of significant effect on performance clerk where marked with a t calculate > t tables and the Prog. SIG α (0.05) <. While the correlation value i.e. 59.8% of these mean that occur close relationships between placement variables with employees performance variables.Keywords: Placement: Employee Performance

Abstract

In the last five years the number of consumers who perform service like after-sales service, spareparts and warranty in the last five years, the service fluctuates a lot is done by consumers with different damage. The purpose o this research was to measure the after-sales service and the toyalty of consumers as ell as its influence on the Asus Service Center Kota Jambi. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free.Asus manuactures a wide array of IT product, putting yourself as a company producing product with after-sales service. This is evidenced by the numerous awards he has held both in the aspect o desain, type, and quality of product. The calculation SPSS Y = 8,983 + 0,208 X + e of the equations looks positive influence between after-sales service (X) on loyalty consumers (Y) at the Asus Service Center Kota Jambi. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r2 this figure amounted 78,5% states that the variable after-sales  service (X) is able to explain the variabel loyalti consumers (Y) is 78,5% and the remaining 21,5% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. After-sales service partially influence on consumers loyalty this is demonstrated from the significant value that is smaller than the value of alpha. This means that the hyotesis in this research was received.

Abstract

The Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at PT Bumi Gemilang Jambi City. This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT Bumi Gemilang, Jambi City. The population in this study are all employees within the scope of PT. Mitra Gemilang, City of Jambi, totaling 45 people. Data collection was carried out using documentation methods and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, and the hypothesis is tested by simple linear regression analysis. The linear regression equation formed Y = 18,353 + 0.453 X. Constant (a) = 18.353 This means that if the independent variable (leadership style) is considered equal to zero (0), then the value of the dependent variable (employee performance) is 18.353. Leadership Style (X) = +0.453 The coefficient value of the leadership style variable has a positive sign on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.453. This shows that each value of the leadership style variable is increased by 1 point or a temporary unit, then the employee performance variable will increase by 0.453. It shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance due to a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So that it can be said based on the results of testing the hypothesis that leadership style influences employee performance by 28.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. It is suggested to further researchers to broaden the object of research so as to obtain more complete and broader information regarding the influence of leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Ratio Earning (PER) Prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2017 Period. With Price Rtaio Earning average is 16.384%, the average Debt to Equity Ratio is 0.434%, the average Return On Equity is 8.63%, and the average Stock Price is 2.687%.The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumptions (Normality, multicoline, heteroscedacity, and autocorrelation) testing hypotheses (F test and t test) and coefficient of determination. After that the research data is processed using the SPSS version 20.0 for Windows application.Based on the calculation of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) quite well in the requirements of multiple linear regression from the results of sample calculations the average financial ratio for six years, the equation Y = 185.996 + 0.254X_1 + (11,685) X_2 + (0,928) X_3 for the test obtained by the F test (simultaneous), it is known that the significant results of the F_count test are more than F table (1,448> 3,24). Based on the t test, it is known that Price Earning Ratio (PER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table (0.850 <2.120) so this means H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table ((1,299) <2,120) this means that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected. Partial return on Equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table ((1,485) <2,120) This means that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of working capital, sales volume and operating expense simultaneously and partially on net profit in the cement subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. This research method is descriptive and quantitative method. This study uses secondary data. The analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression with panel data using SPSS 22. tests conducted are normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F test hypotheses, t test hypotheses and determine what coefficients of determination (R2).In this study, based on the sampling criteria, there are 4 companies that are sampled, namely PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk, PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. In accordance with the results of the study, spss 22 results obtained multiple linear regression equations namely Y = -2,830 + 0,470 +1,079 – 0,285 + e. So based on hypothesis testing, simultaneously (test F) working capital, sales volume and operating expense significantly affect net profit because the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (29,641 > 3,24). Partially (test t) working capital significantly affects net profit because the tcount value is greater than ttable (2,323 > 2,120), sales volume has a significant effect on net profit because the tcount value is greater than ttable (4,599 > 2,120) and operating expenses had no significant impact on net profit as the tcount value was smaller than ttable (1,376 < 2,120).  From the results of this study, it can be concluded that working capital, sales volume and operating expense simultaneously have a significant impact on net income. Partially indicates that working capital has a significant effect on net income, sales volume has a significant effect on net income and operating expense have no significant effect on net income.

Abstract

Work supervision plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of  this research is to describe the work supervision and performance of employees at work, and to find out and analyze the effect of work supervision employee performance at work in SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 22 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 1,116+0,527X+e. The test of determination with R2 of 37,6%. T test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. To analyze the effect of work supervision on performance of employees on SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang. The distribution of questionnaires with a population of 35 people in 2021 , then the formula used to find samples according to Istijanto (2009 :114)so that the sample in this study amounted to 35 people respondent.Work supervision regression coefficient (X) is 0,525, meaning that work supervision (X) has increased by 1%, so performance of employees at work (Y) SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work supervision(X) is able to explain performance of employees at work (Y) at the SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,547  and the t-table is 0,3338. From the comparison results, it can be seen that  the test by comparison tcount 3,547 > ttable 0,3338 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that Work supervision affect c performance of employees at work at SDN 179 Tanjung Jabung Timur Kecamatan Nipah Panjang.
