This journal analysis focuses on the concept of halal product guarantees according to Islamic law and the conformity of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guarantees of Halal Products with Maqashid Syariah. The research method used by the author is normative juridical research with a qualitative descriptive type. The research concludes that this law is compatible with Maqashid Syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[Islam is a universal religion. He not only regulates the procedure for worshiping Allah, but also regulates how to live the lives of other human beings, both to fellow Muslims and non-Muslims. Among the things that get great attention by Islam is economic affairs. And Muslim scholars take an important role in this. Among Islamic figures who have not escaped attention is Syaikhul Islam Ibn Taimiyah. The figure who is called a reformer has produced phenomenal works of his time. Among his works which discuss certain aspects of Islamic Economics is the book Al-Hisbah Fil Islam or Qaa'idah fil Hisbah. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia will never be separated from life's problems, including the economy. Economic activities carried out by the community, such as buying and selling, certainly require control from the government so that these activities run well. Among the government agencies that specifically handle buying and selling activities in the community is the metrology center. Because in the facts that were found there were several frauds committed by some unscrupulous traders. Researchers used library research (library research). In researching about wilayatul hisbah, researchers make the book Al-Hisbah as the primary source in Ibn Taimiyah's thoughts, besides that researchers also use scientific journals as references in research. For the Al-Hisbah book, the researcher used the oldest printing in the world today, namely the Matba'ah al-Mu'ayyadah Cairo Egyptian 1990 M. The approach in the research carried out was heuristic, biographical and interpretive research. The results in this study indicate that the Ministry of Trade's Metrology Center has in general carried out the Hisbah function according to Ibnu Taimiyah. The Metrology Center has the task of supervising trade as an effort to prevent acts of fraud and fraud. The task carried out by the Metrology Center is to carry out inspections of measuring, measuring, weighing and equipment (UTTP) in order to assess and match the type of UTTP tool that is appropriate or not, namely with regulations. The difference between the Hisbah and the Metrology Center is that the Hisbah has the authority to prevent possible fraud by improving morals or morals, because the main purpose of the Hisbah is amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, while the Metrology Center's role is only in the aspect of truth and legitimacy of the UTTP tool used by traders.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Non Performing Finance (NPF), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) on Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data taken annually during the period 2005-2020. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis using the Microsoft Excel 2013 SPSS version 25 computer program. The results in this study indicate that CAR, ROA, NPF, FDR and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on the Profit Growth of Islamic Banks. CAR and FDR partially have no significant effect on Profit Growth of Islamic Banks while ROA, NPF and BOPO partially have a significant effect on Profit Growth of Islamic Banks in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how Santi entrepreneurship is implemented at Sahid Vocational School and how to instill Islamic values in entrepreneurship practices at Sahid Vocational School. This study uses a qualitative method with a field research approach which is presented descriptively. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation of 10 informants consisting of 5 Sahid Vocational School administrators and 5 Santri. The results of the study show that the entrepreneurship of students applied at SMK Pondok Pesantren Sahid Modern aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, independent spirit, and prepare students to take advantage of every business opportunity by creating entrepreneurial products and selling them at school events, such as school festivals. , acceptance of new students, or other activities. Products produced by SMK Sahid students include culinary products such as market snacks, continental and oriental dishes as well as long-lasting packaged dishes such as pastries and chips. In instilling Islamic values in entrepreneurship practices at SMK Pondok Pesantren Modern Sahid, halal raw materials and the values of honesty and trust are important and must be prioritized in every activity, including entrepreneurial activity. <![CDATA[Infrastructure is an important factor in improving the quality of education, the Sahid Islamic Institute in the last two years has been very concerned about the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, this study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education at the Sahid Islamic Religious Institute, 2) Analyze the constraints and solutions in the implementation of management of facilities and infrastructure in increasing educational benefits at the Sahid Islamic Institute of Religion. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted at the Sahid Islamic Institute, from August to November 2019. The subjects in this study were the Head of General Affairs and Finance and the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of the Sahid Islamic Institute. The informants in the research are lecturers and students. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data validation technique uses data tranqulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods, data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that (1) the implementation of management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education at the Sahid Islamic Institute was carried out by means and infrastructure planning (Planing), namely Campus coordination meetings, determining Campus programs, and determining the needs of educational facilities and infrastructure.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the potential of Islamic economics as a solution in dealing with the global financial crisis through literature studies. In the context of the global financial crisis, Islamic economics offers an interesting alternative approach. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze literature related to Islamic economics and the global financial crisis. The results of the study show that Islamic economics has the potential to overcome the global financial crisis through its principles which prohibit usury, reduce excessive risk, and empower the people's economy. Islamic financial instruments, such as sukuk and profit-sharing financing, also offer a more sustainable alternative. However, the challenges of Islamic financial literacy and regulatory harmonization still need to be overcome. In conclusion, understanding the potential of the Islamic economy can create a stable, inclusive and sustainable financial system in the face of the global financial crisis.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic religious tertiary institutions are expected to produce graduates who are qualified and have an entrepreneurial spirit who are able to create jobs. Likewise, an Islamic educational institution, in this case the Private Islamic Religious College (PTKIS), especially the Bogor Sahid Islamic Institute (INAIS), must continue to strive to improve quality in an effort to maintain its existence and survive amidst the very tight competition in the world of education today. . To achieve these ideal conditions, higher education institutions in general and in this case INAIS must clearly have a vision and mission that are in line with today's, tomorrow's and future needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Vision and Mission of the Sahid Islamic Institute in Creating an Islamic Entrepreneurial University. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical case study approach and library research. The results in the study show that the Vision and Mission of the Sahid Islamic Institute in Creating an Islamic Entrepreneurial University has not been fully achieved because there are obstacles faced by the Sahid Islamic Institute, one of which is because there are many graduate or alumni professions who are not entrepreneurs so that a strategy is needed, namely to improve education. and teaching, research and community service as well as supported by infrastructure that supports the achievement of entrepreneurial competence.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Sahid Islamic Institute. partially and simultaneously the method used is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study amounted to 44 people. Employees of the Sahid Islamic Institute of Religion. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire, the technical analysis of the data used in this linear is multiple linear analysis. Analysis The research instrument uses SPSS ver 16.0. The results of the analysis consist of several tests, namely the validity test with Pearso Product Moment, all of which are declared valid. With a reliability test using Cronbach's alpha value > 0.6 and all the results are declared reliable. The normality test used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test and all were declared to be normally distributed. The results of the statistical test of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following regressions: 1) Compensation (Variable X1) has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sahid Islamic Institute. This is explained based on the t-test (T-test). Compensation hypothesis testing (X1) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) shows a significance value of 0.977 which is greater (>) than 0.05. 2) Organizational Culture (Variable X2) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Sahid Islamic Institute. This is based on the Organizational Culture hypothesis testing (X2) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) showing a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. 3) Compensation (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) Simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Sahid Islamic Institute. This is based on the F test (f-test) F count of 26,031 with a significance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) = F = (2;44-2) = 2.42 The results show that F count is 26,031 greater (>) than 2.42 and the value of sig. of 0.00 is smaller (<) than 0.05. Based on the determination test, employee performance is influenced by compensation and organizational culture by 56%.]]>

<![CDATA[The understanding of Islamic economics for the leader of village is very important especially for those who are Muslim because this is their field to fight and uphold the teachings of religion according to the guidance of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Based on this, benefits can be obtained including: (1) the realization of true Muslim integrity, (2) benefiting the world and the hereafter, (3) practicing Islamic economics including the value of worship because of carrying out Islamic law, (4) supporting the economic empowerment of the people, (5) supports the amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar movement by not engaging in usury practices which are prohibited by Islam. This research was conducted to determine the understanding of leader of village towards the Islamic economy in the Pamijahan sub-district with a total of 15 villages. The researcher conducted a survey of all leader of village s to obtain accurate data. After conducting the research level of understanding from the leader of village was obtained varied, but from these results the data was processed so that conclusions were drawn according to the results of the study. The background of each leader of village in terms of age, education, family, environment and sources of understanding makes different levels of understanding. During the research process, the researcher first prepares the research instruments needed such as interview materials, notebooks, documentation tools and questionnaires. The discussion in this study was carried out with a descriptive qualitative method. This researcs state is the leader of village in the Pamijahan sub-district has a high understanding of the Islamic economy. Judging from his background, all Islamic leader of village s have all received education both from the study of the environment and their experience of learning as students at Islamic boarding schools which makes them understand Islamic teachings and understand about Islamic economics, thus Islamic economics can be upheld as long as there is desire to do it]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the business ethics of the sayyid hadhrami in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta by taking two companies, namely PT. Patchouli Widuri and PT. Dar Al-Kutub Al-Islamiyah. The Hadhrami sayyid community in this area are mostly traders of perfumes and Arabic-language books. The interesting thing is that they have inherited Islamic business ethics from generation to generation until today. The research method used in this research is normative-qualitative in which data is obtained through observation, interviews and studies on documents related to the research object. Data analysis uses the norms of business ethics in Islam with the validity of the data through triangulation. The conclusion of this study is that the business carried out by the syayid hadhrami community in DKI Jakarta is developing quite well. This can be seen in the various fields of business carried out by this community. Two of them are PT. Nilam Widuri and PT. Dar al-Kutub Al-Islamiyah whose owner is a Syayid. The business ethics implemented by the two companies are aligned with Islamic business ethics as reflected in the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, namely; siddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh. This can be seen in maintaining product quality and good relations which are the implementation of the characteristics of Shiddiq, Fathanah (Itqan) and Tabligh. Finally, the two companies also believe that the existence of blessings is the goal of the Company as an implementation of the nature of trust. Belief in the existence of blessings in business which is a goal other than worldly profits.]]>
