<![CDATA[The existence of humans in an organization has a very vital position. The success of an organization is largely determined by the quality of the people who work in it. Rapid changes in the environment require their ability to capture these changing phenomena, analyze their impact on the organization and prepare steps to deal with these conditions. This journal is descriptive analysis. This method solves problems by describing and analyzing them, then looking for solutions to the problem based on the results of the literature review. Apart from that, there are several authors' points of view which are used as a basis for finding solutions to problems based on the results of the literature review. Apart from that, there are several author's points of view which are used as explanations to find solutions to the problem of work experience on employee performance. The definition of work experience consists of several types provided by experts. Experience in all activities is very necessary because experience is the best teacher. The meaning of this is that a person learns from the experiences they have experienced. HR management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in order to help realize the Company's goals. They also need to implement workplace practices that are based on upholding fundamental rights in the workplace and international university standards, and fostering good HR management relationships as important for increasing productivity and decent work.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency Industry and Trade Service. The population in this study was 76 people and the sample used was 45 people with the sampling technique used in the research using type (saturated sampling). Data analysis takes the form of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determinant tests, t tests, and f tests. The research results obtained through the t test show that (1) the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y); (2) Leadership Variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y); (3) Leadership variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work discipline.]]>

<![CDATA[Planning an investment in personal financial management especially for students is crucial because investment is a process of learning to manage finances, starting now and in the future. Low knowledge about investment decisions often makes students experience fraud, because offers from investment returns are also very tempting. Based on the phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk tolerance on investment decisions. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents with the criteria of students at the University of Semarang majoring in S1 Management class of 2020 and interested in or have already invested in the capital market. The number of research respondents was 96 students and data management used SPSS 23 with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study state that financial literacy has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions, while financial behavior and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions of Semarang University students majoring in Management S1 class of 2020.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the internal control system for merchandise inventory in the company and the internal control system for merchandise inventory using COSO as well as the obstacles faced in the internal control system for merchandise inventory. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained from this research are: firstly, the internal control system for merchandise inventory at the Oriens Jaya Medan Motor Vehicle Spare Parts Distributor is implemented based on established procedures, secondly, the internal control system for merchandise inventory uses COSO from 5 (five) components which have 17 ( seventeen) the principles contained in all of these principles have been answered but there are some that do not yet exist in the company including code of ethics and ethical standards, officially written organizational structure, does not have an audit committee, does not have CCTV, does not set strict sanctions , and there was no bar code scanning device, and the third problem faced was human error which resulted in inventory differences and delays in sending goods by expeditions, damage to goods due to expeditions and customers (shops) taking a long time to send returned goods.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of internet banking services,Mobile Banking, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) on Satisfaction Sharia Bank Customers in Indonesia (Case Study of Students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Class of 2019). This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study a questionnaire was used to collect data, and 97 Students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business Class of 2019 were selected as sample using the Accidental Sampling method. Data analysis in research this is quantitative data analysis. Statistical tests are known as Regression Tests Multiple Linear, t-test, f-test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2) are all components of this analysis, and also tests of classical assumptions. Based on testing The hypothesis with the partial T test can be concluded that the internet banking variable mobile banking and ATM partially have a significant effect on satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing with the Simulta F test, it can be concluded that internet banking, mobile banking and ATM variables together influence the level of satisfaction of Sharia Bank customers.]]>

<![CDATA[To find out whether margin level, service quality and promotion simultaneously influence customers' decisions on murabahah financing for micro businesses in the trading sector. The type of data used in quantitative data research is primary data sources obtained from questionnaires and interviews with the bank. The objects used in this research are murabahah financing customers of BPRS Puduarta Insani. The results of this research show that Margin Level has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. Based on the value of Tcount > Ttable or 2.988 > 1.66827 and the significant value of the Margin Level variable (X1) is 0.004 > 0.050, it can be concluded that the Margin Level partially has a significant positive effect on customer decisions. Based on the value of Tcount > Ttable or 2.516 > 1.66827 and the significant value of the service quality variable (X2) is 0.003 > 0.050, it can be concluded that service quality partially has a significant positive effect on customer decisions. And promotions have a significant influence on customer decisions. Based on the value of Tcount > Ttable or 2.321 > 1.66827 and the significant value of the Promotion variable is 0.003 > 0.050, it can be concluded that the Promotion Variable partially has a significant positive effect on customer decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Ambalawi Subdistrict Office, Bima Regency. This type of research is associative research, where the population is 40 people with a sample of 39 employees who work at the Ambalawi Subdistrict Office, Bima Regency. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis methods used are reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, T tests and F tests, correlation coefficients, determination tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district. Based on the F test calculation, leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously influence job satisfaction (Y) at the Ambalawi sub-district office, Bima district.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio on shares in consumer goods companies in 2019-2022. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, food and beverage subsector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The total population in that period was 23 companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from written sources related to research. The analytical method of this research is quantitative data which will then be processed using SPSS 23. The results of this research prove that the Current Ratio has an insignificant effect on stock prices, Return of Assets has an insignificant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has an insignificant effect on prices. share.]]>

<![CDATA[The recruitment and selection system are a vital component in the Human Resources Management of an organization in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the recruitment and selection system implemented at the Female Daily Network which consists of the recruitment and selection process, recruitment and selection decision making procedures and how to measure the success of the recruitment system itself. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants from this research were four people, consisting of one head of the human resources division, two human resources staff and one new employee, IT staff. The research results show that the recruitment and selection process start from the human resources department posting vacancies and applicants sending CV until the head of HR makes a decision whether to accept them or not.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop an interesting and fun learning media based on Assemblr Studio. Assemblr is one of the best 3D/4D applications that encourages students to learn and understand what they learn through building and designing. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) research method which is in accordance with the research objectives, namely developing assemblr studio-based learning media. Research & Development (R&D) is a research method used to develop or validate products for education and learning. The results of this study are the feasibility of 5E-based assemblr studio learning media, seen from the results of validation by experts including material experts and media experts. The material expert conducted 2 stages where stage 1 obtained a percentage of 60% feasibility and stage 2 obtained a percentage of 80% with an average percentage of feasibility of 70%. Media experts conducted 1 stage and obtained a feasibility percentage of 77% including the very feasible category so that this learning media can be used in learning theme 8 subtheme 1 learning 1. So that the conclusion obtained from this research and development is that the 5E-based Assemblr Studio learning media to improve student learning outcomes is declared feasible to use in learning.]]>
