Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2018-2022 as measured by the Liquidity to Solvency Ratio. The source used in this research is the financial statements of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk 2018-2022. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method. The liquidity level of PT is determined from the results of data analysis. The current ratio of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk averaged 74.93% at the current level from 2018 to 2022, which is below the industry standard of 200%, putting the company in good condition. This indicates low liquidity. PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk's quick ratio averaged 46.67% over the 2018-2022 period, below the industry standard of 150%, indicating a loss. The solvency level of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk based on the average debt to assets ratio from 2018 to 2022, is at 52.53%, higher than the industry standard of 35%, indicating a poor situation. For the debt to equity ratio of PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk from 2018 to 2022 is 116.18%, higher than the industry standard of 66%, indicating that the situation is not good.

Abstract

The alnallyticall method used is descriptive alnallysis using raltio mealsurements of liquidity, solvency, alctivity alnd profitalbility. Resealrch daltal alnd informaltion were obtalined from the Indonesialn Stock Exchalnge. Balsed on the liquidity raltio, the stalte of the compalny is caltegorized als in good condition (liquid). From the solvency raltio, the stalte of the compalny is salid to be in good condition (solvalble). Judging from the alctivity raltio, it shows aln increalse every yealr so thalt the compalny's condition is salid to be in good condition. Abstract

The problem that is often complained of by MSMEs in Rembang is the weak promotion strategy they carry out. According to business actors, one way for the business to grow is by introducing Indonesian local services or products to foreign countries. In this advanced era, business people must be good at using the internet. Websites, blogs, media are the biggest solutions for introducing business to the wider community. Social media is now a big opportunity for business people because social media is a source of information delivery. Instagram is already widely used around us. Everyone can use Instagram happily and easily. Instagram social media can be used as a learning tool, a means of introducing products or services and a means of buying and selling. The object of research in this paper is the Instagram social media accounts of fishing service SMEs in Rembang, Blitar, East Java. Using qualitative methods, it can be concluded that not only large companies can utilize the internet and social media as marketing media, but social media has become the main activity for business people because Instagram can facilitate communication with the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service performance and facilitating conditions on community satisfaction using Electronic KTP issuance operators (KTP-EI) in Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to people who received KTP-El services at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and statistical t-test. The results of the study show that service performance and facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction using Electronic KTP issuance operators (KTP-EI) in Padang City. Community satisfaction is influenced by service performance and facilitating condition variables by 93.80% while the remaining 6.20% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of open unemployment rate and inflation on economic growth in Jambi Province. Data from 2007 to 2021 was used and panel regression analysis method was used. The results show that the open unemployment rate and inflation have a significant negative effect on economic growth. These findings emphasize the importance of reducing unemployment and controlling inflation to promote better economic growth in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation and job satisfaction have on the performance of PT Fasen Creative Quality employees. The research method used is a quantitative method approach with data collection techniques using non-probability sampling with a total sample of 39 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale unit. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that partially work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) dibuat untuk mengatur pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data akuntansi perusahaan. Ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu manajemen dan orang-orang di luar perusahaan membuat keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecanggihan teknologi informasi, partisipasi manajemen dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on the level of profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This research method uses a quantitative approach using company financial data during the specified research period. With the purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was obtained as many as 31 companies. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests consisting of partial tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (F test), test the coefficient of determination. The data were processed using the SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that partially, cash turnover (CTR) had a positive and significant effect on company profitability. Then, inventory turnover (ITO) has a positive and significant effect on company profitability. Furthermore, simultaneously, both CTR and ITO have had a positive and significant effect on the profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The practical implication of this research is that company management can use the findings of this research to optimize the management of their cash flow and inventory turnover, so as to increase the company's profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence communication and work knowledge have on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using saturated jampel which is part of non-probability sampling with a total of 46 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that partially, communication has a positive influence on performance. Partially, knowledge has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Simultaneously, communication and knowledge have no significant effect on performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the detection and internal control applied in the revenue accounting information system of a café business, as well as the importance of compliance auditing in maintaining the reliability and accuracy of financial data. A good accounting information system is an essential component in managing the revenue of a café business. Effective detection and internal control are highly needed to prevent and detect fraud or errors that may occur in the revenue collection process. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a case study approach on a café business. Data is collected through interviews with café management, direct observation, and analysis of documents related to the revenue accounting information system. The research findings indicate that the café business has implemented several steps of detection and internal control, including task segregation, document verification, the use of automated systems, and periodic reconciliations.
