Abstract

HUSNUL KHOTIMAH."Analysis of Marketing Strategy in an effort to increase sales of purun woven on the Anyaba business brand in Marabahan". Hairul Advisor, SE.M.M. and Nurul Hasanah, S.Sos., M.M The marketing strategy used to increase sales of purun woven at the Anyaba business brand in Marabahan is quite good, because it is able to market purun woven which was previously only considered a lower-middle class product to be promoted to the preferred class of millennials. The data collection technique used in this research is through Observation Method, Library (Library Research), Field Research (Field Research), Interview Method (Interview) and Documentation Method. This study uses qualitative data analysis, namely analysis based on opinions, thoughts and considerations that will describe and explain problems that are not described in numerical form. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) The marketing strategy used woven Marabahan that has been carried out so far is to maintain product quality and continue to innovate to cooperate with related agencies or other parties with new products with attractive types, colors and packaging designs and changes according to market needs and the price offered is relatively cheaper because it targets young people who want to look trendy at a low cost and there are discounts on certain products on certain days to attract customers and 2) The marketing strategy that should be used in Anyaba Woven Marabahan to increase sales of its products, in addition to the ongoing strategy, it is necessary to add promotional aspects to buyers who have come to buy on the spot by giving discounts, from the aspect of the Anyaba Marabahan place which is located in a strategic location and is easy for buyers to visit but it is also necessary to think about adding new branches in other places such as the city of Banjarmasin and its surroundings

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external banking factors that can affect Non-Performing Loans (NPL) at state-owned commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period by using inflation as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial reports. The population of this study is BUMN Commercial Banks for the 2017-2020 period with a total sample of 96 using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 25 program.The results of this study indicate that BOPO has a positive and significant effect on NPL, and the BI rate has a negative and significant effect on NPL. Meanwhile, CAR and LDR have no significant effect on NPL. Inflation is able to strengthen LDR against NPL, inflation is unable to strengthen CAR and BI rate against NPL and weakens BOPO against NPL. State-owned banks must manage their operational activities properly and must be selective in choosing customers who receive credit so that NPL spikes can be minimized. Then, for future researchers it is hoped that they can add other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the Influence of Investment Decision and Funding Decisions on Firm Value with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable in Consumer Goods Companies. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research approach. The samples in this study are 25 Consumer Goods Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2021. The date werw then analyzed using multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). By using SPSS 25 software. The result showed that the investment decision variable had a negative and significant effect on firm value, while the funding decision variable had a negative and significant effect on firm value. Then fpr the company size variable it is able to strengthen the investment decision variables and funding decisions on firm value. The company is expected to provide benefits for the company’s management to increase the value of the company in the future. Investors are expected to minimize risk in investing. For future researchers, it is hoped that they can add other variables that might better predict the value relevance of financial statements

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing a service charge on employee performance at Fave Hotel A. Yani Banjarmasin. This research is a type of quantitative approach research, in this study the population to be studied were all employees of Fave Hotel A. Yani Banjarmasin totaling 72 people. The way to determine the number of samples in this study is by saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. Providing incentives to employees at Fave Hotel Banjarmasin seen from the partial t test proves that t count 3.310 > t table 1.66691 or a significant level of 0.001 <0.05, which means that the incentive variable (X) partially has a significant effect on work performance at Fave Hotel Banjarmasin . This means that the first hypothesis is accepted. The provision of incentives to employees at Fave Hotel Banjarmasin seen from the f test simultaneously proves that the probability value is less than 0.05, which means that employee incentives through service charges greatly affect employee performance. This means that the second hypothesis is accepted. Based on the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.898, which means that 89.8 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by the independent variable, namely service charge and the remaining 11.2 percent is influenced by other factors not present in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial condition of credit cooperatives in the Puskopdit Swadaya Utama area experiencing potential financial distress in 2019-2021 using the Zmijewski method. The method of analysis in this study is accounting analysis in the form of the Zmijewski method. Data collection techniques in the form of literature studies and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis using the Zmijewski method. The results show that credit cooperatives under the auspices of the Primary Swadaya Puskopdit based on X-Score calculations in the Zmijewski method in 2019, 2020, 2021 state that the financial distress zone is larger than the non-financial distress zone. financial distress. Research on 14 savings and loan credit cooperatives (KSP) under the auspices of the Maumere Swadaya Utama Puskopdit shows that there are 2 savings and loan cooperatives (KSP) that are included in the healthy zone (non-financial distress) and there are 9 savings and loan credit cooperatives (KSP) that are included in the bankruptcy zone (financial distress) in three consecutive years, namely 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and quality of work partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency. The research methodology is associative. The population in this study included all employees at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency, totaling 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the t test show that the competency and work quality variables do not partially affect the work performance of employees at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al-Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency. The results of the F test show that competency and work quality simultaneously affect employee performance at Madrasah Tsanawiah Islamic Boarding School Al-Muthmainnah Soromandi, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This research is intended to discuss the effect of consumer experience, customer value, and ease of use on repurchasing as the research object for product buyers at the Shopee online store. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, and used an accidental sampling technique, by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had purchased products at the Shopee online store at least 2 times. Analysis of the data used in this study is the validity test, reliability test and linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that customer experience, customer value and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases at the Shopee online store.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how non-cash transactions are implemented in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province, to find out what obstacles arise in the implementation of non-cash transactions in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province and what are the efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise on the application of non-cash transactions in regional financial management at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the data comes from several things, namely in the form of words and actions. The rest is additional data such as documents and others. To complete the research data, two data sources are needed, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely collecting data related to the problem to be studied so that it can be described descriptively, qualitatively and comprehensively, namely describing the prevailing reality and still having something to do with applicable legal aspects. The results of the observations presented by the author use closed questions through interviews with several trusted sources who work at the Secretariat of the DPRD of West Sumatra Province. The results of the study found that the implementation of non-cash transactions carried out by the West Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat was smooth and theoretical, but not all procedures were the same because in a company there were different parties and different functions together. Procedures related to the non-cash implementation system at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province have several obstacles such as the smart city internet network that is used is still inadequate, the lack of socialization from the regional financial manager and the nagari bank regarding the non-cash implementation system, which results in a lack of understanding from related parties regarding the system This.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to examine the effect of lifestyle variables (X1), motivational variables (X2) and price perception variables (X3) on the decision to buy an iPhone among students at the Islamic University of Kalimantan (UNISKA). research method with a quantitative approach, the population considered in the study consisted of Management Study Program students totaling 90 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This test was carried out using the statistical software SPSS version 26. The results of this study partially indicate that lifestyle variables (X1) do not have a significant influence on purchasing decision variables. Motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price perception variable (X3) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on simultaneous testing of lifestyle variables (X1), motivation (X2) and price perceptions (X3) jointly have a significant effect on the iPhone purchasing decision variable for UNISKA Banjarmasin students.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the role of Twice's brand ambassador on the buying interest of Scarlett Whitening products in Banjarmasin. This study used quantitative methods, with data analysis using simple linear regression, t-test, and determination coefficient test. The population in the study was all students of the Faculty of Economics, Class of 2019 UNISKA. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 87 respondents, with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results showed that brand ambassadors had a significant effect on the interest in buying Scarlett Whitening products in Banjarmasin. This factor is caused by the attractiveness, popularity, and trust given by consumers to brand ambassadors, where the attractiveness and popularity possessed by the brand ambassador will greatly affect consumer buying interest.
