Abstract

Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah suatu kebebasan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Kebebasan ini tidak di alami oleh siswa, karena guru lebih mengerjakan administrasi pendidikan. Guru juga kurang memahami konsep dan perannya dalam program Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam materi hitung mata pelajaran matematika. Dengan menggunakan teknik triagulasi waktu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian ini, menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap siswa bimbingan belajar jenjang sekolah dasar. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas 2, 3, dan 5. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan soal post test dan hasil wawancara mahasiswa kepada siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila untuk Meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam materi hitung mata pelajaran matematika materi hitung perkalian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match .

Abstract

Reconsideration legal action is an extraordinary legal effort against a court decision that has permanent legal force or that has execution power over a criminal case, in connection with the discovery of new facts or circumstances that will result in the release of the accused, these facts are commonly known as novum (new evidence). Reconsideration legal efforts according to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code are usually filed by the convict and his heirs. From this confirmation, the Public Prosecutor has no right to submit a Judicial Review because as is known, judicial review attempts aim to protect the interests of the convict. However, in several decisions the public prosecutor is allowed to file a judicial review. Therefore, this paper aims to legally examine who has the right to submit legal remedies for judicial review in criminal cases, both those that have been regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and in practice. The research method used is normative legal research with a juridical approach, a conceptual approach supported by primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study show that even though the Criminal Procedure Code has clearly regulated who has the right to submit a judicial review, in practice the public prosecutor is allowed to submit a judicial review provided that an act being charged has been declared proven but not followed by a conviction. Therefore, this has created a polemic by ignoring existing regulations that have the potential to cause uncertainty in the implementation of the review so that the right to obtain legal certainty for the applicant for the review seems to have been violated.

Abstract

Pembatalan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah ialah hal penting dalam sistematika pendaftaran tanah agar memiliki legalitas serta kepastian hukum yang kuat, dilihat dari prakteknya masih banyak sertifikat tanah di Kabupaten Kupang yang masih berkutat sengketa tanah dengan pihak lain, adanya cacat administrasi yang ditimbulkan dari kelalaian ataupun human error merupakan salah satu bentuk nyata tidak terpenuhinya asas pendaftaran tanah yang ada. Tanah merupakan kekayaan bangsa yang menentukan kesejahteraan, keadilan, kelestarian, dan keharmonisan bagi bangsa dan negara Indonesia. Tanah memiliki sifat multidimensi seperti sifat fisik, kimia, biologi, sosial, ekonomi, dan magis-religius dan masing-masing memiliki potensi untuk kesejahteraan manusia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana pelaksanaan pencabutan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap di bidang Tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif. Sumber data berasal dari data sekunder. Data diolah dengan editing data, klasifikasi, dan sistematisasi dengan analisis yurisdiksi kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan pencabutan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap di bidang Tanah telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Peneliti menyarankan agar BPN lebih terdorong dan segera menanggapi proses pembatalan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah tersebut. berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap.

Abstract

Hubungan industrial Pancasila merupakan hubungan kerja yang dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai pancasila yang terjadi antara pekerja dengan pengusaha. Pengusaha dan pekerja dalam hubungan industrial Pancasila memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan perusahaan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja atau buruh. Dalam hal ini, pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha berperan untuk saling mengisi dan melengkapi. Dengan adanya penerapan hubungan industrial Pancasila dalam sebuah perusahaan, diharapkan dapat mengatasi segala tantangan yang akan mendahulukan penyelesaian melalui diskusi bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, yakni kemajuan perusahaan dan kesejahteraan para pekerja atau buruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar sebuah perusahaan dalam melakukan penyelesaiaan masalah berdasarakan dengan nilai-nilai dari Pancasila yang berhubungan dengan hubungan industrial kerja agar lebih dapat mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian yang lebih sejahtera

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik anagram terhadap kosakata siswa di kelas dua SMPN 2 X Koto. Hal tersebut dilakukan di SMPN 2 X Koto dikarenakan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat kosakata. Keterbatasan sumber dalam materi pembelajaran. Akibatnya, peneliti juga menemukan kosakata siswa terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan normalitas dan homogenitas dengan menggunakan SPSS 26 untuk menguji hipotesis, peneliti menggunakan rumus t-test dan mengkonsultasikan hasilnya ke dalam t-tabel untuk hipotesis pertama, kedua dan ketiga.

Abstract

MMR worldwide according to WHO in 2020 is 295.000 in Indonesia, there are 4.627 cases of AKI in 2020. In Central Java, AKI in 2020 is 98.6/100.000 with the city of Tegal having 29.78% and cases of IMR. Data at the Jatibogor Health Center for cases aged >35 years amounted to 16.7% of 840 people. One of the risk factors for pregancy that causes complications and maternal death is the mother’s age (>35 years) and the interval between preganancies >10 years. The governmen always atrives to improve quality maternal health services, there are several things that the government does, including seeking an adequate number of health workers with the best possible quality, providing health service facilities according to standarts, and mobilizing all levels of society to implement birth planning programs with prevention of complications (P4K). The purpose of this case study was to comprehensively carry out midwifery care for pregnant women, women in childbirt, postpartum women and newborns using midwifery management according to Varney and documentation using the SOAP method. The object of this case is Mrs. F G2 P1 A0 36 years old with normal pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. This case was described out in October 2022 in the work area of the Jatibogor Health Center. The care was described in its entirety, starting from the TM III pregnant patient (37 weeks plus 5 days and 38 weeks plus 5 days) and normal postpartum (9 hours postpartum to 22 days postpartum). The result obtained were Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. F from gestational age 37 weeks and 5 days, from delivery to postpartum 22 days postaprtum. The preparation concluded that during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum Mrs. F goes on normally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of financial quotient to financial security in the management of a basic food retail business in Wonorejo Village, Rungkut Dis trict. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the interview method as data collection. Based on the research results, it is known that financial quotient supports financial maintenance. The perspective of the success of the basic food retail business is quite good, but there is still a lack of effectiveness in the management of the 4 (four) each of these retail stores. In terms of competitive advantage, informants 3 and 4 tend to have more consumers, in sales activities informants 3 serve more according to the needs sought or retail, so that goods run out faster, while informants 4 sell at wholesale prices so they are cheaper than other stores. So it can be concluded that the financial quotient in the management of 4 food retail store informants has been sufficiently implemented in determining business success and impacting competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The analysis used is the analysis of facilities and student learning activities at the Keleyan State SLB. This research was conducted at Keleyan State SLB, Kec. Socah, Bangkalan Regency, East Java. The purpose of this study was to find out the facilities and learning activities in the Keleyan State SLB. The participants in this study were school principals, teachers of grades I, V and Keleyan State SLB students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and interview sheets. The results showed that the facilities provided to support student learning were adequate. Meanwhile, the learning activities carried out include; 1) Making Batik Patterns; 2) Literacy Activities; 3) Plastic Waste Recycling; 4) Dancing and Singing Activities; 5) Swimming Activities; 6) Commemorating the Big Day; 7) handicrafts; 8) PSP Workshop; 9) Outing Class; 10) Scouts; 11) Cooking Class; 12) and Healthy Friday.

Abstract

This research was due to by several problems of students’ in the first grade in SMP N 3 Sungai Pua related to students’ achievement in English learning especially in lesson simple present tense and simple past tense. This research to determine whether there was a significant effect and whether there was significant difference using the Noticing technique on students’ achievement in lesson simple present tense and simple past tense and to determine whether students’ achievement using the noticing technique was the best than not using the noticing technique. This study was classified as a quasi-Experiment design. There was experimental group, namely the VII.B class (19 students’) and the control group namely VII.A (20 students’). Data obtained through pre-test and post-test . Pre- test was given to both groups before treatment and post-test was given after treatment.Treatment using the noticing technique was only given to the experimental group. After the data was collected, the researcher analyzed the data with a significant of α = 0,05. From the results of statistical analysis, the first hypothesis was obtained; there was a significant effect using the noticing technique on students' achievement in simple present tense and simple past tense lesson. The analyzes of the data showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted because tobtained (26,46) was higher than ttable (20,93) with the level significant α of 0,05. The second hypothesis there was a significant difference using noticing technique on teaching simple present tense and simple past tense. The analyzes of the data showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted because tobtained (50,13) was higher than ttable (20,86) with the level significant of α 0.05. Finally, the third hypothesis that teaching simple present tense and simple past tense for the students who were taught by using noticing technique better than the students who were taught conventional method toward student’s achievement . The analyzes of the data showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted because tobtained (50,13) was higher than ttable (20,86) with the significant of α 0,05. In this manner, it may well be conclude that the noticing technique seem influenced for understandies accomplishment in learning simple present tense and simple past tense to be way better than without utilizing the taking noticing technique.
