Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Swasta di Kota Bogor. (2) Pengaruh kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Swasta di Kota Bogor. (3) Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Swasta di Kota Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian angket untuk semua variabel bebas dan terikat. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berasal dari populasi terjangkau siswa kelas XI SMK Swasta Yasbam dan SMK Swasta Bhakti Insani tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel Proporsional stratified random sampling. Sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis, peneliti melakukan uji persyaratan data yaitu uji normalitas data menunjukan bahwa data atau sampel setiap variabel berdistribusi normal. Untuk hasil perhitungan uji linieritas menunjukan bahwa regresi berpola linier. Sementara itu, Hasil uji hipotesis utama menggunakan korelasi ganda menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel bebas pertama dan variabel bebas kedua dalam model regresi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri Secara Bersama-sama terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK di Kota Bogor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig 0,001 < 0,05 dan F hitung = 7,867, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa SMK swasta di Kota Bogor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig 0,041 < 0,05 dan t hitung = 2,071, serta (3) Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK Swasta di Kota Bogor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sig 0,019 < 0,05 dan t hitung = 2,392.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship and innovation are significant economic growth factors in cities, including Bandung, Indonesia. This study intends to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial intellectual capital on Bandung's economic growth. Using a convenience sampling technique, data were obtained from 300 Bandung entrepreneurs. Even after controlling for other characteristics such as education, age, and gender, the study discovered that entrepreneurial intellectual capital has a considerable beneficial impact on Bandung's economic growth. This research shows that officials in Bandung should prioritize fostering entrepreneurship and innovation to assist the city's economic growth.

Abstract

This study examines the entrepreneurial ecosystem in West Java, Indonesia, and explores the interaction between government policy, funding, and networks in shaping the ecosystem. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with entrepreneurs and key regional stakeholders. The findings suggest that government policy, such as tax incentives and support for small and medium enterprises, is critical in creating a supportive environment for entrepreneurship in the region. Funding and networking opportunities were identified as essential components of the ecosystem. The study highlights the need for more investment-ready businesses and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs in the region. The study also identifies several challenges entrepreneurs face in the region,including limited access to funding and networking opportunities, and regulatory barriers. The study concludes that continued support for entrepreneurship in the region is necessary and suggests areas for future research, including the impact of specific government policies, cultural factors, and technology on the entrepreneurial ecosystem in West Java. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the factors that shape the entrepreneurial ecosystem in West Java and has important implications for policymakers and stakeholders seeking to support entrepreneurship in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan orang tua, harga diri, pengenalan peluang, dan jejaring terhadap niat berwirausaha di kalangan manajemen mahasiswa di Kota Bandung, Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei kuantitatif dan mengumpulkan data dari 384 peserta manajemen mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan peluang dan jejaring berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan dukungan orang tua dan harga diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk mempromosikan kewirausahaan di kalangan manajemen mahasiswa di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengembangan pengenalan peluang dan keterampilan berjejaring.

Abstract

This study investigates the regulatory environment impacting entrepreneurial activities in Bandung City, focusing on environmental impact, contract law, intellectual property rights, and taxation. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of 100 entrepreneurs and interviews with key stakeholders. The results indicate that entrepreneurs in Bandung City face significant challenges in complying with environmental impact regulations, protecting their intellectual property rights, and navigating the complex tax system.These challenges can significantly impact the success of entrepreneurial activities and discourage entrepreneurship in the region. The study identifies several strategies for supporting entrepreneurial activities in Bandung City, including improving the clarity and consistency of regulations, enhancing awareness and understanding of intellectual property rights, and simplifying the tax system. Policymakers could also explore other strategies, such as providing training and support for entrepreneurs on regulatory compliance and intellectual property management. The study highlights the need for policymakers to balance the benefits of regulation with the potential burdens on entrepreneurial activities and adopt a more entrepreneurial mindset in designing policies that support innovation and economic growth.
