Abstract

In a training activity, a strategy is needed to form groups and assess the best participants. Also like the Student Organization Basic Training (LDOK) at Satya Negara Indonesia University or elsewhere, good group division will increase the competitiveness of each group. Personality theory and the K-Mean method can provide options for forming training groups with equal distribution of participants' characters. With a balanced competition, it is hoped that the scores achieved by the participants can be optimal in each group. Selection of the best participants using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used for this purpose by determining the level of importance of each activity being assessed. The results of this study indicate that these two methods can be used as an option by the implementing committee to optimize the results of the training activities .

Abstract

Opsi merupakan kotrak resmi yang memberikan hal kepada holder untuk membeli/menjual suatu aset dari/kepada writer dengan harga tertentu dan jangka waktu tertentu.Opsi Eropa adalah suatu kontrak keuangan yang memberikan hak bukan kewajiban kepada holder untuk membeli atau menjual aset pokok dari writer pada saat jatuh tempo. Opsi Barrier adalah opsi dimana payoff saat jatuh tempo bergantung pada apakah harga aset mencapai level harga yang telah ditentukan selama masa hidup opsi.Dilakukan simulasi untuk menentukan harga saham dengan menggunakan metode Black –Scholes dan metode monte carlo dan disimpulkan bahwa Harga opsi call eropa dengan menggunakan metode black scholes lebih besar dari harga opsi call eropa dengan menggunakan metode monte carlo sedangkan bahwa harga opsi Put eropa dengan menggunakan metode Black -Ccholes lebih kecil dari harga opsi call eropa dengan menggunakan metode Monte Carlo

Abstract

Along with the developments in the world of information technology and computer network technology is increasing rapidly with the increase in technology, the evil in the world or in the virtual world is rapidly increasing with the advent of the hackers, and other snippets, thus pursued a variety of ways to secure the data and perhaps valuable goods, and the crime rate is quite high, especially in the theft of money to encourage the establishment of a safe deposit box safety device that is capable of providing effective security. This device consists of several important parts namely part series Microcontroller AT89S51, Wavecom GSM module, Solenoid and hand phones as a medium to transmit data. This tool is designed as a safety system that is applied to the key safe that works automatically. This security system using microcontroller AT89S51 as the central data processing of all existing systems. The working principle of this system is always active when the tool is connected to the voltage source. The system utilizes hand phones media that serves to send an SMS containing the password to access the safe, then the SMS will be received by the GSM module and processed by a microcontroller.

Abstract

nnovation in motorcycle technology is increasingly visible from year to year. The increasing number of cases of motorcycle theft in Indonesia seems to be starting to cause significant unrest among motorcycle owners and drivers today. In response to this, Honda provides more security to its motorcycle products by adding a feature known as Secure Key Shutter (SKS). The risk of motorcycle theft is not only at night and in quiet places, during the day and in crowds, thieves can carry out theft of motorized vehicles easily. The theft ofmotor vehicles, especially motorcycles, is a daily problem that still needs to be solved. As for this study, we want to implement a security system in the form of a vehicle motorcycle alarm using fingerprints (Finger Print) and GPS (Global Positioning System) Arduino-based Tracking and this tool functions when a motorcycle vehicle wants to be turned on, the user puts his fingerprint on the finger print to turn it on. the electricity of the motorbike and if the motorbike is lost, it can be tracked using GPS (Global Positioning System) Tracking.

Abstract

Inovasi pada teknologi sepeda motor semakin terlihat perkembangannya dari tahun ke tahun. Semakin maraknya kasus pencurian motor di Indonesia nampaknya mulai menyebabkan keresahan yang cukup berarti di kalangan pemilik maupun pengemudi motor saat ini. Menanggapi hal tersebut, Honda memberikan keamanan lebih pada produk motor pabrikannya dengan menambahkan fitur yang dikenal dengan nama Secure Key Shutter (SKS). Rawannya tingkat pencurian sepeda motor, Tidak hanya di malam hari dan ditempat sepi saja, di siang hari dan di keramaian pun para pencuri dapat melakukan aksi pencurian kendaraan bermotor dengan mudahnya. Pencurian kendaraan bermotor khususnya sepeda motor menjadi persoalan sehari-hari yang masih perlu dicari solusinya. Adapun pada penelitian ini ingin menerapkan sistem keamanan berupa alarm motor kendaraan menggunakan sidik jari (Finger Print) dan GPS (Global Positioning System)Tracking berbasis Arduino dan alat ini berfungsi ketika kendara sepeda motor ingin dinyalakan, maka pengguna menempelkan sidik jarinya di fingers print untuk menyalakan kelistrikan sepeda motornya dan jika ketika sepeda motor hilang maka bisa dilacak menggunakan GPS (Global Positioning System) Tracking. Universitas Al-Khairiyah Fakultas Ilmu Komputer adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Kota Cilegon yangmampu bersaing dengan sekolah negeri yang ada di lingkungan Kota Cilegon dalam perlombaan tingkat Kota, namun pada Universitas Al-Khairiyah Fakultas Ilmu Komputer belum memaksimalkan teknologi informasi, terutama dalam hal Tracer Study atau pelacakan alumni yang masih manual, sehingga kemungkinan data yang disajikan dapat terjadi kekeliruan. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah merancang sistem informasi Pelacakan Alumni pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer berbasis Web. Metodologi yangdigunakan dalam perancangan yaitu : Wawancara, Observasi dan Studi Pustaka. Adapun tahapan dalam perancangan ini yaitu Menganalisa sistem yang sedang berjalan dan Membuat aplikasi. Tahapan tersebut digambarkan menggunakan Flowmap, Unified Modeling Language ( Use Case, Diagram,Class Diagram, Squence Diagram, Activity Diagram ), Relasi Antar Tabel, Struktur File. Adapun struktur dari sistem ini dibuatmenggunakan Php dan Mysql sebagai basis datanya. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelacakan alumni pada fakultas ilmu komputer adalah waterfall, menurut Imam Fahrurrozi dan Azhari (2016:42) model waterfall adalah model sekuensial yaitu model yang melakukan pendekatan secara sistematis dan berurutan. Abstract

Utilization of information systems is very useful in all fields, including in the Kebayoran Lama sub-district where there are still problems, especially in terms of collecting data and searching for citizen data which is quite ineffective and efficient. This is because the old Kebayoralan kelurahan office still does not have a system for collecting data on its citizens. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design an information system for collecting data on residents in the Kebayoran Lama village, and in this case the author uses the waterfall system design method and before implementing the system that has been built, testing is carried out first using the black box method and the results of the research. What has been made is that the Kebayoran Lama kelurahan is now more effective and efficient as well as a useful means of accessing information on citizen data collection and can more easily provide complete information on citizen data collection.

Abstract

Today the world of property business continues to grow and develop, even in the current pandemic. Especially the property business In the field of housing and apartments still survives. Likewise for entrepreneurs who develop Pakubuwono Terrace apartments where they see market opportunities for apartments in Indonesia, especially in the Jakarta region, increasingly in demand. All towers in this apartment can be owned by the owners or rented. Many prospective tenants are interested in renting a site in this apartment and asking for a website that can be seen to find out the initial information about the apartment in question, but the apartment manager has been providing information to prospective tenants through telephone service and requires prospective tenants to come directly to see the apartment site they want, and sometimes there is a discrepancy in information submitted by the officer on the ground. Based on existing constraints, it is necessary for researchers to develop methods of conveying information that have been running conventionally into digitalization through website creation by using the waterfall method as a method of development. As a result, this web-based apartment rental information system is able to provide information on units rented in Pakubuwono Terrace apartments, and the management can manage apartment unit rentals better.

Abstract

When the rainy season, the majority of people feel anxious when they are drying their clothes. The anxiety will increase when drying clothes, especially when the person is going to travel and when no one at home. From this incident, people are reluctant to dry clothes in the open, because they are worried that the clothesline will get wet with rain water when the owner leaves them when they are outside the house. The goal of this research is to design an automatic clothesline that can inserting and removing clothespinswithout being done by humans. By designing all tools ranging from a raindrop sensor to detect rainwater and a raindrop sensor that is specifically for detecting wet or dry clothes placed on hungers and motorbikes. servo as an activator for inserting and removing clothespins.The result of this research is an automatic clothesline that is useful for dealing with putting clothes in when it rains, or putting clothes that are dry so that people feel safer with clothes that are dried in the sun and feel safer with the rain.

Abstract

Scholarships annually awarded to students who Excel. In determining the recipients of the scholarship, the homeroom teacher should collect data on student achievers that get ranked top three in each class to get the big three in every department. The methods that will be used to determine the scholarship recipient using the method of Comparative Performance Index (CPI). This method is able to transform different scales so that retrieved the value of alternatives which will help in the decision making. Abstract

In today's world of information technology, the server's very important role as a data service provider for client computers, the server room temperature needs to be monitored periodically so that if at any time a temperature deviation outside the tolerance limit can be immediately identified and acted upon so that there is no damage to the server. In this study a design of temperature and humidity monitoring system was made in the server room using a DHT 11 sensor where the sensor is connected to the Arduino Mega 2560 and NodeMCU ESP8266, the output is web, buzzer, SMS and fan. If the detected temperature is above 33 ° C the buzzer will light up which serves to signal to the operator if the temperature is above the normal limit, there will also be an SMS notification as a warning, then the fan will turn on automatically to stabilize the server room temperature, then through NodeMCU ESP8266 inputted to database, but if the temperature is below 33° C. then the data will be directly inputted to the database and then displayed on the web, where on the web there is a table that displays data every few seconds that can move in real time. With this system the room temperature will be better monitored so as to minimize the risk of damage to the device.
