<![CDATA[Purchasing decisions are people's ideas to evaluate various options and make a decision to choose a product. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of the Promotion Mix (X1) on purchasing decisions. Restaurant attendance due to the Covid-19 pandemic within 1 year This value reaches trillions of dollars. The company is obliged to practice appropriate strategies to deal with this situation. Every company believes that all promotional views are mixed in a very efficient way to attract customers and enhance a good corporate image. The purpose of this study is that the author wants to master and understand how promotion is carried out by reviewing the promotional mix. The method used is a questionnaire survey method, which is the collection of information questionnaires, field observations, and social observations through various media. The research proves that the promotional mix carried out by Pizza Hut in Surabaya in dealing with the circumstances that occur has implemented 3 aspects of the Promotional Mix, namely direct sales, public relations, and sales promotion. It can be concluded that the promotion mix can significantly influence purchasing decisions, it can be seen from the R-Square data of 51.70%.]]>

<![CDATA[The tourism sector, especially ecotourism, has a responsibility to the surrounding environment. This study aims to determine the implementation of green accounting to realize ecotourism based on sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park. Research data were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The method used is a qualitative method with an interpretive approach, as well as testing the validity of the data based on triangulation of data sources carried out at Bantimurung Bulusaraung Nature Tourism. The results of the study found that currently Bantimurung Bulusaraung Nature Tourism is being developed into ecotourism. The carrying capacity of the environment is very important in ecotourism. Efforts are being made to preserve the physical and biological components, including applying the concept of environmental carrying capacity in ecotourism areas. The existence of Bantimurung Bulusaraung Nature Tourism increases the income of the community around the destination. Bantimurung Bulusaraung Nature Tourism has not implemented green accounting, so it has not disclosed environmental costs in detail in the notes to the financial statements. The application of green accounting in the ecotourism sector needs to be implemented because the operational activities of tourism objects are responsible for nature and the surrounding environment. Development of natural tourism in Bantimurung Bulusaraung based on SDGs. Whenever you create a building, the main thing you pay attention to is the environment. Management always measures the level of damage in Bantimurung Bulusaraung Nature Tourism every time they carry out construction.]]>

<![CDATA[Each company must have an effort to develop and increase sales to achieve the target. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional branding and brand trust on customer loyalty to Lion Air Airlines. Customers who have used this airline more than once will be involved in this research. Samples were taken from 65 respondents using the non-probability sampling method as a method for taking samples and purposive sampling techniques for taking samples. This study also uses the PLS (PartialLeastlSquare) technique as a research data analysis technique. In this study, primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The results obtained from this study emotional branding and brand trust have a positive effect on customer loyalty to Lion Air airline.]]>

<![CDATA[Business movements in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia are increasingly dynamic, especially coffee drinks which are in demand by the public. Currently, coffee shops in Indonesia have changed their function, apart from meeting coffee needs, they can also function as a place to socialize, expand networks, and even work. This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention of workers at OKUI Kopi; (2) know the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention of OKUI Kopi workers; This analysis uses independent variables, namely compensation and work-life balance. The dependent variable is turnover intention. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of filling out questionnaires via google form and interviews via teleconference. Secondary data in the form of data collection through journals, books, and previous writing. Data analysis tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire data with correlation coefficients using SPSS 20.0 software. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS), hypothesis testing assumptions on PLS related to structural equation modeling. The results of this study show that high compensation can lead to low turnover intention, the lower the salary, the higher the turnover intention that occurs at OKUI Kopi. A high work-life balance can increase the occurrence of turnover intention, so the lower the time to do hobbies, the higher the turnover intention that occurs at OKUI Kopi.]]>

<![CDATA[The bankruptcy of a cooperative is a business condition that is not desired by all cooperative stakeholders. The bankruptcy of a cooperative is sometimes not only miserable for its members as owners and customers, but not a few bankruptcies of cooperatives leave a prolonged problem. This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy for cooperatives in Pangkep Regency using the Altman Z-Score formula. The research data is sourced from the financial statements of Cooperatives taken by purposive sampling, namely cooperatives that have held the Annual Member Meetings and submitted financial reports for the 2020 Fiscal Year. The results of this study indicate that of the 20 selected samples of cooperatives, 19 cooperativesare classified as healthy with a Zi value range. 3.88-9.59, and there is 1 cooperative classified as prone to bankruptcy with a Zi value of 1.25. It can be concluded that generally Cooperatives in Pangkep Regency are still healthy in 2020. For cooperatives that are categorized as prone to bankruptcy, it is important to immediately increase their working capital so that they do not experience bankruptcy]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the effect of on the job training method on employee performance. On the Job Training method is one of the training methods used by PDAM Magelang such as job rotation and special tasks. This research uses quantitative methods. In this research the population is the employees of PDAM Magelang City of Engineering and Customer Relations section and the number of samples taken was 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test which aims to determine the effect of on the job training method variables on employee performance. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant effect of the on the job training method on employee performance. The t-count value of 5.126 is greater than the t-table of 1.987 at the 95% confidence level (α=5%) and DF = 90, with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be interpreted that the on the job training method has a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Magelang City. And from the findings in the field, it shows that the on the job training method helps to get the job done and provides additional knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of Covid 19 in the Industrial Era 4.0 where countries in the world are competing to innovate in various fields, both health, education, and the economy to be able to follow the era towards the era of Society 5.0. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in liquidity risk and profitability level in the application of asset management between state banks and national private banks. The analytical method used is descriptive comparative analysis by providing an overview of the liquidity ratios and profitability levels in the application of asset management at State Banks and National Private Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the formula Cash Ratio and Return on Assets. The results of the study indicate that (1) there is no difference in liquidity risk in the application of asset liability management between state banks and national private banks. The liquidity of the two banks is equally well above the standard set by Bank Indonesia, but there is no insignificant difference in terms of the amount of liquidity. (2) there is no difference in the level of profitability in the application of asset liability management between state banks and national private banks. The profitability of the two banks is above the standard set by Bank Indonesia, but in terms of profitability, there is a slight difference which is not significant.]]>

<![CDATA[Culture is something that must exist in a human group or organization. The purpose of this study was to determine partially and simultaneously organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. As the population in this study, researchers took employees of the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Sidenreng Rappang Regency who had the status of state civil servants. Thus the number of samples in this study was 43 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partial Organizational Culture Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Regional Revenue Agency employees with a count of 2.021 < from table 2.339 and a significance level greater than 0.05 (sig = 0.024 < 0.05). While the Work Environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Regional Revenue Agency employees with t count 2.021 < from t table 3.976 and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (sig = 0.000 <0.05). (2) Simultaneously, the variables of Organizational Culture and work environment from the research results have a positive and significant effect with the calculated F value of 54.297, which is greater than F table 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000 which means below the significance of 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism in Banyuwangi is very diverse and attracts the attention of local and foreign tourists, especially tourist attractions that have extraordinary beauty. Tourist attractions that are currently in demand by local and foreign tourists are Ijen crater, Plengkung beach, and the beach. Sukomad. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of service quality, and price on interest by referring to customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on tour & travel in Banyuwangi Regency. The number of samples in this study was 170 using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Warp PLS7.0. The results of data analysis show that (1) service quality has a significant effect on interest in referring, (2) price has a significant effect on interest in referring, (3) service quality and price have a significant effect on interest in referring through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable]]>

<![CDATA[Organizing training for teachers can be a form of management efforts in schools to be able to improve and develop knowledge and skills for teachers to become teaching staff who have superior competencies so that they can provide the best education for students. This study aims to analyze the effect of the variable Education Training (X1) and Technology Utilization (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) in public junior high school teachers in Sidrap Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture, especially in SMPN 1, 2, 3, and 5 Pangsid by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, where the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression by performing the coefficient of determination test technique, correlation coefficient test, t-test, and test. F by using SPSS application software. The results of this study partially show that Educational Training (X1) and Utilization of Technology (X2) each have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the research simultaneously show that X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Y, while the correlation coefficient test (R) shows a value of 0.786 which means that it is moderately correlated, and the coefficient of determination test (R Square) shows 61.8%]]>
