Abstract

Integrated Healthcare Center is a community-based health vehicle that provides services for 5 main activities, namely Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning, Nutrition, Immunization and P2 Deare which are carried out from, by, for and with the community. The role of cadres is very important because cadres are responsible for implementing the Integrated Healthcare Center program. (Ministry of Health, RI 2018). This research method is a descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional study design, namely a research design designed to perform data analysis that frequently occurs or is ongoing in the study population, with a causal relationship model. The results of this study based on the level of knowledge of the respondents showed that out of 20 respondents, 15 people (75%) had good knowledge and 5 people (25%) had less knowledge. The discussion shows that based on the analysis it shows that the respondents who have good knowledge and good Integrated Healthcare Center cadres are active as many as 7 people (35%). While respondents who had good knowledge and less incidence of dermatitis were 4 people (20%). And the respondents who had less knowledge and active Integrated Healthcare Center cadres were as many as 4 people (20%). The results of statistical tests using the chi-Square test were p = 0.004 with a significance level of α = 0.05 which means p <0.05 then ha is accepted and ho is rejected, thus there is a relationship between knowledge and the activity of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres.

This study was conducted based on analytical research methods using a cross-sectional approach. the results of the Chi-square test analysis obtained a value of ρ value = 0.001 (ρ < 0.05), where Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is a significant relationship between Anemia and the Wound healing Process in Postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients in the Hospital Postpartum Room.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is the provision of breast milk to infants only for 6 months, namely from 0-6 months, without the addition of other liquids such as formula, orange, honey, tea, and water, and without additional solid foods such as bananas, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team rice. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of third trimester pregnant women with exclusive breastfeeding at the Puskesmas. This research is a type of surveianalytic research, with a cross sectional stady approach. The population in this study was 130 people with a sample size of 33 people who were taken using the Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Through research, the results of univariate analysis were obtained, namely good knowledge (63.63%), unfavorable attitudes (57.57%), and those who provide exclusive breastfeeding (54.54%) and bivariate analysis, namely knowledge with the Chi-Square statistical test obtained x2count 0.1 and x2table 3.841 so that x2count < x2table then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, the mother's attitude obtained x2count 0.05 and x2table 3.841 so x2count < x2table then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and attitude of third trimester pregnant women. For health centers, to routinely conduct counseling about exclusive breastfeeding, and explain the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding both for mothers and for babies.
