Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) menghitung besarnya biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usaha pengolahan kulit sapi menjadi kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, 2) menghitung besarnya nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari usaha pengolahan kulit sapi menjadi kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, 3) menganalisis kelayakan financial usaha pengolahan pengolahan kulit sapi menjadi kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk usaha pengolahan kerupuk rambak maka akan menghasilkan penerimaan sebesar Rp 1,09 atau dari setiap Rp 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk usaha pengolahan kerupuk rambak maka akan diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 0,09. Karena nilai R/C > 1, ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha pengolahan kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten OKI menguntungkan secara finansial. Nilai tambah usaha pengolahan kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten OKI adalah sebesar Rp 864.243/Proses produksi atau diperoleh nilai tambah per Kg penjualan kerupuk rambak adalah sebesar Rp 21.606. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa setiap penjualan 1 Kg kerupuk rambak akan memberikan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 21.606. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa agroindustri pengolahan kerupuk rambak di Desa Tugu Agung Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten OKI dapat memberikan nilai tambah secara financial bagi pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 36.393.435, nilai IRR adalah sebesar 41,8 % dan nilai Net B/C sebesar 1,77.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya potensi pendapatan dari pengolaha kulit kakao menjadi Krupuk di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur, 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat dan konsumen pada pengolahan kulit kakao menjadi Krupuk di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur, 3) mengetahui keputusan konsumen dalam membeli kerupuk kulit kakao di Desa Sido Makmur Kecamatan Belitang Kabupaten OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi pendapatan yang diperoleh dari pengelolahan kerupuk kulit kakao di Desa Sido Makmur sebesar Rp 5.679.860 /bulan atau Rp 946.643 /PP. Respon masyarakat terhdap pemhelolahan limbah kakao menjadi kerupuk adalah setuju dengan indeks 77,5% dan respon konsumen terhadap produk kerupuk kulit kakao dapat diklasifikasikan baik. Baik secara bersama – sama maupun secara individu bahwa variabel rasa (X1), kemasan (X2), dan harga (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kerupuk kulit kakao.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui kelayakan finansial budidaya bawang merah di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur, 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap rencana pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya bawang merah dalam satu kali musim tanam mengeluarkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 410.323.853 diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 475.200.000 sehingga diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 64.876.147 dengan nilai BEP (harga) sebesar Rp 18.996/kg dan BEP (produksi) sebesar 2.251 kg. Selanjutnya usaha budidaya bawang merah di Keecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU layak (feasible) secara finansial untuk dikembangkan, hal ini dapat diketahui dari perhitungan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 170.315.520., nilai IRR sebesar 12,49 % dan nilai Net B/C sebesar 1,68. Respon masyarakat terhadap rencana pengembangan budidaya bawang merah adalah siap/setuju dengan nilai index 79,3%. Masyarakat desa Dadi Rejo yang Merupakan desa di sekitar tempat budidaya bawang merah memberikan respon Setuju karena melihat kedaan wilayah yang cocok untuk di tanami bawang merah seperti Tanahnya subur, Pengairan dari irigasi yang baik, Cuaca dan iklim yang cocok untuk budidaya bawang merah, Memiliki penyinaran sinar matahari lebih dari 75% sehingga Masyarakat Desa Dadi Rejo Setuju Dengan Adanya pengembangan budidaya bawang merah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) To know whether from the profit of chili pepper management business can fulfill the needs of his family in Jayapura Village, Jayapura Subdistrict, OKU Timur Regency, (2) To know whether the profit contributed to households in Jayapura Village Kecamatan Jayapura, Kabupaten OKU Timur, (3) To know the feasibility level of chili plant management business in Jayapura Village, Jayapura District, East OKU Regency. This research has been conducted in Jayapura Village, Jayapura District, East OKU Regency, there is a business actor of chilli plant, with survey method. This research was conducted from December 2012 until February 2013. This research found that Chili business gives Benefit for chilli business actor in Jayapura Village Jayapura District with the amount of cost sacrificed in one production process is smaller than acceptance of chili cultivation in Jayapura Village, Jayapura District That is, the amount of cost that is sacrificed on average is Rp 16.022.305, - / Lg. With an average revenue of Rp. 32.283.240, - / Lg. And the average amount of revenue earned amounted to Rp 16,260,935, - / Lg. The income from chili farming in Jayapura Village, Jayapura Sub-district, contributed to the income of the family, on average, the main income is from the cultivation business of chili Rp 16.260.935, - / Lg. And other income from rice farming of business actors of Chili as much as Rp. 2,233,187, - with a contribution value of 73.53%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) To know the cost and income in the business of handicraft mat in the village of Betung, West Semendawai District, OKU Timur Regency, (2) To know whether the business of handicraft mats deserves to be developed, (3) To Knowing the amount of income contribution of handicraft business mats down to family income in Betung Village, West Semendawai District, OKU Timur Regency. This research was conducted in Betung Village, West Semendawai District, OKU Timur Regency, the research method used was purposive method with the consideration that in Betung Village there are business actor of handicraft mats of purun, the research was conducted in February 2013. This research found that the cost On the business of handicraft mats purun Rp. 600.057.- / month while the income of the business is Rp. 259.943 .- / month. Based on the above analysis shows that the business of woven mat mendong worthy to be developed because the R / C 1.43 > 1. 1. and ROI 43%. The amount of income contribution from the handicraft business mat mats purun by 15.27% which categorized small income contribution to family income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) To find out what underlies irrigated paddy farmers to grow vegetables during planting season II (technically and financially) in Sumedang Sari Village, East Buay Madang District, OKU Timur Regency, (2) Rice and vegetable farming in Sumedang Sari Village, Buay Madang Timur District. Determination of location is done purposively (Purposive) with the reason in Sumedang Sari Village is one of the villages that have rice farming and some of them are farming in irrigated rice field. This study was conducted from May to June 2013. The study found that farmers' perceptions of their farming (rice and vegetables) and the positive impact of the farming on paddy fields. From the perception of farmers perception of rice obtained an average score of 14.20 and 56.80% percentage that entered on neutral criteria. As for the perception of vegetable farmers obtained an average score of 17.50 and 70.00% percentage that entered on the criteria agreed, which means that vegetable farming has a positive impact on the fertility of paddy fields. And from result of analysis of rice farming obtained R / C ratio equal to 1,50, while result of analysis of vegetable farming obtained R / C ratio equal to 3,05. From the analysis of perception and R / C value, the ratio of vegetable farming is superior to rice farming. Revenue of paddy farming is Rp. 5,032,800 LG / MT or Rp. 1.258.200 LG / Bln or Rp. 6,150,926 Ha / Month and the cost of Rp. 3.375.199,17 LG / MT or Rp. 843.799,79 LG / Bln or Rp. 4.107.326,43 Ha / Bln, then the income of rice farming is Rp. 1.657.600,83 LG / MT or Rp. 414.400,21 LG / Bln or Rp. 2,043,599,50 Ha / Bln. As for the acceptance of vegetable farming Rp. 17.569.500 LG / MT or Rp. 3.817.984,09 LG / Bln or Rp. 18,392,939.77 Ha / Month and the cost of Rp. 5.856.209,67 LG / MT or Rp. 1.261.602,66 LG / Bln or Rp. 6,087,723.43 Ha / month, then the income of vegetable farming income is Rp. 11.713.290,33 LG / MT or Rp. 2.556.381,43 LG / Bln or Rp. 12.305.216,38 Ha / Bln. From the average income income, vegetable farming income is higher than the income of rice farming. While the resulting income difference of Rp. 10,055,689,5 LG / MT or Rp. 2.141.981,22 LG / Bln or Rp. 10,261,616.88 Ha / Bln.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to : (1) Analyze the factors that influence farmers to transfer rice paddy fields to fishing commodities, (2) Counts how differences in income received by households of farmers of paddy rice over to fishery commodities. This research was conducted in the village of Sari Liman Eastern District of Buay Madang East Ulu Ogan Ogan. The location determination is done intentionally (purposive), from 28 villages in the District Buay Madang East only village Liman Sari selected researchers to conduct research on over commodity rice paddy fields to fishing with the consideration that the village catfish production of the highest and the land area widest among other villages. Collecting data on the location of the research conducted in March and June 2013. The study found that the factors that influence household decisions to transfer commodity farmers in rice paddy fields to fishing at test level to 20%, ie farmers' income (4.3%), the number of production (12.9%) and the risk of farming (12.6%), while the area of land owned no real effect, and the results of statistical analysis using Wilcoxon sign test analysis, the obtained value Zhitung = -5.373 <Ztabel with p value (Asymp sign 2 tailed) = 0.000 which is less than the critical value of 0.05 research. This indicates that the income of farmers who perform over paddy rice commodity to larger catfish farming is Rp 94,833,642, - per year per hectare than rice paddy farming income that does not do over the function of the land is Rp 25,154,791, - per year per hectares.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: (1) Determine the cost, revenue, and revenue and profits farmers Robusta coffee with a system of selective and racutan in the district of South OKU, (2) Knowing How large is the ratio of income between the system of picking racutan with the system picking selective in the district of South OKU, (3) Determine the financial feasibility of picking coffee farming system and picking racutan selective system in the district of South OKU. This research was conducted in the District of South OKU. This study was conducted in May and June 2013, with a survey and disproporsionated purposive sampling method, and also took 99 samples. This study found that coffee farming Acceptance by picking racutan system Rp 19,548,148, - / LG and Rp 16,250,776, - / ha, costs Rp 9,159,264, - / LG and Rp 7,578,429, - / ha, the coffee farming with picking system racutan earn Rp 10,388,884, - / LG and 8,672,347, - / ha, whereas usatahani picking coffee with selective system gained acceptance Rp 20,029,412, - / LG and Rp 17,241,947, - / Ha, costs Rp 10.49065 million, - / LG and Rp 8,806,712, - / ha, then the coffee farm picking system selectively obtain revenue of Rp 9,538,762, - / LG and Rp 8,435,234, - / Ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) to know the technique of making opak crackers in Jaya Village Bakti Madang Suku I District of East OKU Regency, (2) Knowing the income and breakeven from opak cracker home industry in Jaya Bakti Village Madang Suku I District OKU East, (3) Knowing the added value of opak cracker home industry in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District, OKU Timur Regency, (4) Find out if home industry of opak crackers in Jaya Bakti Village, Madang Suku I District OKU Timur is beneficial and feasible to be developed . This research was conducted in April to June 2014 at opak cracker home industry conducted by Ibu Suratmi in Jaya Bakti Village Madang Suku I District of East OKU Regency. Determining the location of the research is done purposively with the consideration that there are still not many who do opak cracker home industry, whereas raw materials are widely available. This research found that the technique of making opak crackers is easy enough that by cassava grated, seasoned (garlic, coriander and salt), then printed and steamed for ± 2 minutes for once steaming opak crackers, then dried for ± 2 days, after Crude cracker crackers are packed and then marketed. So, the process of making opak crackers takes ± 5 days. Receipt from home opal cracker manufacture industry is Rp 735.000, - / PP, with production cost Rp 501.362, - / PP, with fixed cost of Rp. 69.444, - / PP and variable cost of 428.000, - / PP then the revenue is obtained Rp 233.638 .- / PP or Rp 1.401.828 .- / Month. Value added on opak cracker manufacture amounted to Rp. 333,638, - / PP obtained from the proceeds minus intermediate expenses. The intermediate cost is obtained from the total production cost of Rp. 501,362, - / PP minus family labor cost of Rp. 100.000, - / PP so the total cost between Rp. 401.362, - / PP and profit rate based on the receipt of the value of more than 1 is R / C Ratio of 1.47 which means that opa cracker home industry is profitable. While based on the rate of profit from income is more than the prevailing bank interest rate is B / C Ratio of 0.47 which means home industry of non-feasible opak crackers. BEP production value of Rp. 53,27, - / kg / PP, BEP value of acceptance of Rp. 559.361, - / PP, and the value of BEP price of Rp. Rp. 4.386, - / kg / PP, so that this business can be considered functionally feasible. In addition, the total assets invested for home industry for a year or ROI value generate a profit of 0.38%, which means for home industry opak cracker manufacture for one year to produce profit / profit of 0.38%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to : (1) Determine the revenue in the business of making a liquid organic fertilizer in the village of East OKU District Sriwangi, (2) Determine the feasibility of liquid organic fertilizer financially from cow urine in the village of East OKU District Sriwangi. This research was conducted in September 2014 through to the finish, with a purposive sampling method, and also take samples of cow urine-making business in the village of East OKU District Sriwangi The study found that the average fiscal revenue POC production of 358 bottles of USD 3.58 million / production process POC-making business Sriwangi In the village, the average income of the business of making POC is Rp 1,460,399 / production processes and the average value of production BEP is 32 bottles.
