Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak pesona panorama dan sumber daya alam yang memberikan peluang bagi pemerintah untuk membentuk sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor unggulan yang berpengaruh untuk peningkatan pendapatan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan media sosial Instagram terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan domestik pada objek wisata pantai Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba baik secara parsial maupun simulant. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa unit yang harus dijual oleh UD.Aqilah agar terjadi titik impas dalam hal ini tidak menderita rugi dan tidak memperoleh keuntungan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Break Even Point sehingga yang menjadi persoalan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada penjualan berapa unit yang harus dicapai oleh UD.Aqilah agar berada pada titik BEP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menguraikan data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian. Satuan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah UD.Aqilah sehingga yang menjadi satuan pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga jual dan biaya dari produksi kopi UD.Aqilah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka diketahui bahwa jumlah biaya tetap dari produksi kopi bubuk dengan merek Japal Coffe Roastery UD.Aqilah pada periode bulan Mei-Juni adalah sebesar Rp 8.893.750,- dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 8.206.000. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan di UD.Aqilah periode mei-juni tahun 2022 diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 187.000.000,-

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables of knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, the researcher employed a saturated sample, obtaining a total of 54 respondents. The research method used is an associative approach with a multiple regression model, aided by SPSS 25.The results of this study indicate that knowledge management has a significant positive influence on employee performance, and organizational culture also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. MegahPutra Sejahtera di kota Makassar pada tahun 2014 – 2018 berdasarkan pada analisis rasio profitabilitas. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data Laporan   Keuangan PT. Megahputra Sejahtera di Kota Makassar yaitu laporan Neraca, laporan Laba rugi, dan laporan Arus kas perusahaan, selama 5 tahun  sejak 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan analisis rasio profitabilitasnya selama tahun 2014 – 2018 belum sepenuhnya efisien. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Work Environment on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. This research is of a quantitative descriptive nature, with a population and sample of 31 teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The research data will be analyzed using statistical tools with SPSS 24 software. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Generally, Organizational Culture has a strong influence on improving teacher performance, which is crucial for achieving the organization's goals. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Competence is a crucial factor that supports teachers in developing their skills and knowledge to the fullest extent to contribute to the organization's goals consciously. 3. Work Environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. The main factors in the work environment include the atmosphere and supporting facilities, which play a vital role in carrying out teachers' tasks.

Abstract

This research aims to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of Leadership, Compensation, and Training on the performance of Junior High School (SMP) teachers in Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research is of a quantitative descriptive nature. The population and sample consist of 36 teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews. The research data will be analyzed using statistical tools with SPSS 24 software. The results of the study show that:1. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Generally, leadership styles have a strong influence on improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is crucial for achieving an organization's goals.2. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Compensation is a factor that strongly supports all teacher activities with full awareness in developing their skills and thoughts to the maximum to support the organization's goals.3. Training has a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah Wonomulyo teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The purpose of providing training is to meet the economic needs of teachers and to increase work productivity in advancing the organization or institution because teachers are motivated to work better to obtain the training that has been determined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami peran penting kepemimpinan kapten kapal dalam industri maritim di rute Malaysia-Singapura dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja serta motivasi awak kapal. Dalam konteks yang penuh tantangan ini, penggunaan teknologi digital semakin diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mempertahankan keselamatan kapal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital leadership dalam bentuk komunikasi yang efektif, pelatihan keterampilan digital, dan pengakuan berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan motivasi awak kapal. Namun, tantangan seperti konflik interpersonal, kesejahteraan fisik dan mental awak kapal, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi maritim tetap relevan. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan kapten kapal yang efektif yang berfokus pada penggabungan teknologi digital dengan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika tim dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan keselamatan di industri maritim di rute Malaysia-Singapura.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where hemoglobin levels decrease which causes the capacity and carrying capacity of oxygen for the body to be reduced. Iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy is a condition in which pregnant women experience iron deficiency arising from mother-fetal iron transfer, which is often exacerbated by a decrease in maternal iron reserves, with hemoglobin levels below 11 grams in the first and third trimesters or 10.5 grams in the second trimester. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that are associated with the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women who visit ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar. The method in this study is observational analytic with case control design and data analysis including univariate and bivariate data using the chi square test. This study was conducted on 72 samples of pregnant women who visited ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar. The results of this study showed that the parity variable was obtained in pregnant women with a risk parity of 37 (51.4%) and in non-risky parity of 35 (48.6%) with a p-value of 0.018. Adherence to taking iron tablets (Fe) in non-compliant pregnant women as much as 44 (61.1%) and pregnant women who obeyed as much as 28 (38.9) with a p-value of 0.007. The level of education for pregnant women with basic education is elementary and junior high school education as much as 16 (22.2%) and pregnant women with the upper education level is high school and college 56 (77.8%) with a p-value of 0.155. Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) status in pregnant women with KEK status is at risk as much as 15 (20.8%) and pregnant women with KEK status is not at risk as much as 57 (79.2%) with a p-value of 0.018. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between parity, adherence to taking Iron tablets and KEK status with the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women who visit ANC at PKM Kassi-Kassi Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjutujuan untuk meningkatkan Akuntabilitas dan Edupreneurship Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Lembang Parinding. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis model interaktifnya dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara kepada informan yang dianggap berpotensi untuk memberikan informasi tentang peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan Akuntabilitas dan Edupreneurship Lembang Parinding, juga melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) susah cukup baik dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan edupreneurship dalam membantu mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat di lembang parinding. Usaha mandiri yang dijalankan BUMDes sudah berjalan dengan baik.
