JSE: Journal of Science and Education is to provide a forum for the sharing, dissemination and discussion of research, experience and perspectives across a wide range of education, teaching, development, instruction, evaluation and assessment, educational media, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in science education implemented in primary, secondary, and tertiary education. Criteria for publication in this journal are novelty, quality and general interest in experimental and theoretical science education.Articles are welcome that deal with theoretical analysis, meta-analysis reviews, and results of research or empirical studies from all aspects in science education implemented in primary education, secondary education, and tertiary education. Experimental papers are supposed to be brought into relation with theory, and theoretical papers should be connected to present or future experiments. Manuscripts that implement routine use or minor extensions or modifications of established and/or published experimental and theoretical methodologies are appropriate if they report novel results for an important problem of high interest and/or if they provide significant new insights.

Abstract

This research departs from the strategy that teachers use in carrying out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely distance learning (PJJ) so that it can run effectively, efficiently, and optimally and can run well. So, this study to show that Digital Media side by side with PAI Learning: Adaptation strategies in the digitalization period. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were one teacher of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) class IX, the principal informant and 20 students of class IX. Data collection techniques: observation, documentation and interviews. Data validation technique: triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques: data reduction (data selection), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study show that: (1) Islamic Religious Education with its strategy in dealing with digitalization (2) Digital media has a good role in the continuity of learning

Abstract

This study formulates the problem, The Role of Parents in Learning Motivation and Student Achievement: a good achievement, So how does the influence of student achievement from the role of parents? and does parental motivation affect student achievement? The results of the study show that the participation of parents means that the progress and improvement of children's learning achievement and learning motivation at school can continue to increase, along with increasing age and children's reasoning power. The role of parents who teach and guide becomes an additional teaching outside of school for students in achieving their learning achievements. This study to collect data with literature sources.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the values of monotheism that are internalized in the younger generation in Islamic religious education subjects and their implementation in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach which intends to understand what phenomena are experienced by research subjects. The results of the study show that the concept of internalizing the values of monotheism is a process of instilling something, beliefs, attitudes and values that become social behavior. However, the planting process grows from within a person to the appreciation of a value. While the value itself is the essence of a thing that causes it to be pursued by humans. Implementation of the Concept of Monotheism Values In Senior high school students, activities in schools such as routine activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary and conditioning are a way of instilling divine values education to students in the school environment. , Verse 1 contains the character value of getting used to saying the name of Allah in every activity, Verse 2 contains the character value of gratitude. Verse 3 contains the character value of politeness, Verse 4 contains the character value of working hard, Verse 5 contains the character value of humility, Verse 6 contains the character value of being aware of rights and a sense of mutual help and Verse 7 contains the character value of always trying to do good .

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the social educational institutions that play an active role in creating character empowerment and in shaping the morals of young generations, contributing to social and religious aspects. The aim of efforts to increase the discipline of students through habituation activities at Islamic boarding schools is a process or way to create a habit or disciplinary behavior. And the attitude of discipline will be reflected in the existence of obedience to respect and implement a system that requires people to submit to the decisions, orders and regulations that apply. Therefore this research was conducted to explore Disciplining the millennial generation through Islamic boarding school activities in the formation of character. Where this research is a literature source, with this type of qualitative research.

Abstract

The study's objective is to present a review of reading fluency under the heading Reading Fluency.The Google Scholar database and published software were used to find the articles. 1,753 articles from 2013 to 2022 were examined. Using VOSviewer software, we have evaluated this database and made an effort to categorize the articles. There are four clusters. Ten items made up Cluster 1 (disability, basically students, fluency intervention, impact, intervention, reader, reading fluency, reaped reading, student, and teacher), seven items made up Cluster 2 (child, effect, fluency, language, present study, reading, and word), five items made up Cluster 3 (comprehension, oral reading fluency, relationship, research, and vocabulary), and four items made up Cluster 4 (accuracy, development, relation, and study). I am sure that through this way of reviewing reading fluency, students will be more active and reflective, gaining some knowledge and engaging their perceptions.

Abstract

Manusia mempunyai batasan pemikiran yang setiap waktu mengalami perubahan dalam memberikan penjelasan makna dan arti tentang pendidikan. Dalam perubahan tersebut, dengan berdasarkan kepada penemuan dan perubahan yang terjadi dilapangan maka hal tersebut saling mempunyai kaitan dengan yang ada dalam elemen sistem pendidikan. Perkembangan pemikiran para ahli dalam bidang pendidikan, manajemen pendidikan, dan peneliti pendidikan dapat menghasilkan teori yang baru. Hal tersebut akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap sistem pendidikan. Perspektif dalam pendidikan akan mengubah cara pandang semua orang tentang makna pendidikan. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian library research atau penelitian yang mengumpulkan kepustakaan yang diambil dari berbagai sumber data beberapa dokumen-dokumen yang ada dan tertulis. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengumpulkan beberapa data yang sudah dikaji didalam dokumen-dokumen tersebut. Sehingga penulis bisa melaksanakan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sumber data yang valid. Analisis yang dilaksanakan yaitu mengacu pada data yang relevan untuk membuat sebuah penelitian ini. Penulis berusaha mendeskripsikan masalah-masaalah yang terjadi, kemudian diolah menjadi data baru yang bisa disimpulkan. Penulis berharap penelitian ini bisa menjadi suatu penelitian dari berbagai sumber yang bisa dideskripsikan menjadi data yang relevan. pendidikan yang seharusnya sudah ada dalam proses pada permanusiawian manusia dapat bisa menjadi alasan yang benar-benar untuk orang tersebut melangkah kedepan mencapai sesuatu. Benar salahnya hal tersebut, pendapat tersebut bisa dikatakan bahwa memang selama ini pendidikan menjadikan manusia sebagai subyek dan objek. Dalam sebuah ringkasan yang lain tentang pendidikan, bahwa pendidikan adalah sebuah proses aktivitas dari manusia untuk manusia. Dalam arti ini manusia dapat memahami ruang dan waktu sehingga memiliki suatu arti yang sebanding, dengan segala keadaannya, manusia memiliki ketertarikan bahwa mereka mempunyai rasa keinginan yang tinggi terhadap suatu ilmu dan bisa mengutarakannya, serta lebih condong kepada keinginan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan umum memiliki perilaku moral yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan agama, dan terdapat perbedaan perilaku moral yang signifikan tetapi tidak ada perbedaan religiusitas antar siswa. siswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan umum dan siswa dengan latar belakang pendidikan agama.Pendidikan mencakup semua kegiatan dan perilaku yang membantu pengembangan bakat murid di semua bidang otak, sosial, dan moral. Untuk alasan ini, pendidikan memiliki dua fungsi: sosialisasi dan seleksi. Namun, itu menekankan fungsi sosialisasi seperti moral, kognisi, dan keterampilan motorik. Pendidikan merupakan komponen terpenting dari ketiga komponen tersebut karena kebulatan nilai merupakan faktor yang disarankan untuk pembentukan dan pemeliharaan integrasi sosial. Nilai sosial adalah sesuatu yang penting (berguna/bermanfaat) yang terkait dengan hubungan manusia yang menekankan sisi mulia umat manusia dan menunjukkan kebiasaan dasar pengorbanan diri. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat dikemukakan beberapa rekomendasi sebagai tindak lanjut dari penelitian ini: (1) Pihak sekolah hendaknya selalu meningkatkan pembinaan akhlak bagi siswa agar perilaku moral siswa di sekolah dapat tertangani secara efektif. Pendidikan akhlak harus ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan di sekolah berlatar belakang agama (MTs) untuk meningkatkan perilaku moral siswa yang cenderung lebih rendah dari siswa berlatar belakang umum (SMP), dan (2) Pendidikan agama harus selalu dilaksanakan secara intensif. baik di sekolah yang berlatar belakang pendidikan umum maupun agama.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin hari semakin tidak terbayangkan oleh kemampuan akal manusia biasa, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang dapat mengikuti perkembangan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekarang ini sebagai cara untuk mengimbangi perkembangan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut. Lembaga pendidikan formal, nonformal dan informal sebagai wahana penghasil sumber daya manusia dengan semua unsur penyelenggaraannya merupakan salah satu kunci dalam menghadapi era teknologi dan informasi. Selanjutnya tenaga pendidik wajib menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam mentransfer materi pelajaran kepada para peserta didik, sehingga para peserta didik belajar dalam proses pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna atau dengan kata lain paradigma mengajar akan lebih cenderung kepada “student center” bukan sebaliknya cenderung kepada “teacher center”, karena jaman yang mempengaruhi keadaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk membahas pentingnya dan peran lingkungan pendidikan dalam pendidikan karakter. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menghadapi tema utama menggunakan hubungan rasional dengan mempertimbangkan model analisis sebab akibat, yaitu menganalisis hubungan sebab akibat antara lingkungan pendidikan pendidikan karakter dengan sumber utama kajian literatur. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter. Pasal ini menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter harus didukung oleh lingkungan pendidikan yang baik.

Abstract

Agar pembelajaran dapat terwujud menjadi pembelajaran yang baik dan menyenangkan, guru harus memiliki kemampuan dasar yang diperlukan untuk mengajar di kelas. Karena integrasi yang komprehensif dari berbagai kompetensi guru, keterampilan mengajar atau belajar merupakan jenis kemampuan pedagogis yang sangat rumit. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi dan mengkritisi guru yang sangat baik dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter di kelas. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua sekolah bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan pendidikan karakter, tetapi guru memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan program tersebut. Bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan karakter di sekolah bergantung pada sejauh mana guru dapat berperan sebagai panutan bagi siswanya, yang dapat diartikan bahwa siswa yang bermoral tegak membutuhkan guru yang bermoral lurus.

Abstract

The achievements of related unit health programs are less than optimal, due to several factors, one of the supporting resources is human resources, namely trainers. This study aims to describe the input components of the Health Program Trainer Training Program (TPPK) to improve national indicators of health using the CIPP Stuflebeam model. This study used an evaluation research method through a qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP Stuflebeam model. Methods of data collection using interviews, document study, observation, and questionnaires. The research respondents were structural officials of the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Apparatus Education and Training Center and 44 training participants. The Milles Model and the Interactive Huberman Model were used to analyze the research results. This study found 1. Participants met education and experience criteria, 2. Trainers met qualification & competency standards, 3. Curriculum objectives: clarity of level of knowledge, skills, and attitudes were very good, Appropriateness of material with training objectives, good GBPP, Program Structure: proportion of time adequate theory and practice, Conformity of methods with learning objectives, Training Aids by methods, Evaluation of curriculum relevant to objectives; 4. Available print learning materials are very good: The content and sequence of printed materials are very good, the writing of printed materials is very good, and the physical quality of printed materials is very good while audio-visual learning materials are absent; 5. Good & very good facilities, enough case banks; 6. Funding: APBN. These findings indicate the importance of evaluating the TPPK training program to improve national health indicators after improvements have been made by referring to the recommendations from the research results.
