Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe motivation, school organizational culture, work discipline and teacher performance in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency and to analyze the influence of motivation and school organizational culture on teacher performance with teacher work discipline as an intervening variable. This research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 54 teachers in the Regional Coordinating Office for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency, the sample in this study was determined as many as 54 people using the census sampling method. This study uses the SEM method with PLS. The results showed that Motivation, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Teacher Performance Coordinator of the Education and Culture Subdistrict District of Rangsang Meranti Islands Regency were good, the effect of motivation on discipline was positive and significant, organizational culture on discipline was positive and insignificant, motivation on performance is positive and significant, organizational culture on performance is positive and not significant, discipline on performance is positive and significant, motivation on performance in intervening work discipline is positive and significant, organizational culture on performance is intervened by discipline work is positive and not significant

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence between the principal's leadership and supervisory supervision on teacher work discipline through teacher work motivation as an intervening variable in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is explanatory research and the research approach is quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers in the Regional Coordinator of the Field of Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency, totaling 54 people, the sample was determined to be 54 people using the census sampling method. Data was collected by documentation, literature study and questionnaires and then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that respondents rated the variables of teacher work discipline, work motivation, leadership and supervision in the criteria High, Leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Leadership has no significant effect on work discipline, Supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, Work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, Leadership has no significant effect on work discipline through motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work discipline through motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control and The purpose of the authors of conducting this research was to describe and test and analyze the effect of education and training on teacher performance through motivation at the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education and Culture, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The research approach is included in the quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 54 teachers and the sample used in this study was 54 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of whether there is an influence of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. From the results of the research analysis it can be seen that from the calculation of the research instrument, the results between the X and Y variables are obtained for each item which is declared valid because the total Corrcted item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). From the calculation of the research data instrument, the results obtained between the variables X and Y are declared reliable because the Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. From the normality test, all of them show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot. There is an effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 68.9%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (service quality) of 68.9% is determined by the independent variable ( Total Quality Management and service quality) and the remaining 31.1% is determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as variables, infrastructure, price, location and others. From the hypothesis test obtained: Total Quality Management variable has a t statistic value of 6.190 and is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.190 > 2.030) and Service quality variable has a t statistical value of 6.154 which is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.154 > 2.030) which means the hypothesis proposed "accepted"

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and promotion on customer loyalty in transportation services at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga, which is on Jalan Diponegoro No. 42 Sibolga District, Sibolga City. The time of the research was conducted from April 2022 to September 2022. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population is the total number of consumers using CV Travel transportation services. Flores Sibolga on average every day as many as 100 people. The number of research samples of 50 people was taken from the results of calculations with the slovin formula. The results of the research analysis are known from the calculation of the research instrument, the X and Y variables for each item are declared valid because the total corrected item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). Calculation of the research data instrument, the results of the X and Y variables are declared reliable because Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. The influence of Relationship Marketing and promotion on Customer Loyalty, the result of calculating the coefficient of determination is 0.707 = 50%, this means that what happens to the variation of the dependent variable (customer loyalty) is 50% determined by the independent variables (Relationship Marketing and promotions) and the remaining 50% determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as infrastructure variables, prices and others. From the hypothesis test: The Relationship Marketing variable has a t statistic value of 3.498 and is greater than t table which is 2.010 (3.498 > 2.010) and the promotion variable has a t statistic value of 5.444 which is greater than t table which is 2.010 (5.444 > 2.010) means the hypothesis that filed "accepted"

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in an organization, both agencies and companies. One of the most important resources for the world of work or agencies is a human being who is an employee, employee, laborer or worker. One of the factors that affect employee performance is emotional intelligence. Another factor that affects employee performance is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Sambas.The type of research used in this study is a research approach using descriptive methods, namely research carried out by collecting data according to the actual situation with the aim of revealing facts and seeking information about the causes of the problem and how to solve it. Descriptive method, Quantitative is a method used to make a broader conclusion. Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is known that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the value of T count is 3.291 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Employee Performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.032 <0.05 and the value of T count is 2.197 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y1. Based on the F test, it is known that the value of Sig. for the simultaneous influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 10.192 > F table 3.31 So it can be concluded that H3 is acceptable, which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation simultaneously on performance Employee.

Abstract

Zakat is a worship that has high social value, so that it can improve people's welfare. The higher the level of zakat acquisition, the better it is to improve people's welfare. The total acquisition of zakat in Indonesia, especially in Banyumas Regency is still not in accordance with the potential of existing zakat. BAZNAS Banyumas Regency plays an important role in increasing the acquisition of zakat according to the potential that exists in Banyumas Regency. Good zakat management is inseparable from accurate zakat accounting. The purpose of this study is to find out how the technique of applying zakat accounting and its conformity to PSAK 109 and the application of zakat accounting transparency at BAZNAS Banyumas Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this study was carried out at BAZNAS, Banyumas Regency regarding the analysis of the application of zakat accounting. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the techniques applied in accounting for zakat at BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency are in accordance with PSAK 109. The exchange rate at BAZNAS of Banyumas Regency is prepared based on the concept of historical prices. Receipt of funds consists of zakat funds, infaq/alms, grants, APBD, and non-halal funds (banks and current account services). The application of transparency related to zakat accounting at BAZNAS in Banyumas Regency is still not optimal.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan bentuk ibadah yang memiliki niai sosial yang tinggi serta dapat meningkatkan kebutuhan ekonomi melalui usaha yang bersifat produktif. BAZNAS sebagai lembaga sosial memberikan program pemberdayaan melalui pengelolaan zakat produktif agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, mengurangi angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Sehingga dapat menjadikan mustahik yang lebih produktif dalam usaha kedepannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat produktif melalui program Zakat Community Development dan mengetahui optimalisasi dari program pemberdayaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara yang didapatkan dari koordinator program Zakat Community Development dan pihak Pesantren Nurul Huda, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam menerapkan pengelolaan zakat produktif melalui program Zakat Community Development yang telah dilaksanakan pada Pesanten Nurul Huda masih terbilang belum optimal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik. Karena, hal tersebut dapa dilihat dari hasil pendapatan yang diperoleh dan dalam pemberdayaan yang terdiri dari lima aspek pemberdayaan hanya aspek bidang ekonomi menunjukan hasil yang maksimal dari bidang-bidang lainnya. Karena selain pada bidang ekonomi tersebut terdapat hambatan dan kendala dalam melaksanakan program pemberdayaan dan tidak menciptakan usaha yang produktif untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of service strategy in the laboratory of the Umu Bahtermas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative by describing the results of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The sample in this study were 95 respondents. Research using SPSS software and Windows software. The results of the analysis show that in the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) results there are 4 attributes that need to be improved, namely: The laboratory provides a place for washing hands, Timeliness of service (time of registration), laboratory personnel respond patiently to each patient's questions and officers are able to provide solutions to problems experienced by patients. In the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) it is known that the level of patient satisfaction is 82.75 with the category of Very Satisfied CSI criteria. Bahteramas General Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province pays more attention to the existing facilities in the laboratory and improves the quality of good service to patients.

Abstract

The economic development of an area can have a positive impact within a certain period of time, in which a certain area that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will affect the people's economy. Indonesia, which is a developing country, is not immune from problems that are commonly encountered in general, namely regarding how to manage the large number of human resources, the majority of whom are untrained and work productivity is still low. In Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Mudunglaut Village, Serpong District, it is a form of resource that has potential that needs to be developed optimally, which still has limited access for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to productive resources, and is still weak. government facilitation in the introduction of MSME products in the form of promotions, provision of market space and information technology. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential and contribution of SMEs in the development of the community's economy from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research uses qualitative methods, by observing, interviewing and documenting. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that MSMEs in Mudunglaut Village have the potential to continue to grow, provided by the local government through the MSME business training program, so that businesses can be managed and developed properly. In the process of business activities carried out by MSME business actors it leads to the principles of Islamic provisions based on honesty in raw materials and the quality of products marketed
