Abstract

The discovery of problems, not all of them are used as problems in this study, therefore from the problem "The Effect of Single Leg Hop Exercise on Leg Muscle Power in Men's Low Kick Right Low Kick Wushu Sanda Athletes, Kediri City in 2022. Quantitative research So the population in this study were 16 athletes, so the researchers took a total sampling technique to collect a sample of 16 athletes. The leg muscle power components include: vertical jump test. From the results of statistical calculations, the value of the t test, normality, homogeneity is 0.000 <0.05. The normality of the sig value for the experimental group's pretest was 276, the control group's pretest was 189, the experimental group's posttest was 375, the control group's posttest was 080 > 0.05. And homogeneity was obtained sig for the experimental pretest group of 078, the control group's pretest was 189, the experimental group's posttest was 313, and the control group's posttest was 080 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving single leg hop training on leg muscle power in the low right low kick male wushu sanda athletes in Kediri City 2022.

Data collection techniques used are: observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at SDN Jlumbang, Kandangan District, Kediri Regency. Data collection uses a learning system with 3 cycles. In addition to collecting data, researchers also use a questionnaire as an instrument. Through the analysis of each learning cycle, data was obtained showing that in the first cycle of learning (learning without using small ball games in the warm-up) as many as 11 students (48%) were motivated by Physical Education subjects. While in the second cycle of learning (learning using small ball games during the warm-up) as many as 15 students (65%) students were motivated while in the third cycle (learning using small ball games in the warm-up) as many as 20 students (87%). Abstract

This research was carried out with the findings and observers in the field of sports and health physical education, which defines that many of the learning processes carried out in physical education are still not running effectively. So it is necessary to increase their ability when implementing learning in schools, one of which is by making new innovations in traditional games to improve students' basic fundamental movement skills which are carried out in ongoing learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were: observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was carried out at SD Laboratory UNP Kediri, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. Collecting data in this study uses an instrument in the assessment of ongoing learning. Through analysis on the implementation of learning related to basic fundamental movement skills, data was obtained showing that in learning basic fundamental movements through traditional goboy game media as many as 35 upper class students at SD Laboratory UNP Kediri produced good value categories with existing percentages for basic fundamental movements (motion locomotor, nonlocomotor, and manipulative). This shows that the traditional goboy game can raise students' basic fundamental movement skills in this learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-confidence with psychomotor students on physical education learning. The background of this research is based on the results of observations made at SMKN 1 Kediri. The result is that there is a lack of confidence in practicing the techniques that the teacher has taught. This lack of confidence affects and also limits students' space for movement during the implementation of physical education learning. The research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research techniques (relationships). The data collection instrument in this study was by disseminating questionnaires and psychomotor observations in schools. The study took samples using probality samling techniques with a  type  of simple random sampling of 20% of 300 respondents with a total sample of 60 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that it was known that the value of Tcalculate 5.124 > Ttable 1.622 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. And it shows  a determination value (R Square) of 0.312. Which means that the magnitude of  the Self Confidence variable  affects the Psychomotor variable by 31.2%, the rest is influenced by other factors. Therefore, there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. With the regression model used to predict participation, "there is an influence between self-confidence and students' psychomotor skills during physical education learning.

To achieve this is inseparable from a development tool. Therefore the researchers made observations at SSB AB Perkasa which showed that the trainers had not used assistive devices in delivering the material so this study aimed 1) to find out the development of media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa, 2) to find out the validity of developing media solting as a support accuracy of shooting at SSB AB Perkasa, 3) to find out the practicality of developing media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa, and 4) to determine the effectiveness of media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa. This study uses the Sugiyono development procedure which is a modification of Borg and Gall by using 9 stages of the 10 existing steps. The conclusions of this study 1. The solting media is rectangular in shape divided into 3 square parts which have different colors, 2. The solting media is said to be valid because it obtains a percentage of 80%, 3. The solting media is said to be practically operable because it has a percentage of 80%, 4. Solting media can be used effectively because it has a score of 95%
