Abstract

Short selling transaction is one of the securities exchage transactions. Short selling transactions are dealt with separately by Bapepam-LK No V.D6 and Exchae Rule Bumber II-H. Issues raised in this paper is how the legal protection of investors. Based on the research result obtained : First, that transaction of selling is a legitimate transaction in Indonesia although often cause failure to deliver and other potential losses. Second, that the existence of new facilities such as C-BEST in general can prevent violations in the capital market, so that the risk of loss can diminalisir, although still requiring special system governing short selling transactions specificially.

Abstract

The need for implementation of activities and budget effectiveness must be carried out. This study uses a comparison of the adjustments from the budget results of KJPP Nanang Rahayu in 2010 to 2011 with their realization. Overall, the implementation of the budget as a control tool at KJPP Nanang Rahayu has been effective. However, the details of the budget have not been analyzed in detail by accountants. This means that management control for the budget is quite good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership motivation on the performance of BKKBN Sumedang employees. The methodology used is descriptive analysis. This method aims to obtain an overview of the symptoms studied in the current state, and on that basis then find answers for problem solving for the existing symptoms. The results of the research analysis can be interpreted that the work environment variable is in the "good enough" category and shows a significant effect. The motivation variable is in the "good" category, and shows a significant effect. Simultaneously the influence of the work environment and motivation, together have a positive effect on the performance variable. The results of this study can provide useful information for Sumedang Regency BKKBN employees, and anyone who needs it.

Abstract

Financial profit is closely related to the company's valuation which is presented by the stock price. Earnings information is one of the instruments used by investors in making investment decisions. Significant relationship between the company's earnings announcements with changes in stock prices and earnings levels. but earnings information alone is not enough to serve as a basis for decision making by investors, because the information is very limited and sometimes provides biased information. Based on the background described above, several problems can be formulated as follows: Does the current tax burden affect earnings management practices in companies in the consumer goods industry sector in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Does tax planning affect practice? earnings management in consumer goods industrial sector companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange?. The results showed that.There are many experts who define profit including those from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). From these many opinions it can be concluded that profit is derived from income after deducting the costs incurred in the company's operational activities. The theories that support profit are the risk-bearing theory of profit, the theory of profit, the innovation theory of profit and the managerial efficiency theory of profit. While the measurement of profit is the determination of the rupiah amount of profit recorded and presented in the financial statements.

Abstract

There is still limited research on the development of local government conditions, namely economic development in the province. The measurement of the economic condition of the community uses the Human Development Index (HDI) score from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the relationship between HDI, total assets and the economic condition of the community. The study was based on a sample of 69 cities and regencies in 3 provinces, namely Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra. The reason this sample is studied is to provide a comparison of economic conditions that occurred in 2016. The research method uses regression. The dependent variable is Economic Condition. The independent variables are the Human Development Index (HDI) and total assets. The results of the study are (1) HDI does not affect the economic condition of the community, (2) Total assets have an effect on the economic condition of the community. These results provide an explanation that the Human Development Index (HDI) is not all related to the economic welfare of a region, when the HDI is high it means that the economic capacity is not necessarily considered to be improving, while the number of assets owned by the City/Regency affects the economic condition of the community. The research contribution is to provide empirical evidence that the economic condition of a region does not depend on the progress of the region, but in accordance with the welfare conditions of each region.

Abstract

Inventories are part of current assets and also one of the means to carry out company activities needed by various types of companies such as trading, manufacturing and service companies. Recording is a way of working or a process system for recording or writing (in and out) of a transaction activity in a complete notebook. Meanwhile, the recording method has the goal of facilitating the implementation of an activity in determining or achieving a certain goal. PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang (MBC) is engaged in the textile sector. This research focuses on recording the inventory of yarn merchandise. The researcher wants to examine how "The Application of the Method of Recording Yarn Merchandise Inventory at PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang (MBC) in 2022”. The method of recording yarn merchandise inventory applied at PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang (MBC) is still manual and does not use the system yet. The manual recording method for yarn merchandise inventory uses the perpetual method. Every process or transaction of incoming and outgoing thread merchandise is always recorded. The method of recording yarn merchandise inventory at PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang (MBC) has several processes, namely the production of yarn from the production machine whenever there is income, it is always recorded, checking the quality of the yarn, grouping each grade of yarn, re-weighing the yarn produced in the packing section, packing the yarn using product cardboard, labeling on product cardboard for yarn identity, handover of yarn to the packing warehouse, making daily yarn stock reports in the packing warehouse, daily yarn stock reports given to the warehouse admin for cross-checking, reporting back to superiors by sending reports via email. Of course, some of these processes will more or less encounter errors due to inaccuracies in recording. But apart from that, all methods of recording yarn trade goods at PT. Mitra Bangun Cemerlang (MBC) in 2022 is still being used, proven to be safe and well monitored, although some need to be upgraded and the accuracy needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study discusses the pattern of implementing independent learning based on differentiated learning in the subject of Economics at PKBM Tunas Madani, Tangerang City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research which is often called the naturalistic research model because the research is carried out in natural conditions, then the approach is carried out using a pedagogic approach, then the data is collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. As for the instrument as a tool used to measure phenomena in research where the research instrument is the researcher himself. Then compile interview guidelines that contain questions, as well as observation guidelines and some documentation related to the object of research. The results showed that the economics learning process at PKBM Tunas Madani Kota Tangerang had implemented differentiated learning and assessment as the application of the independent learning application pattern and the implementation of the independent learning application pattern had a good impact on improving the character and creative power of students, making learning economics education more enjoyable , quality and meaningful. The implications of this research are expected to be in an effort to improve the quality of education and overcome special education problems at PKBM Tunas Madani, Tangerang City.   Keywords : Independent Learning, Differentiated Learning, Economics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how occupational safety and health affect employees' performance both partial and simultaneous on PT. Citra Bina Maju Jaya Tangerang.A method of research used with quantitative research. The population in this study is all employees PT. Citra Bina Maju Jaya Tangerang. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents. The results of a statistical analysis of the data prove that variables of safety and work have a positive and significant impact on workers' performance simultaneously shown by the significant value of 0,000 < 0.05. Meaning no, it suggests "the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance PT.Citra Bina Maju Jaya Tangerang. Is proving to be close." R square, the effects of occupational safety, and occupational health, on employees performance of 53.1% while the rest of the 46.9% can be explained by other factors not studied in the study.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to determine the effect of Management Information Systems and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in UPTD Pharmacy Installation in Tangerang Regency partially or simultaneously. In this study there were a total sample of 50 respondents who used a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative method. The results partially show that there is a positive and significant value of the variable X1 Management Information System on Employee Performance with t count of 7.672 and variable X2 of Work Motivation has a positive and significant value on employee performance with t count of 6.131. The results simultaneously show that the Management Information System and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the Fcount of 45.206. These results indicate that the Management Information System and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study the variable X1 Management Information System which has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Pharmacy Installation, Tangerang Regency.
